Offensive comments

This user is writing really offensive comments under my and other people's comments. Basically twisting up words into something I and the other users never said or meant and writing things like 'if you'd be bullied to death...' and many insulting things all while being an ageist...

My English is not very good so maybe I wrote something wrong unintentionally, but they are being very rude to me for my lack of knowledge in English language. 

Your only real recourse here is to block them, be rude isn't really against ToS so that's not grounds for them to delete comments or sanction the user. You can also report individual comments using the three dot menu on the bottom of each comment.
