Romance is A Bonus Book - A Challenge

I am re-watching Romance is a Bonus book for the Nth time and I have finally noticed something that I would appreciate your help with. Ep. 8 about 8 mins 30 sec in, Dan-i is talking with Eun Ho about Seo Joon's request to see each other for three months. On the screen it looks like a variety show is playing. Does anyone know what it is?

Sometimes an "easter egg", especially if not blurred out because of copyright issues.

Sometimes it's one of the directors previous work, or something the lead actor was in before, or a reference to a different series or an actor like a joke or something.

But in this case my guess is that is younger hairier Lee Jong Suk in Running Man from 2010.
Not sure anymore.

There is also the scene in Ep. 14 (I think) when Dan-i was fired and Eun Ho had take the day off to hang out with her and something was playing on tv. I am curious about that one too.
