Need help finding this unpopular drama

It was short episodes and short series in general and It's also not Dating in the kitchen.. :(((

The male lead was very obviously rich. Not chaebol (but not sure) and a ceo of a company, I believe FL didn't work at this company but im not 100% sure.

He moved in next door to make her love him (I don't think they were dating each other at the time he moved in)

Im not sure about other unusual character details sadly... I know she didn't own a dog.

The apartment building was very old, above a store(?) and for some reason the rooms didn't look that bad.

I thought for a sec that it was Lovestruck in the city but its not...

If it was short episodes, do you mean they were less than hour long? Like 20 mins maybe? Or even less? If so, that would limit our guesses to webdramas maybe.

I unfortunately can't as of now remember any show like this although I have watched about 1000 dramas soon

I think around 26 minutes per episode.. but I watched it a long time ago.. I also think it might be a web drama.  Sadly it's also not Young Lady and Gentleman :(((

are you sure its korean? 26 mins can be of japanese. do you remember the total number of episodes?

is it clean with passion for now?

do you remember any job title or what was the company?

I know the Fl wasn't employed (possibly?) and the ML was this rich male lead who owned this huge company and ceo type thing. I don't think it's 'The room in is it clean with passion for now?' but it's close!
