For Jdrama, I recommend: Bitter Blood. Love the relationship between this awkward father and son
For Kdrama : Goong. Clumsy female lead with a nice romance to fill the comedy Second Time Twenty Years Old. Inspiring and hilarious. One of my favourite Sungkyunkwan Scandal. Love the romance, the comedy, for me this one is perfect
Kdrama: The lover (a lot on "inappropriate" moments though :D) Surplus Princess (the drama was cut a couple of episodes though so the ending seems rushed :/ still a must watch tho since it's really funny)
Jdrama: Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo (some found the main girl lead annoying but I thought she was really cute and funny) Ouran highschool host club
Okay, how about Once Upon a Time in Saengchori? It's a weird drama to describe, but it's funny. Not "rom-com", but has both romance and comedy, along with mystery and a workplace drama-type setup.
