I don't know if it fits your criteria exactly but I have a rec that scores 10+ in my book on acting and comedy.
Mahoro Ekimae Bangaichi. Plot is debatable since it's essentially not about anything big and most of the show is episodic. But that's its strength. It's certainly worth a shot if you're looking for a funny great J-drama.
