A drama like My Sunshine (Chinese Drama)

Anyone has recommendations for other dramas that are like My Sunshine?

A drama where the girl and boy know each other and they are obviously close.. but then one suddenly disappears. They meet again after a few years and the dude's crazy lol. And they have their happy ending of course!

Yeah, something like that.

Thai drama Jai Rao from what I saw has all the criteria you mentionned. Add to that she comes back with a suitor in tow.
