I'm absolutely hooked on Ren Ruyi from A Journey to Love. I love that she's mysterious, has a secret identity, and is way more powerful and capable than she first appears. I'm looking for similar dramas—historical or modern—where the FL has that same hidden badass energy. Someone who seems ordinary but is secretly super skilled or dangerous, or has a mysterious past that makes them secretly OP. Got any recommendations?

i was also sow hipped for her, that i searched so hard and round. But her recent release with cheng yi, i couldnt watch that though. I think its about her expression and confidence.

alchemy of souls, she is so powerful and all but she is pretending to be a loser servant, but she is like a badass villain of the world

I watched Blossom in Adversity, but honestly… I just didn’t really connect with the female lead. She didn’t hit me emotionally the way I hoped. I’ll still check out Dream of Splendor and The Flourished Peony though—they’re both on my radar!

I also watched My Name—and omg, it was so good! I’m really into thrillers or mysteries, especially when the female lead is mysterious but strong on the inside. Knight Flower had that same energy, and I loved it!
