Anyone know what drama or movie this is?

 the story is when an adult turns back or time travels into his teenager-self in highschool and only has a week (I think?) to save his first love/girl from suicide.

no it's not lovebuzz......another drama where ml was bullied in school and fml becomes his friend but ends up committing suicide. he later becomes a famous doctor but can't forget her so goes into past..........this is the story i remember .I'll try to search it's name
