Quantcast

I'm looking for a show kinda like of Queen of Tears, but not precisely, with a different relationship arc. While Queen of Tears begins with a couple whose marriage is already falling apart and rebuilds their relationship (showing their love story through flashbacks), I'd prefer something with a more complete journey.

I want to see a drama where we witness the entire relationship evolution, the couple falls in love naturally, gets married around the middle of the series, then faces a genuine life crisis that threatens their relationship (not due to infidelity or typical misunderstandings). The latter half would focus on how they navigate these challenges and ultimately rebuild their connection.

The male lead should have piercing blue eyes with a charming sense of humor, and the female lead must have mesmerizing green eyes... just kidding! I'm already being quite specific with my request, so I figured I might as well add some impossible casting requirements while I'm at it. lol. If you find me a drama that meets all these criteria plus the eye colors, I'll personally write the showrunners a thank-you letter. :)

Possibly...

  • Begin Again (contract relationship to love that falls apart, FL secretly gives birth to their son , a few years later the two reunite and slowly rebuild their relationship)
  • Have a Crush on You (the leads meet and marry but due to ML being a workaholic and distant, the two divorce, reuniting and falling in love years later)
  • Crush (the leads meet, fall in love, date, break up, reunite, and marry, then navigate challenges)
  • You Are My Destiny (couple marries after a one night stand results in a pregnancy, break up due to the loss of the baby and meddling from the SFL, reunite years later, fall in love all over again and remarry. I'm not sure if the no infidelity would count, since ML is actually engaged to the SFL at the beginning, and he is torn between the FL and SFL for a while, but once he falls for the FL there's no cheating. Also there's a version from almost every country but I like the cdrama and Taiwanese ones. I haven't seen the kdrama one but I know it's the most popular.)

Oh and I have a list of second chance romances here, but most of the rest are structured more like Queen of Tears: https://kisskh.at/list/47a0OyyL
