Car crashes in Dramas

Why is it that when the leads are in a car crash we see slow motion faces all grimacing and glass flying everywhere ....blood splattering all over the place BUT air bags never inflate.  Don't cars in Korea have them...are they all faulty.. have they all been stolen? LOL. Some of these cars have loads of them surrounding the driver.  You even see scenes where the driver knows he is going to crash (idol. the Coup) that would have been pretty much saved by them.

Because They Not Uses Modern cars, but crappy shitboxs to take crash scene. In 1990~2000s Korean cars didn't have safety equipments like airbags. The Airbags only equipped Highest Trim of EF Sonata, and New and XG Granduer and Equus. Also they doesn't have a lot of money to take crash scene.

Thats the same question as to why they automatically use the defibrillator when the heart stopped beating. Or why they show those big explosions and loud booms when they are in outer space. and so on and on

The movie/series industry is not really known to be accurate XD they want to get the viewers attention, cause excitement and drama.

Yes and in Car/Motorbike chasing/driving scene most of the time  the Sound is not correct. They just put random Car/Motorbike sound in a little sad about this.
