Colour option removed?

Was removing our ability to change the colour of text a mistake or intended?

Asking on behalf of those of us who use colour coding in Challenge posts to designate things like PTW v completed. Or to separate information sections at the beginning of a Challenge.

And if it was intended, can we please please please have it back? It's a very efficient way to organise info - one challenge post serves very well as a compact PTW for movies for me, but only because it's colour-coded. (Links to examples, and didn't there used to be a really easy way to Unlink/remove a link from words?)

Indeed. A title I submitted was approved so I started to update my very colourful movie challenge post (2nd link above) with the new link and when I went into Edit all of the links were standard blue. Quite a shock this my morning.

I really hope it's just a mistake. If that's all it is, I just don't update any of my Challenge posts until it's fixed. Frustrating but ok. But if it was intended, then yikes. Will have to figure out new ways to visually distinguish the info. Colour-coding is compact but visually obvious, it works really well.

The editing bar layout for profiles hasn't been updated yet so it still has the colour picker. Surely they won't remove colour options from Profiles, that's very popular. So I'm hoping it's a mistake and will be fixed and the fix will be soon.

i noticed this too :( as of right now, i can't edit any of my challenge posts without losing all the colors and some of the formatting too.

seems like they're working on a whole bunch of new stuff rn so hopefully this will get fixed at some point

as far as i can tell, it's like that for all my challenge posts that use the table feature like that.
