You submitted this Spam comment and User 10 hours ago which hasn't been deleted, yet the Spam submitted by TimiZero 1 hour ago was deleted.

I don't get the reasoning by whoever deletes the Spam. There are still 2 User acounts that have remained on MDL despite both commenting Spam. The Spam comments from both accts were deleted, yet the accounts remain. 

Is there anyone to explain this?
