Annotated Block List

I'm not sure how hard it would to implement but I thought it would be neat to have a notes feature on the block list. Especially since real estate is limited. That way we could write a note to ourselves about why we blocked that person and decide whether or not we could safely remove them if we've reached the limit and want to add someone new. I find I'm increasingly using the block feature these days but can't always remember why I blocked someone.
