205) Mini. Similiar set up to be yourself 2025. only instead of a god he is a poor lad rising up through the ranks to become powerful. first of all it looks gorgeous.  skimpy outfits for the ladies. but it has a weird cringe vibe that i have to take breaks in the middle of 10-minute episodes. in fairness they do cover a lot during each episode so each one really feels like 5 episode of a micro stitched together. 

Every episode of him going in getting his arse kicked, someone powers him and he defeats them or runs. That young evil lad caught the hound spirit and put a carpet of spikes for him to crawl over and the stupid thing actually did it. Anyway, goddess came back and gave him 3-demon-slayer-sword and he killed the main demon.

Then Heavenly Dao appeared and made him master of the world. But he asked for everyone who died to be back and everyone to live well. The he agreed bu on condition that he will disappear completely and everyone else will forget him. But he wakes up and at his home and his mother now has a daughter. He goes away. Suddenly our 3 ladies appear and they remember him. Turns out they also got merit for saving the world so they made a request to bring him back and that they would remember him. 

I can't hate on it too much as target audience is probably for very very young teens. gave it 8.5 initially but yeah i'll boost it to 9 because i didn't skip it and it is an eye candy of a show.

206) started well. very funny and very mellow. I started it months ago and yeah it's very unexpected and very different. What a brilliant show. So mellow but such subtle twists. Some contrasts were insane like in the finale the set up for s2 the 7-path crew is walking up the mountain and immediate switch over to smaller issues at hand. In fairness i tricked myself in trying to pigeonhole the genre. it's just very unusual overall.

So once those lads started working in the shop they are all trying too get some info, some grudges, revenges. But it's all done with a very innocent mundane background of running a shop with some person (who is probably the only one there who knows nothing about anything else ad just tries to run the shop). 

Cant pin it anywhere, it's funny, has some slapstick but it's done very subtly so even when toilet humour kicks in it's still gives correct non-parody vibe. 

Binge-wise, although the last 15 i did without break it was difficult at times because of subplots a lot of people and it would've been easier to take a break. but yeah it's a solid 10.

207) insanely good. cast is essentially who is who from recent dramas i've seen. prince duan ... of course, just easier to read the cast. some girls got older i didn't recognize them straight away. Anyway very much MLK style with a lad transmigrating into a novel which he was supposed to write. so has some missions and system control ai avatar. anyway i binged the hell out of it and caught up to the aired part.

Anyway 2nd brother, was subverted by traitor editor who also entered the system and became ubervillain guy. His end was weak. Sister was also crazy yan's sister. Not sure if 2nd brother consumated or not but yeah weird twist. The main guy went away quietly during celebrations of vicory at northern pass. A few good characters died. Weird thing that yeah the 2nd brother was subverted but how did he know the plot so well and prep work was done very well. So, yeah ending was weak. He is still on life support machine and some peeps telling him that the editor didn't manage to sell state secrets.

Overall fucking who is who of best actors again, good show

208) Mini. very good. some weird groundhog day for a lad. He is obsessed with killing the main boss but seems to hover around a lot in one place. Then he goes on some missions to level up. in any case good show overall. In the end he gives all his power to the demon king to overload him. The ending it a tad unclear. One of ML's allies turns up and says his cauldron sensed demon king's energy in the sect and came to investigate. A rip in space appears and our man, dressed as demon king is getting through it and says it took him 100K years to escape void realm. the end. overall well done but yeah ending is not great.

209) korean movie. just got caught by accident really. aging female assassin doing her thing. honestly jezuz felt like a backdrop to her daughter who likes girls and another girl who is into liking girls dying to help her out to avoid some dad killing his son. eh, about being true to yourself. alright.

210) korean modern. well it was alright. essentially a day in a life of a girl whose arms-dealing uncle died. majority of the story was presented as flashbacks. those flashbacks were pretty good. dark grtitty too many coincidences. in the end her uncle isn't dead so i guess s2 will be there soon.  haven't been in proper mood for a long time to watch action films but the premise & the girl's reactions were alright. fuck it's definitely a 9.

211) Korean Movie. Modern. It was alright. same girl as in bon appetite your majesty. She played a demon possessing a body of some family's girl for a long time. She pretended to be a demon but she was a stray spirit of a girl who was unjustly killed and later her ashes were dug up by someone. Yeah, anyway the lad spent lots of time with her and eventually they kind of had a relationship going on. Eventually he went off to find her jar and before she would disappear without a trace he found it and helped her return. The host went off to france to study cousine and when she came back it turned out at least one  of his dates with the "demon" was partially with her because she didn't fell asleep. It was nice for the demon to see the father of the host as her own. And the host on her return remembered that date and rang our man as well.

It's alright.

212) Mini. 2ML from SOKP is in it Few other familiar faces. It was an easy enough binge up to E17, but with 9 episodes to go there's bound to be separation and misunderstandings.

Anyway, kicked off with a princess jumping off the balcony turned out she is married to a prince who is having a fling with her cousin. Prince is planning to rebel and want's to take over her family assets. She has pretty complicated family background as well and her Aunt & Father are having a fling. Her cousin poisoned her and made her blnd. Whole family is in on it (previously they killed her mother as well). Xuntian sect is emperor's secret police. The master is a some grl who tried to get close to FL and cured her blindness but got killled. So in E5 her "brother" was trying to bring back her soul. As he was doing it princess was jumping off the balcony and her soul entered the princess. That girl's brother started following princess and they brought down the prince. In e17 turns out the prince was working for someone else and his boss turns up. If to stop here and as far as her revenge goes it's a happy end.

Almost thought that he was falling for that blackmailing attempt.
Luckily it turned out that he told her and then they went to the emperor who told them that his father wasn't a traitor.
So, them giving the map to the 9th prince was a ruse. Also, it turned out that his sister died because to bring a letter from Quin place.
ML got stabbed in the process and became comatose.
Happy 2 episodes with a view to S2.

