Sad melodrama's with happy ending

I'm currently watching come and hug me which to me is an absolute masterpiece and if you aren't watching it I definitely recommend you do. I love the feel of the drama and I'm looking for more of this type of melodramas that are worth investing time into.

Pinocchio 

Just Between Lovers. This is a heavy melodrama and, at times, was difficult to get through but the payoff in the end was worth the wait I think.
