can an unfair review be taken down.

Whilst reading reviews of TPOB i noticed one that rated it a 3. This reviewer said they only watched part of 

the first episode. How can that be an honest review of the drama. There was another one who rated it 5 however in the written review it was rated at 7/10. I am confused as to whether these are honest reviews of the drama or malicious. Also can these reviews be taken down by MDL, or will they blight this drama.
