Shorter cdramas

I haven't really been able to get into Chinese dramas. The fantasy/costume dramas don't appeal to me and the modern ones are always so long. And the story is rarely compelling enough to fill the run time.

So I'm wondering what shorter cdramas are out there. I really enjoyed Reset.

I don't care for historical/fantasy/costume dramas, and I totally agree with you about the modern ones.  I enjoyed Destined to Meet You.  Like you, I really liked Reset.

Try Definite Not Today.  Only 8 episodes of ~20 minutes each.  It's modern.  And done so well.

So if you like crime dramas I'd recommend you to give the Light On Series a try. Each drama is mostly around 12 episodes long and some are quite good

Otherwise Id say give Taiwanese dramas a try. They are mostly shorter than Chinese dramas.

Thanks I'll check that out. I was mostly going for Chinese dramas because I feel like I've exhausted everything else lol. But I'll certainly have another look at Taiwan.
