FL starts off in a relationship with antagonist

So i am looking for any dramas it doesn't have to be Asian. 

The drama starts with the female lead in love with the antagonist but this happen and the FL falls in love with ML . Causing the Antangonist to be obsessed with the FL wanted her to be his girl friends again.

The FL in Queen In Hyun's Man has an annoying ex who's trying to get back with her and messing with her head. The ML is from 300 years ago so time travel difficulties are the read antagonist, including a timeline where the ex does get back with her. Might be too light for what you're looking for, or maybe it would be a good palate cleanser for in between heavier ones. It does have genuine overwhelming grief before it's over.
