I've recently been interested in watching a drama that has the most cliche events, but with a female lead who doesn't react to those "events" like normal cliche leads do. Where her reactions are unexpected/unpredictable, and you can cheer her on. The drama doesn't have to be THAT cliche, but should have certain events that would be predictable.
A good example would be.. Secret Garden?
