Trying to remember the name of the drama

HI! I'm trying to remember the name of a drama  but I can only remember one scene. The male and female lead were sitting on a couch wrapped up in blankets watching tv and are conversing when the female lead says to the male lead something along the lines of "'you must have been so lonely all those years" and the male lead starts to cry and she comforts him. LOL DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THE DRAMA?HELP
