Time travelled lovers reunite

Any of the two scenarios,
1.protagonist goes back in time ( not 500 or 600 years, within 10-20 years, a time that could be aged up to) . Falls in love with somebody. then returns to his own timeline. after returning they find their lover again, who is obviously older than before.

2. Or protagonist goes into future, falls in love, comes back to their timeline. then after their timeline hits the year which they traveled to, they meet their lover.

#it can also be something like ditto where they dont actually meet but communicate by a transmitter . doesn't have to be a sweet ending but their second grown up interaction has to be there. anything like that?

• Back to 1989 - the focus for this doesn't seem to be romance, but I believe it has the first scenario (based on review I saw)
• Someday or One Day - have heard this drama is amazing and complex; scenario 1 sort of fits?
• Tomorrow With You - not exactly what you outlined, but it sort of has scenario 2; the ML travels back and forth to the future and tries to alter the past including his lover's fate
• Train - parallel universe, but there were elements of scenario 2
