Can you recommend dramas where one of the leads (or both) have a mental illness? I’ve seen a few already but It's Okay, That's Love, Clean with Passion for Now, Hyde, Jeykll, Me, Kill Me Heal Me, etc.

It's Ok To Not Be Ok
My Holo Love - The FL has propognosia due to traumatic incident

Circle: The Connected World - it is all about PTSD
Beautiful Mind - The ML has Alexithymia but in the story it said that it he is a psychopath. The ML is a neurosurgeon. It is medical drama too.

Mask - ML has anxiety and ocd

Good Doctor - a story of a doctor with developmental disability and and FL doctor that fall inlove with him despite his illness
Doctor John - an anesthesiologist doctor ML has CIPA illness (inability to feel pain)
Cheese in The Trap (kind of personality disorder on 2 main character)
Forest - PTSD on both ML and FL

I think there's more on movie than in a drama

Project S : Skate Our Souls - superb acting from all leads, quite realistic, well not much romance but i would recommend it if you're searching for dramas relating to mental health.
