When comparing the two profiles, there is a clear distinction between my longstanding account and the recently created, essentially blank account. My account has a long history on MDL (since 2023), including nearly 500 dramas watched, numerous reviews, an established profile/background page, and friends.
There is also relevant history leading up to this. A user named Tom has been repeatedly harassing/trolling me over a disagreement concerning a drama's former iQIYI joint-release status. I blocked the accounts and reported them, but additional accounts were subsequently created. I also contacted the moderators about this, but the accounts remain active:

I am particularly concerned because, despite my previous attempts to address this through the normal moderation process, I have not received a resolution. I am also unable to report the impersonating account normally because, when I am logged into my account, the profile disappears for me. I am therefore asking that this be escalated to someone who can review the account and take appropriate action. I have included screenshots as documentation and I can provide additional information if needed.
