NEED HELP! On Empress Ki OST

Hi there I don't know if I'm right to post it here but I don't know where else^^

I'm current watching Empress Ki and was browsing the Ost on Sound cloud when suddenly a song I couldn't recognized popped up. I mean I'm already at the end of the drama (ep.42)and I feel like I've never heard this song! So I wanted to ask the experts of you where (in what episode and when possible what scene)  this song appeared.

The title of the song is 'Love Winds and I believe it is sung by Wax :)

I'm so weird, I really don't remember it, even when I try imagine scenes with Wangnyang and this song as background I just don't get the feeling that it was a OST >_< But this song is soo good. It should appear more often! There are 2 songs that play several times in one episode so that sometimes they seem already annoying -_-
