It looks like a small club performance.  I mean, look at how close the curtain is to him, and how small the stage, and how close whoever is operating the camera phone must be.

Yes.  It's a movie called ADORING that is on Amazon Prime.   It's basically a bunch of 'short stories' about people and their pets and their relationships, that ties together at the end through their vet.   Tan Jian Ci's role is so small, I'm surprised it has been clipped out and put on Youtube.  And most of his pet story is really about the girl and her germphobia. Given his buzz hair cut it was probably also done after Winter Begonia.

Oh, if you don't have Prime it's supposed to be on Viki and apparently the whole movie is on Youtube, also.