213) Movie. Well finally got around to it. Adaption of Legend of Condor Heroes 1. yeah it felt like i'm watching it on 3ple speed. Xiao Zhan (Guo Jing), Sabrina Zhuang (Huang Rong) & Zhang Wen Xin (Mongolian princess Hua Jun) were alright. Very gritty looking thing and if I knew nothing about the story i would've been seriously confused.

Looks like it's Zhang Wen Xin's first entry, at 28, not bad at all.

214) Mini. The theme is interesting same girl as in Gemini playing somewhat similar role. Kicks of with one sister being divorced and kicked out. Then the other kills her because she believes that their fortunes contradict each other. accidentally she gets killed in the fire. Both of them are reborn on their wedding day. And she decides to swap grooms. Both were in unhappy marriages but FL succeeded in getting one guy successful and on her second round she also won her battles. There were a few good stories, the prince pretends to be a playboy but has some plots on the side. Eventually, the bad sister got pregnant but she is still with the husband so maybe she'll get him to settle down too. Yeah, that FL's exhusband is into S&M and some ideas not matching like really not matching his looks, station and abilities.Turns out white lotus stole jade pendant from FL. That FL was given to her by ML when they were kids (she saved him at the time). By E13 CP is getting alright, but now a prince is taking interest in her.

Anyway, because of some scheming, they get killed by prince jing and... the 3 of them get reborn. Only in last episode we know that the bad sister, confessed to FL and it's part of their plan. Every on was great. Already watched a few episodes again.

215) Modern. Korean. Highschool a bit over the top in some bits. A lad who is physically tops shit at studying. So he sets up a study group takes on bullies and super connected bully who is like the king of the school. His dad is politician and some connection to gangsters. Best scene of course has to be the crazy girl's speech to attack backup fighters. (good description in e06 when. he describes her in e06 "choi hee won who is shy but odd at times" and the frame she is going all psycho nice scene too. can't say i loved it but it was definitely alright,

216) Mini. picked up by chance. Anyway a girl marries some cop type of a guy. An arranged marriage by her father who sent her away ages ago and then brought back. she had some sort of a gang/sect going on for women down on their luck. Plot revolves around finding a list of spies in the court of whatever kingdom they are in. She pretended to be a constable to help solve the case, but they figured her out very early on. One of her girls was actually a princess of another kingdom and her father was one of the spies. Anyway, one of the constable lads married the princess but revealed to her that he figured out that she drugged him. Anyway, her father wanted her to live well and move on. Her husband ended up killing him (as planned by her father) but it seemed like the prince was plotted to rebel so 3 main people survived while the spy princess was missing. It was an alright show. I binged right through it. A very very easy watch, few good scenes too. there was a great opportunity for a lot of humor but it's a  mini so it was not going to be to the level of "different princess" but it definitely same ballpark.

FL  haven't seen her before but she was pretty good.The girl playing the princess was in Dual Love. Both are still young and not a lot of main roles, but whatever I like them in their roles. The girl who had the list looked extremely familiar and a massive list of appearances under her belt but I dont recall those shows. ML was support character in Guardians of Dafeng & Love;s ambition. The lad who married princess was in a few that I've seen. But her father I spent ages to figure out who where I;ve seen him. Turns out in quite a few dramas, most recent one was in the journey of legend ... he was Sancai sword character (the one who read the novel)

Cast was decent in general. Good show.

217) Modern.Korean. Picked it up because it was popping up a lot in various quizzes so I just I'd take a look bu tit turned to be brilliant. The girl from second couple was 2FL in Mr Queen (concubine), a colleague was the "odd" girl from Study Group. 

Anyway the story is 2 girl paid FL to take her place fro a blind date. The lad had to get married and he was actually president of the company where FL worked. Some misunderstandings etc, but very funny. Really the characters were amazing. Very good vibe. There are a few scenes which i'd love to re-watch again but simply don't have the time so for now I'll leave it at a 10. It didn't annoy at all. The ending for main couple was a bit lackluster and too short. Given the set up I expected something a bit bigger. but yeah not going to hold it against it.

218) Modern family went trough a gate of a mansion/museum and traveled back in time.The cast is stellar. mother is the mother of young prince from JoL2, we got minister jin, the fabulous "ice fish" and many cameos. Just on the first one looked alright but kinda started to drag a little already. I might have to wait until it will finish airing. looks great. just finished 8: brilliant,

There was practically nothing going on from 11 to 26,7? there was a lame attempt to bring in some family issues into that but honestly it was so lame it was huffing and puffing for most of it. bibi suggested it was a deeply feminist show. oh fuck me, another one affected by pareidolia. anyway 2 things that annoyed me when FL is hurting herself to forget ML and mom just goes like you are already very brave, don't hurt yourself again. i'm like fuck just slap her right there. the other one is of course yangyang is calling her father a loser etc. like does it mean that you argue and call your son a loser around his child, the child that just was just abandoned by her mother? uuu i got so little sympathy for you. 

Finally it turns out that Mr Pei Pei is their ancestor and not Lin Yan. and they quickly get married. e31 is very good up until the end a fire happens and she remembers that's how the story ends and she wakes up in modern times. in e32 they are running a diner in modern days and but no one else remembers it. in the dissolved world no one remembers the Shen Family other than Lin Yan. Jicai goes back to the Yunshi manor and meets the lad who as it happened also fainted. so it's only the two of them shared the experience.

Acting is top notch by everyone. Pei Pei and princess story was excellent as well. The princess was actually amazing.  real eye-candy of a show.

