Drama with multiple couples?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE dramas with multiple couple! I don´t know, it just gives me a wholesome feeling. 

So I´m searching for dramas with at least 3 couples (The couples have to be relevant!! I don´t want dramas where as an example the third couple is more like a guest role because you barely see them!)

It would be great, if the drama has not that much drama between the couples (Like: SML loves FL at first, but she loves the TML but the TML loves the SFL but the SFL loves the ML and so on. I hope I could make myself clear) So no drama there and all the couples fall in love with the right person from the beginning. 

Btw. if the FL loves the SML but he loves another girl, that´s totally fine for me! I just don´t want a complete mess like I said above.

Something like About Is Love, Sweet Combat or Sanae Rak Nang Cin would be great!

Other important things:

• ML falls in love first (Would be awesome if all the males fall in love first)
• No love at first sign
• At least one of the couples has to have a Love-Hate relationship
• The girls have to be friends (Not a total must! I can also watch dramas, where the´re not friends but pls say that, so that I know)
• Boys are friends (Same as the girls)
• If it is a medical drama, the romance should play a big role. Bigger than the medical aspect

Bonuses: 

• Oblivious Female Leads/Female Lead when it comes to love
• Young characters/Young cast
• No big Age Gap especially Older Woman/Younger Man  
• Bickering Couple
• Not too many episodes
