Ability To Pin Comment One Or More Comments By OP

The user who created the post should be able to pin and move at least one comment to the top of the post.

This will be useful when the user wants to highlight that comment to other users  and even when the user want to caution others  about a spoiler post.

This would look something like this. Refer the image below

In this case I want my first comment to stay always on top and the other one to stay below this one.

We can also extend this to those screen where a particular user owns the post/page. That would be as follows :

1. Feed posts
2. Custom and Voting Lists
3. Article Screen - To add additional notes later on for everyone.
4. Review Screen.