219)Mini.Plot is similar to "Invincible Stepmother" even the garden looks the same. Although it wasn't an actress who traveled back in time but some food blogger/cook who was trying to recover her ancestral home from the her brother. Set up was also similar she almost sold her children and had to start a cooking business to buy the deeds back.FL was FL in "Heavenly Secrets Bureau.Her Brother was in the Last Immortal and the Love's Rebellion.
Then their father comes back, and the man is "Xiao Ning" from the Royal Upstart and then she opened a few stalls a restaurant. Schemes from her brother & mother look a bit OTT, i guess it's to show backwardness of that society but so far she dealt with it well.
Eventually another impostor came along, but with the help of the brother (who got stabbed by sister-in-law's lover) they were cleared and our man finally had to come came clean. Turned out he is some famous scholar. But as we find soon after is that he ran away from family and his father was a general. He ran away because he anted to be a scholar. Anyway the general was glad that his "grandson" wanted to follow his footsteps and become martial artist.  
Eventually they were reunited and on the night crimson moon was in the sky & meteor shower they were all making wishes. She wished that people she loves wouldn't drift apart. So, when she woke up she was back in that ancestral home after the sign hit her head. Her lawer said that "ancestral rule" was falsified and she still has a claim. But she says she doesn't care anymore. But her crew is also there dressed in modern clothes and Tangbao says oh maybe you don't care about us either. So, it looks like they also traveled back there.
ML & FL were simply brilliant. 2nd time i've paid for express, ending is one of those that are as good as gets for the setup. About 90% as "Invincible Stepmom".

220) Mini. Brilliant. It was recommended by nivkyb (on gemini yeah i know.)Close Mains I never saw before, a few familiar faces from the older crowd.Yeah surprising very good. FL died, reincarnated and came back before the funny turn took her family was able to deflect those issues.But she met the emperor from previous life when he was a slave and it turned out he is a royalty and the he went psycho because his mother was controlling him.but FL dies. Final end in a funny way he came back to the time before she got killed sorted out those issues for her, took an easier route to kill the other prince. Honestly the only reason why it's not a 10 is how quickly she fell for "Xiao Wu" in the next life.Like she was forced into the marriage with him in first life and he abused the hell out of her and she is like dropped a couple of gears and got all fluffy. I mean if she fell for him in her first life fine, id have no questions here it felt odd. but still a great show and a very nice happy end in their 3rd life.

221) First of all that poisonous body FL was in Moonlit Reunion. I spent ages trying to figure where did I see her. ML is some comedian and he was a cameo in JoL2 . There were parts he was alright the other parts fuck i was hoping someone kills him, really went full retard. From the rest some looked familiar but i can't place them anywhere. 

Anyway, some lad got thought some techniques associated with a demon sect but he always wanted to be a "hero" but it turned out MAA hero association is ran like a business, there were a few twists and turns but in fairness the whole thing managed to keep a very light vibe about it. for alright for younger people. despite the fact some scenes were fucking cringe & i skipped a bit i'm giving it a 9.

222) Movie. shot in very dark tones. but basically kicked off with 2 lads being set up to kill each other over a treasure map. One of the guys' son became had a tough 10 years afterwards he was invited by one of evil guy's adapted daughter (later it transpired she was a daughter of the 2nd guy who was tricked) and slowly worked up his way through the ranks. Has a "hateful 8" feel about it coincidentally he had to kill 8 evil guys. 

The 2 cooperated and eventually killed off the rest of them. Their adoptive father didn't want to die for a long time. Anyway great show.

FL and another woman in the crew were very good. Their fight scene where Sang Nian trapped her in her thread web was excellent. Main lad was alright. Old fellas were great.

FL Chen Yu Si, has such a beautiful face and shape of eyes. gorgeous girl.

223) Micro. modern twist. There are 2 seasons in it but treating it as 1. Characters from a game "new doulou continent" went out into modern times after game server was shutdown. The girl is from the girl inside me is being "haunted" by one of the characters obviously they became friends. The plot of the game is still ongoing in the modern world because an artifact from modern game escaped into the world. Pound for pound it's very interesting and i don't want to skip and it's not dragging but i'd like to know how the story develops. 

The girl got the job as a bodyguard for ML and then the plot is taken from there. Some interesting twists but a few scenarios feel similar to "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon".

Ending was ambiguous a little, it was kind of all a dream but the lad came back and he called the lady Bo Ye his sister so it could be the characters from the game. In fairness it was very light. I liked the interaction between leads and in general i'm very fond of Cheng Fang Tong's style.

224)Modern Korean. Picked it up coz it was popping up on yt a lot. Some super strong girl becomes a bodyguard to ceo of a game company that develops her favourite game. Strong start but it kinda got darker with someone like in silence of the lambs is kidnapping women. There were plenty of side stories. Very interesting mix of cheesiness & darkness. They get together in the end and a happy end overall.

Loved the expressions like "you're a size of a peanut", etc., so endearing. don't hear it as ofthen as it should be.

Familiar faces, one of the old women is mother from ML in Highschool return of the gangster and the cop's gf is my favourite concubine from Mr Queen -Seol In Ah.

225) Korean Movie. Two tough looking lads who are often stereotyped buy a house, which later turns out to be haunted.kinda turns out to be an exorcism movie. Picked it up because of some clip on yt where the girl was having fun with one of them bt onlookers thought he was going to murder her. accidents and coincidences we good. i did expect something different because of the video, but yeah pretty decent comedy overall.

226) Very nice. There are a lot of cases which are pretty interesting but as a binge it's a little difficult.  Li Yi Tong is insanely good. Even though she is a quite a bit older now,  she does a capricious darling very well. I suppose voice actor helps as well. The lad was the crown prince in Shadow Love recently. I didn't recognize from there, his acting there was  actually very mature.

Yeah the story overall, she is dependent on him to treat her sickness with her energy, he slowly grows attached to her. He wants to find his old friend who seems to be taking action against the Qian race. Strange attraction triangle with the other prince as well. Now that prince, I've seen him around a lot and I'll be very surprised if he isn't a baddie. 

