I'm currently watching one called 'miss the dragon'. Chinese drama. Fantasy historical. Secondary characters have a romance going on (which I think is much better than main storyline lol). Handsome kinda-bad guy falls for secondary female lead who is, at first, made to be his servant.

Not sure if it fits, but in Money Game theres a obvious interest from the antagonist for the female lead (if you consider Eugene Han the villian of the show). The drama isn't about romance but have some scenes where you can feel the tension between fl and Eugene.
