Hyomin(0:34) is the one with pink leggings and Qri(0:17) is the one with the red tutu.

no, you've got them mixed as well, Hyomin is at 0:17 with red tutu and short hair and Qri is at 0:34 with pink leggins, long hair and mole on her nose

oh you're right. I'm sorry I didn't know that Hyomin has long hair again and that Qri had her hair cut cause I'm not interested in T-ara lately. It doesn't mean that I don't like them I just watch more dramas than looking what's new in Kpop. Again I'm apologizing for confusing all of you.