Even though i'm a bit pressed for time and it doesn't feel like something i'd like to binge, it is still very mellow, funny and entertaining. The death of Uncle Hu, tied in nicely into the next case. Very nice twist. There were a few other twists. The final was around poisoning of Qi people. It was pretty obvious that crown prince had something to do with it, and i kinda guess it was the Mu Yan guy. FL had the ember stolen by her father in her body.That's why she survived for that long. She was willing to extract it and die in order to cure the affected people. Our man stepped up extracted his stone and gave it to her. Great scene. in the end they get married and she has the Qi powers. Chilan became new "king". I'm incredibly weak for LYT and I'm so glad I found this. Some people in comments criticised others' acting but for the set up I honestly can't say someone was terrible. Great show.

227) Picked it up because some one mentioned it in comments on "Warm on Cold Night".  Gothooked. Really felt like it could be a nice binge. Nice and fluffy, quite a few jokes already. A few familiar faces but the hidden identity due to a mistake is kind of starting to drag and a tad uncomfortable. The intro shows both girls staying in their mixed up relationships.  It quickly got to that point. ML fell in love with Yetan but then he had to go and fix the abyss. There was some double cross and his soul shattered into 3 shards. Yetan had to make each shard fall in love with her. She succeeded and the 3 combined into ML. And he brought her back to heaven but it looks like there's something wrong with his emotions again like an amnesia or something. Turned out he was just pretending. Sister went went back to the void and married Chenfae in prison.With the help of some lads everything got sorted out and 2 episodes of soapy stuff of everyone living as a family. Now it looks like Husui is coming in to throw a curve ball.

And she did. She stole the flower with FL2 and stabbed FL with a twig and jumped with them into the abyss to end the world. But it turned out that the two spirits ordered the chaos and everything is well. Everyone else had a happy end. The emperor suggested to plant flowers in Danci to revive spirits they do that and the spirits appear and regrow the tree. But the girls themselves didn't appear, although there's a suggestion that they will. Very good binge.

228) Mini. Kinda looks like a different take on the Imperial Coroner and some strong (literally) woman mini as well. A tune from IC is played at similar scenes as well.  There's a prolonged rivalry of 2 guys over her pretty much throughout. Fight scene choreography is pretty bad and the lads acting is not fantastic. The girl is alright. In the end ML's subordinate was the man in the mask killing off some lads. He was member of Ling family, the other family which was wiped out for silver embezzlement case (just like FL's) and it was his sister which was killed in the brothel by the muppet. Anyway I didn't hate it. Feels like the show was designed to give some extra similar stories to a few other popular shows without setting up an S2.

229) Movie. Well not sure wtf happened. The other 3 were so much better. Anyway i might have to watch previous one, but i don't recall it ending like this. Anyway they were on a trip to misty sect now but they lost their dou qi and had to go to jia nan academy with a detour at some black-market place. anyway pretty weak episode.

230) Micro. the main lad didn't look right for the part but there were decent attempts at parody so in fairness not too bad. interesting plot. The guy was way too old & masculine to pass as a "cold" student ... whatever. girls were good - best of luck to them.

231) Weird mini. just 12 pisodes. kicked off in a similar vein as Egg & Stone but then descended into crime solving theme. not bad so far, but i have a feeling that i might have to drop this.

232) mini/micro. A guy is dreaming that he became some super acupuncturist. Gets into situations with some powerful families treats everyone overcomes difficulties. All the girls are beautiful. When he wakes up all the people in his dreams were actually represented by his classmates. An all right show. Judging by everyone's outfits should've been obvious it's a dream. Alright.

233) Very easy binge. Filming is all done in some shed with green screen. Story is set in a magical world similar Magic Star and FBS, story is very simple as well. In another magic some cultivator gets killed and ends up in a body of another lad. Mom is a shunned person, he came right in time i suppose. Cultivation, competitions. King's brother plotted to usurp the throne. Overall pretty light watch. Yeah graphics were not very expensive but it's alright, the plot held up OK. Ending was funny, it's like with a view to S2, that female sect lead that ML stumbled on in that cultivation place arrived to the capital to capture that rascal. Lol, fair enough, very persistent. Anyway, it's grand.

yeah another thing. i thought that there were a lot of familiar faces but at cursory glance only 3 older lads could be familiar. Well I definitely saw his mom & aunt somewhere but neither seem to have been on my watch list. very strange.

who the hell is the director? not mentioned in the cast. there was a moment in e09:00:27.30 when he (obviously) won the tournament and looks at his mother. she has a feint smile then nods her head and feigns a kiss. simply amazing 2 seconds. but ost...grrr.. e11, during their conversation that frigging cello (?) was driving me insane.

Changing it to 10, because i've rewatched it a few times now.

234) Nice and fluffy kid's show.  The production was not expensive but doesn't look too cheap either. Well watchable.

Tian Xi Wei aka Princess Linan. Is working as a pet shop owner. She came across a dying general in the process of being hunted by a bunch of armed lads. She accidentally cut herself on a branch a drop of blood fell on a bead which hang around her necklace while giving a kiss of life to the lad. The soul of the cat-prince from some planet which was trapped inside the bead left the bead and entered the general and they got into master/servant contract. The first half it was about the cat chasing her trying to break contract then falling love and the second half FL is being jealous and chasing him. It turned out she already saved him from the villain 10 years ago and was poisoned so she was going to die soon. His mother tried to revive her back then but they needed to get all beads. Happy End, although he spent a year in the form of a cat, while she was feeding him honey mint concoction.

It's early TXW's so she still looks like very girlish, now she is way better and was able to hon those expressions. So yes her progress is very noticeable.

