I made this post https://kisskh.at/profile/elbee/feeds/l0WEDbfV and edited it from “show more” to “see more” without thinking much of it, but when I did so, it changed something with many line breaks into a giant text blob. I actually missed one, but if I click edit, it reverts to that blob I would have to go find the paragraph break spots all over again to fix the one I didn’t put there this last edit.
The post has people tagged, so that might be what caused the bug.
Seems easy enough to test. Just make a rambling long post with breaks (and maybe a second where you’ll have to tag your friends, test account 1, 2, etc to make it perceive those extra new format details) and go try editing it. This last time, it showed the big block right away. The first time I tapped edit, I don’t know if I even looked since I was changing the first line to make it match the MDL wording since sometimes that single word distinction is enough to confuse people about whether you mean the same thing. Old English comp teaching habits die hard.
