I watched "All About Eve" for Jang Dong Gun. He is charming here with a capital C. I do agree with you - All About Eve is truly a workplace melodrama. It highlights two equally powerful kinds of love: one for another person, and the other for the work you do. For melodrama, I'm not disappointed for All About Eve. I like when dramas have that old-fashioned feel. The main thing I liked about this drama was the pure and beautiful romance that unfolded between two of the main characters. And it moves at a fast enough pace that you won't get bored.
True, he's so handsome back then. Especially so when he still abroad, riding his bicycle with wind blowing his long grey hair before meeting Chae Rim. Ah, but suits looks very good on him with that sleek hair, boss mode activated. And yeah, the romance in old K-drama felt so warm and cozy. Before K-drama used the fake relationship plot, and it became comedy (like Full House) or tragedy (like What Happened in Bali?).
Maybe you could try Love Story in Harvard, it also has some works involved. And my all-time favorite is Hotelier (hotel setting) with Bae Yong Joon. His loving gaze, oh my...