235) Mini. a pospartum nurse is having a shit and gets transported into the game she's playing a character turns to tell her that. but, she cuts him off and says oh right i have to complete a mission otherwise i will disappear. the lad just yeah give me some respect i have to tell you all that. the brilliant part is she asks if there's a reward for completing a mission. the man replies "you'll never be constipated again. brilliant start. colours, costumes, etc., are absolutely gorgeous.

First few episodes a villainous consort was trying to set her up but eventually they became friends too. VC was faking a pregnancy which was eventually found out but everything was fine. White lotus was making shitload of waves as well but they were eventually defeated.

System eventually showed up while she was on a crapper again. Said her membership is up and she has to go back. She says wouldn't it be great if it wasn't a dream. She arrives at the palace in modern world and meets the second prince there. alright.

236) Mini/micro. alright. really a good show for kids. large proportion was about camaraderie and dealing with those often seen situations.  FL does have mannerisms of Wang Yu Wen.

Anyway kicks off with some people trying out jet propulsion backpack. Accidentally they startle some people traveling somewhere. The girl gets knocked out. At the same time some student fucks up an experiment and transmigrates into the body of FL. FL,daughter of a general then pretends to be a man and lives in a dorm with a few lads.  So emphasis seems to  be on them solving that triangle. Funny & innocent enough - including villain, emperor, fathers etc. just about nice.

237) modern. brilliant. The name was popping up a lot. Great rom com, ZLS doing what she does best. Basically she knocked down some CEO on the road and brought him back eventually they start a relationship and take on different family villains. The only thing really turns out their families know each other they had to make her an illegitimate/adapted daughter of a rich family too. And given that her step-sister was in love with that guy for god knows how long and they haven't met was a bit weird. Weird child kidnapping where they met before yeah didn't fit. Product placement ads were too much.

I'm surprised that Yana Zhang didn't do much work, i thought she was very good.

But all side couples got a happy end, obviously apart from Xiner, coz the youngest brother who was one of the villains is in jail. But she promised she'll wait for him. All in all light and fluffy. very good.

238) micro vertical. similar set up to crush the village husband. unfortunately it's from youtube so the sound is simply dire. There's no cast even in wetv official intros but the ML and especially "The Princess" have gigantic eyes. If it was a different type of a show i'd suspect CGI. anyway quickly ran through it for reference.

239) mini-micro. Very nice show, the lad is the umbrella guy from Stick to the Script.  Cartoonist drops into the show with a mission to obtain a true-love kiss. Twist is when ML is in love with her and they kiss he will die. She must complete the mission within 3 months otherwise she'll disappear. In the meantime he suspects her of trying to steal the map.  Actress actually has resemblance and mannerisms to mao xi tong and theme feels very familiar. But yeah very engaging and visuals are stunning. Loved it.

240) micro. 10 minute episodes but each felt like they stitched together a bunch of 2 minute ones. very convoluted weird triangles and relationships. finished it just out of morbid curiosity. It's all over the place but wouldn't know where to start to summarize. A girl comes back from the mountains, her father was poisoned on her arrival, then her sister went to marry emperor. her "medical classmate" went to the palace as maids. They ran into each other. maids die. she treats the returned prince which was empress's ex. anyway fuck it after the rebellion was put down the prince left the throne to a child prince and fucked off. bloody hell.

241) micro. Girl traveled into a book, became a wife of a banding who is a king in exile and 3 kids came from somewhere. finished it due to morbid curiosity. also responsible for adding 8star ranking.

242) bizarre micro. similar setup to "the advanced manual". cant remember if they also stole some incense recipe. eh dont know how to mark this type of things at all.

241) micro but really doesn't feel like it all. just a brilliant film. FL from please don't spoil me (Zhang Miao Yi) went to school reunion. Accidentally left her school tape recorder & tape on the table which had birthday presents for ex-class monitor, during a scuffle to get it back fell and traveled back to school days. got stuck in the loop of coming into school. similar to a korean short "girl from the future". Quickly figured out that she can leave premises when she is with ML. There were a few nice youthful crap they had to do. Eventually her body started to show signals that she doesn't belong in the world and then ML took a recording of her and she came back to her own time the day before the reunion. 

When she got to reunion it looked exactly the same but the lad wasn't there so she ran off to the sea-side. Then ML turned up they kiss and the end. So yeah, the girl is awesome. Just pure ray of sunshine. 

242) yeah fl is definitely not ZLS or WYW, her runs as a toddler was harsh to watch as well. Wasn't impressed by the lads either. Overall it was just alright. The lost brother coming back after the fire and living by himself until 30s instead of was hard to swallow as well. But a lot of it was alright. I think there was a mini with a similar feel which was way better.

it's the one about a robot in the basement.

243) Sad mini. FL is the princess from Egg&Stone. Visually it's fantastic.

A captured general was wounded had his balls cut off and dumped in the forest. The girl finds him and brings him back to life. He wants to leave the place because although he likes her he doesn't want to burden her by absence of his missing piece. The girl chooses to become a goddess to bring him back to life. The sacrifice is that she has to forego all aspirations for mortal life. She gets to spend 7 days with him, including marrying him, guess it's wrong timing that she didn't get pregnant i suppose. He fixed her hut and eventually she led him to the edge of the village. blindfolded him and pushed out. He appeared on the other side with his memories gone that's like in E02.

Looping back to e01 how story progressed, she stabs the general while the SML stabs her. So in the end the general ends up wiping out her clan and she entangles with SML. And she really looks like she is big into him and can't believe that he'd be the one to kill her.

In the end the lad remembers her probably for the 4th time at this stage and she pushes him out into the forest and erases his memories. The lads get old, one dies, while the other stays alone. Meets & recognizes her. Obviously she's still young and beautiful.

Looks beautiful and some excellent shots as well. The middle is kind bizarre. Might skim through it again.

244) Modern mini. About a girl with face blindness,prosopagnosia, she sees them all as a blur. Her friend wears large round black glasses. Anyway she is an exchange student (although chinese, but i guess she won the place to go back). Someone accused her of plagiarism, the whole scene was a bit OTT. anyway ML grabbed her and dragged her away.

