Blocklist improvements

This might already be somewhere and I might have already voted on it so my apologies for potentially double posting.

I know it's been said we can't have an unlimited block list and we did increase it and added "last active" stats which have been great.

I'm wondering if we can add notes or tags or some way of identifying why we blocked someone? Did they just have bad opinions on my shows or were they actively hostile, etc.
