The Embers - Mystery, Thriller | Really interesting so far with good plot twists and compelling dynamics
Shijukara - Romance, Melodrama, Psychological | A dark(er) romance
Ripe Town - Historical, Mystery, Thriller | Not your usual historical murder mystery cdrama
Hiyama Kentaro no Ninshin - Drama | Won't be everyone's cup of tea but it's definitely unusual and underrated
Fuujinshi - Fantasy, Action, Mystery | Contemporary fantasy with amazing choreography
Evol - Fantasy, Action, Drama | Surrealism teen super(hero) fiction.
Bad Guys - Action, Crime, Thriller | Thai remake of the kdrama. Not like your usual thaidramas either. Very well made and unique.
Bloody Heart - Historical, Political, Romance | Maybe not super underrated like some others but not talked about nearly enough. Very interesting and thrilling
Secret of Three Kingdoms - Historical, Political, Romance | Well-written historical political intrigue kinda drama. Bit on the slow side but an amazing watch

All of these stood out to me as unlike other dramas I've seen before or since ^^