Anyway, in the end al 3 couples reshuffled. The jealous villainous classmate entered the scene again a couple of times. She waited for him to come back from the coma. Unclear if 2nd couple the "uncle" went to yale and came back. The brother of ML and niece of 2ML stayed home and had 3 kids. so an alright ending.

Bringing the part where ML was the one to help her escape kidnapper is on a a cheap side. Funny thing would be if he just goes "great you escaped, but  i got raped!... i was looking for you too" not a bad show.

245) modern korean. In fairness it was alright. A resentful ex-wife intentionally joined company which was started by her ex. He is a CEO and became successful after she divorced him. At first it seemed like an odd gold-digger setup. but it transpired overtime that she went through and did a lot for his success. The weird SML & SFL triangle dragged on for quite a bit and the ending felt a bit flat. but it was an entertaining watch. Obviously they got together and she is now pregnant again. 

246) mini. similar set up to "Royal Upstart".  lot's of familiar faces so far easy going.  It was alright for most of it. There was way too much political bs and it finally descended into nonsense after express episodes were aired. The end was not great either, emperor banished him for killing the prince and distributing land. The princess came to follow him but then he died and came back to real world where the car crash was in progress and princess was holding onto him and calling 102 (ambulance).  Princess was absolutely brilliant the lad alright. His father was PM in "Royal Upstart" overall should've waited for all episodes to release.

247) Micro. very unusual set up. Girl was dumped & lost her job. Got drunk in a bath. Wall opened up and she appeared in the palace. Anyway she had to pretend to be a queen for a bit. When she came back to emperor's bedroom it turned out her room is also in tact. So there's like a portal between the two  worlds. Her ex-boss was also in that time but his portal closed. Eventually princess which wanted to be a queen (in love with our general/boss) discovered the portal. Cleaning robot wandered out and she followed them. Portal started to malfunction and Princess & General stayed in the past while emperor and FL stayed in modern world. (She didn't make it in time before portal closed because her grandmother ended up in hospital and died).

In the end he idol wang zhen came to sue her because emperor was impersonating him as the boyfriend of FL at the reunion. So kind of a view to S2 but also the way to need need them to pretend that it was just a dream and she electrocuted herself in the bath.

There were a few nice cheesy stories, with rebellion and a massive princess who had engagement, but something didn't click and wasn't as engaging as it should've been.

Not a lot of familiar faces, the maid Hong Guo'er looks extremely familiar and Empress Dowager I've seen lot's of times. The general Ren Si Qi was excellent. Doesn't look like he's getting much work though. Pity. This was FL's debut and I saw her recently in a micro "maid's guide to success".

248) Micro. This is S1 of "Chasing Love" (which is S2) and the reason for why the ritual was started. I hope to just quickly run through it, the ending will be sad. 

It turned out to be fucking brilliant. Yeah the ending is sad but the journey was excellent. Very good. 

She eventually got her memories back a lot of push&pull but yeah. great.

Well ML is umbrella guy from stick to the script, smile hu is FL. Eldest Princess i saw a few times before but other than that no one felt familiar.

249) Modern korean. it popped up often. but i thought it will be something ridiculous. turned out pretty good. A gumiho (fox demon) had to turn human before his 1000th birthday (before he gets 10th tail). The lad thought he needed energy of others but turned out he just needed to experience what it is to be human before he turns human. if he doesn't then he'll disappear. As it transpired that for centuries now he's just running down the clock. by chance a girl swallowed his "marble". and he grew attached to her. there were a few silly stories around. another gumiho and some silly serial killer spirit featured. overall it was pretty good. i was afraid that using his last supplies of magic to save FL he turned human and immediately got knocked down by a truck. but luckily it was also part of the test. so happy end for everyone and great show overall.

there were lots of comments about clingy SML and something about wooden appearance of ML but it kinda fit. didn't hate red-thread twist because it was also a test so very happy with that.

Naksu/Mu Daek (Jung So Min) made a guest appearance and she's there like for 2 minutes/sentences in total and just awesome. FL was very good, all support was excellent as well. The other Ho was concubine Kang in Bon Appetite. A few guests, FL from "study group". Dowager from Mr Queen. Yeah even with my small sample of KDramas i already guess plenty of familiar faces.

The only thing is that they brought his initial popularity to nothing very quickly. Like first reporters were all over him and then nothing at all. Anyway, very happy with that.

250) Excellent. An introverted bachelor's  interior designer's life is slowly changing as more and more people started to come into his life. well the lad is kind of "doctor house" really.

First time seeing the ML, he was very good. FL is (Zhu Zhu the crazy lady from DemiGods & crazy lady from MHH). She was excellent. The girl is now hitting 40s and does beautifully. I honestly prefer her now to her younger self (though obviously she was a stunner back then too). The neighbor girl is FL from Fake Princess and she was excellent too in this role. Her car-salesperson colleague was in more shows. Actually there were plenty of cameos.

The neighbor girl, Eleanor Lee, was like a catalyst to drag more people into his life as well and source of vulnerabilities to trigger his more caring side. So overall she was like the main role.

many new relationships formed, everyone changed for the better, a happy end for all and a lot of comedy throughout. and all of that without excessive nastiness. what more could one want from a romantic comedy. Minor peeve that there were a few irritating moments where he was portrayed too retarded. but overall it's a great binge.

251) mini. it was just about average throughout. the twist in the end with the sister going off to sleep with some idiot was unnecessary and crude. i suppose it was to help her give a reason to go crazy and turn on her sister. but wtf did it achieve with less than 20 minutes to go. there were some familiar faces bit not too many.

anyway the story where a family runs a small inn. FL is a daughter of general unjustly executed for stealing silver. the lads are trying to uncover the situation behind a similar case now. The villain turns out to be secret agent as well. Yeah humorous scenes and investigations were just about alright. humour was falling pretty flat all over the place. childish enough, that's why the twist with the sister's experience felt completely out of place.

