Dramas that twistt around like shutter island

I am looking for drams the totally change the game in the ending , you were expecting something but it was totally something else (really unexpected) , just like the move shutter island(for those who have seen it ), I have seen some dramas like that , and was wondering if there we more ! Since I have watched many dramas , i wouldn't mind if some one has said something I have already watched ! :) Thanks for all the help in advance :)
