[Discussion] Gu Family Book

Wal Pae in last two ep really made me laught so hard, at ep 19 his was screaming *DOOONGSAENNG *. i tought poor bear XD . i start to like side characters more than main characters.

What's probably going to happen is that Kang Chi will find the Gu Family Book and decide to sacrifice being human to save Wol Ryung from permanent demonhood.

yea, i too have gotten the feeling of "no one cares about kang chi's %$&^ braclet!!! where's wol yong!"

not because they are more pitiful but they are just more awesome, more interesting and better looking ;)

i agree that they are not more pitiful, just more compelling. mostly, i think, b/c instead of a relationship built on drama cliches and tired modern plot devices like Kang Chi and Youl(few of which are brought to anything significant to the plot with only 4 episodes to go), the story of Wol Ryoung and So Hwa touches on deeper, ancient archetypes that have appealed to people across continents and centuries since a time before writing.

Kind of hard to avoid clichés in a drama if you're together with your SO for 20 episodes. Their parents had 2 episodes so it wasn't hard.

I'm still pro Kang Chi, probably because I'm not biased towards anyone's looks.

i fell in love with the plot plus the characters <3
