Can't access the profile of my main account

Hello guys,

made an alt account, because I can't create tickets with my main one. Every time I try to open my main profile (duck_reviews) it just says that "The requested page was not found". I don't know why this is happening. Please help me. I don't want to loose my main account and all the things I've already did on there.
