What do you all do during a drama slump? Re-watch your favorites? Watch movies? Right now, if you havent guessed it - im in a slump. I just got finished watching very two dark melos and now im spent. I have started watching a couple of comedies, but they arent striking my interest and if I watch something else it is just very emotionally draining. lol. When I feel like this, if I start to watch too many dramas, they all start to run together for me and I cant get past the first 20-30 minutes to even get to the third episode to decide if I like it or not. Right now, I am watching a few movies I have been wanting to see - so that is always good. However, I am just waiting for my next round of emotions to come through so I can latch onto my next drama. What do you all do when you are in a slump?

I try to pretend I'm normal during a drama slump... You know, catch up on bills.. clean out the closets.. get crazy and exercise. I know what you mean though.. and actually I  found that taking a break makes coming back similar to  not having chocolate for a while, and then taking that first bite of bliss.
When I'm in a slump, I usually browse through lots of dramas and add quite a couple to my to-watch list but without wanting to watch any of them because not once sounds good enough to fulfil my cravings of the moment or I totally don't know what I want (yep, that sounds weird and contradictory... :/)
I had a small slump recently, and got out of it by watching a Roommate episode (yesterday), where they showed the karaoke scene with Dong Wook from Scent of a Woman. And bam! Now I'm 3 episodes in *-*
I switch to watching movies more: Its not quite as big of a commitment as a drama, it gives you more of a feel of what you're in the mood for now and you might just 'discover' a new actor/actress to find in dramas to watch to get you out of your slump!
I read. Actually when I'm in a reading slump I watch dramas and vise-versa. Over the summer I was in a bit of a drama slump and tried to catch up on my reading (unsuccessfully, too many books little time, just like dramas). However, once I slipped into a reading slump (again), I watched a favorite drama of mine, while looking ahead and thinking of other dramas I might want to watch now.
Well, I don't have drama slump... perhaps only I get frustrated with what to pick next... if in doubt or confused on my next selection, I just re-watch anything that I loved before.. Marriage not Dating, Secret, Lie to Me, etc... Those favorite dramas usually put me in a mood to pick something new which gets me on the right track again  :)
I don't watch dramas for a few days and instead I keep on adding dramas to my watch list. Eventually you'll see an interesting plot or just realize there are other many awesome dramas to watch. :D :D
When I'm on drama slump...I go watch Variety shows or read pocketbooks. :)
Variety shows or go out and do something fun. like some ice breaker.
when i am on drama slump i just rewatch my favorites dramas or i watch american tv series and movies.. then one day i wake up and i want to see an asian drama again ^_^
I also watch American or European shows when I'm on a slump. That helps me quite a bit, because there are awesome shows as well, but after some time I will get in the mood for Asian dramas again :)
