Bugs in voting list

Hello, I am facing issues in the voting list. According to other users they are unable to vote cause it constantly shows that voting hasn't started yet. And everytime I try to edit to make changes, the dates automatically sets up on its own after saving the change. Every time I edit the list of add to the list, the starting date keeps getting automatically set on its own. Please check that out.
