Are there any K or J-Drama where the female lead is either mute or blind and has romance in it? It's fine if it's a male lead too, through I prefer if it's the female. Thank you!

It's not a drama and it doesn't have romance, but it's too good not to share (sorry!): Hitsudan Hostess. The (female) main character is deaf + mute and the story is very heart-warming.
not that much of romance but i got two thrillers. it are movies though. 'Blind' (k- movie) female lead is blind and the chinese remake: 'The Witness' (where the female lead is obviously also blind) in both you can kinda get the 'fake brother and sister relationship'