252) Mini/micro. modern. Someone drops into a comic/game. The game is a super 8-star hotel for stern/quirky stereotypical cdrama CEOs. FL must complete missions, like complete with a system telling her progress. Etc. FL is from I have a smart doctor wife. Every CEO looks the same because it's too expensive for a webtoon to make them different. The twist is that each CEO actually share incomplete set of memories between each iteration. Kinda young people's humour for most of the start but the last few episodes after it transpired that he is a character she deleted from her novel and his mission is to find & delete her really turned into theatrical performance which was very good. Both were excellent. It did have the vibe of "The Girl Inside me".  Plenty of twists and turns. In the end the hotel world collapsed and she woke up in the real world. Her boss says that novel was a success and the studio wants to produce a film. The guy interviewing her is our ML and it looks like he remembers her. And he says his line about her being his constant in this chaotic life and we think he remembers her. But then he adds "I really like that line" and it's uncertain if it's him or not. Yeah for censorship reason it had to be a little ambiguous.

Overall pretty good. FL did a lot of minis & micros in the last 2 years, hitting 31 and she's alright. I wish her well.

253) A family was protecting deposed prince. When the prince lost his memory general sent off his real son and kept the prince. Then t turned out the exiled lad conspired with an official to usurp the trone. NGL 3rd querater  dragged a little with misunderstanding not entirely comedic.)

As a comedy it was very good. The umbrella guy from "stick to the script" was in it, FL from royal upstart. And tons of other familiar faces. Very well entertaining.

Hankiz Omar was FL and she was excellent in this role, i've seen her in legend of heroes and she was very good there too. This type of role really suits her. ML i've often. The grandmother, she was brilliant she obviously was in make up, true veteran god how many times i see her around.

yeah at first i was going to give it a 9.5 but i think it's a 10. because something broke the binge and it took me awhile to get back to it so im not taking it from the top. I'll think a little bit now. maybe i'll change my mind.

254) micro. modern. about a jewelry-designer girl who fell asleep at a party and dreamt that she was given a bracelet which makes her lies come true. So the boyfriend she wished for materialized and they got into various situations. The mission was supposed to be to get them to say i love you to each other. In the end they get married say i love to each other and he disappears. She wakes up at a party. Next day she gave out to her manager for touching her and to another designer for stealing her ideas. quits job. wins some award and meets the Chu Man. It was alright but i had to skip through the middle like there's no tomorrow.

255) Brilliant. Two wedding processions got caught in the rain and too shelter in a temple. Both girls never seen their grooms. One is a noble lady (BBK) is supposed to marry some sickly 3rd master. While an illiterate martial artist (TXW) supposed to marry a general. Both think it's terrible. In any case they get spooked by bandits and get into wrong sedans. Anyway very quickly transpires that their grooms are not as terrible as rumored and they eventually fall in love. Four 4 couples get formed in the process and reunion between another one. Overall very angst free show. The villain who was causing trouble for TXW set was there until the very end. And there was a tiny bit of angst thrown in at the end when general was imprisoned. Overall very light and fluffy. The cast was brilliant and most of them I've seen many times. 

It's probably a 10, because I have a feeling I will re-watch a few scenes from it despite slightly odd pacing , barely villainous villains and not the brightest grandmother. Obviously I'm OK with the disguise BBK had.

256) modern mini. start was pretty good, then the end just descended into morbid curiosity area. Some jilted bride hired a lad to pretend to do fake wedding. By accident the lad was the head of the family. Turned out she helped him in the hospital ages ago when he was a boy. Then he secretly sponsored her education. For majority of time there was a thread of plagiarism running through it (she is a jeweler after all) . Some other evil girl was helping mother to take over the family with the help of another family.... There was another micro recently with similar theme which probably was a little better.

257) Modern. An alien arrives to earth and hooks up with a lad who after it rains forgets all the women he knows. A lot of misunderstandings and amnesia. All over the place. Triangle with the brother and an "evil" SML. But it has a an alien turtle as well. 

She saved him from a car crash but accidentally lost her gizmo for calling the spaceship. And was trying to retrieve it. It actually got stuck in his heart. She was running out of energy and was going to die, so he asked to do surgery to get it out even though it was risky. The turtle performed the surgery to extract it. She wanted to stay but he called the space ship for her. 

Then they invented scented drink and two years later she came back as an ambassador. he still remembered her. 

It was alright. There was a stupid scientist running around as well. But overall decent watch. The step-mother of the lad was also in dear ancestors.

258) Comments were pretty bad past 3rd episode so I was just going to take a quick look at it. The pace was a bit slow but slowly it drew me in. There were a few annoying third-wheeling and triangles, misunderstandings, parts which are just too convoluted. 

Anyway a general was framed for slaughter of a town was trying to take revenge. One of the survivors (FL) bent on revenge was secretly trained by him. When the time came he gave her a mission to kill the 3rd prince (himself). But at this point FL figured out that genera; was innocent so offered to work with him disobeying order. So the mystical lord of assassins poisoned her etc.. The end was kind of sad because despite finding the antidote it was intercepted by a prince of another kingdom and that king took it for himself. So general thought that the girl's poison was cured. The 3rd-wheeler tried to drain blood of one of her friends in order to save, but she discovered it, faked her death again. So our lad found her corpse and dragged her body around with him for a bit. Was going to kill himself. But she came to her senses and ran away and joined her friends who now opened the shop. She was sent off to the 3rd-wheeler as princess at some point and in order for her to go he told her that he is the one who poisoned her. That was done to protect her in case his head on attack on the crown prince will fail. 

3rd-wheeler's sister, concubine yin eventually grew accustomed to her elderly husband emperor died because when he was being poisoned by crown prince she covered herself with antidote and it turned out to be poisonous to her. So yeah sad endings all around. She dies, then he dies alone.

Visually excellent.

259) Micro. barely alright. A female assassin accepted a job but lost half of instructions and it was supposed to be a protection job and tried to kill, then delayed eventually gave up killing him. only then did she realise that mistake and was all happy about it. anyway empress dowager was faking her identity and as part of her revenge she was trying to start a war between 2 cities. Yeah very little intrigue in general. Not funny enough to be a comedy and just a bit lukewarm overall.

All girls were good, FL, the princess & the dowager. The lads mm not so much,

260) Micro. Eh, it's kinda low-key on everything. Not annoying, happy end. Some would b assassin failed to kill people time and time again and ended up in supreme court kitchen. The lad obviously recognized him. eventually they went on a mission to figure out some wrong doing by a prince. Obviously he was going to blow up the capital. But dynamic between the leads was pretty positive. Didn't hate it but didn't exactly love it either.

261) Eh. Almost pure sugar. Particularly the last 2 eps was just fluff and feel good. 3rd wheeler didn't hang around much but just enough to spoil it. 1st season was a tad edgier and here not all actors were present. ok positive side is that the lad was not losing his memory for real this time. good binge.

262) Ending is a bit unusual actually. An assistant to some actor travels into the film they are making . Actor ended up there the same way she did because the kettle was boiling. The girl ended up on a sedan going to tea party. The lad appeared and eunuch told him to go to tea party. In response to which eunuch stabbed him. And that happened a few times. At some point eunuch said that if they are here to die you'll never get out. eventually the actor said he is going. Anyway if one of them dies scenario repeats but if both die they wont get out. Anyway they have to fall in love because some girl next to her said it.

So, they went through the whole plot. Which was a selection of prince consort and some shenanigans with pretenders dying off. To get out of it the two of them must fall in love. The whole scheme was orchestrated by the queen to get the other half of the tiger tally.

Ending is unusual, so she wakes up in the trailer and the lad was already there and left her covered with his jacket. Everyone is losing their shit at the great performance he did. Turns out he retained memories and confessed to her in front of everyone. So, yeah it's a tad unusual twist.

FL has very unusual face but she was pretty good. The Imperial Perceptor I think she was SFL in a few films. I think she was opposite Bailu in SOKP.

263) Yeah tough call. If it was a mini it would be a 9.5. A beauty blogger (and her assistant) were in a car crash. Put into a VR game to help them wake up. from a coma. Different tasks etc. Rivalry rebellions, love octagons. AI butler becoming an NPC. pretty good in chunks tiring as a binge. Best episode was the finale. The butler told the main character that in order for her to wake up he has to die. So ML poisons himself at the wedding. Hinted that he knew where she's from. When she woke up she bought the game company and let her assistant sleep indefinitely (until she is ready to snap out of her happiness with the other prince).

It turned out that the lad she was supposed to meet at the bind date where she turned up drunk was the ML.

ML was acting pretty much exactly like he did in guardians of dafeng and it did get hard to look at given that he was supposed to be a prince & general. After given it some thought he was the NPC and that's how he is defined by the program (as well as that's how his prototype was to begin with). Yeah tough call. 

The butler was TJ from LYF, i knew i hated him before :D , FL i saw before in support roles but no recollection of her (even despite of her looks).  Actually most of the others looked unfamiliar as well.

264) Micro. Similar to splash splash love. A girl with hangups ends up in the past.  Yeah it is true that there's no difference between how both of them look it's really about perception of oneself and how it affects us. There are no overarching plots or anything at some point she had to make a decision to leave or stay there and let the man accept consequences. In the end ML went forward in time. doesn't matter how maybe he was also from the future who knows. There were flows but definitely not in acting. Everyone was great. 

265) modern mini. a few guys beat up and throw overboard another one. He ends up in 1995 in an aquarium instead of a turtle. He meets a few people. The girl ran  tv-repair shop. lot's of different situations, saves his mother and general business schemes. It was alright.  

The lad even though he is 37 he looked 47 easily and just didn't vibe correctly with me. Few people from guardians of dafeng. 

Best scenes really him saying goodbyes to the people in e34 and his mother in e35. The girl's acting was priceless and the song playing was brilliant. Pity there's no way to find it and even to cut out there are people talking over it.

Ended in a weird way yes it was a dream so no girl there for real. But then another copy runs in and says they had to find Cao Mei.

I would watch some scenes but not sure if it's 9.5 so will leave it at 9. 

266) micro. Cartoon writer ends up in the novel due to some magic thunder. She ends up in a body of a very rich girl who is supposed to get married. Befriends a prince and marries a general because it's emperor granted marriage. So lots of buying and selling stuff. Hanging out with a 3rd wheeling prince (she doesn't know he is a prince until the very end when his sister starts to 3rd wheel the prince. Then they set up some show. She tells the general her address in the real world at some point. So when she comes back after having a very vivid dream the necklace gift from general was actually under the table. Then the doorbell rings and that's the general who says is this the address...are you her. So he found her in the real world somehow. Strange that this ending got passed through.

Anyway it was alright, nice and fluffy. no major angst other than silly triangle.

267) Anniversary 100 year of CCP. 

It is an anthology drama about the lives of eight legendary figures in China: 

Yu Min: Involvement in national defence and security from his youth until he reached his middle age. 

Shen Jilan: Advocating "equal pay for men and women" and her election to the first National People's Congress. 

Sun Jiadong: Countless defeats become the starting point to depict the relentless spirits of the Chinese scientists. 

Li Yannian: Heroic feats during the Korean War (known in China as the war to resist US aggression and aid Korea.) Zhang Fuqing: A war veteran has gone to live in one of the poorest regions and helped people out of poverty. 

Yuan Longping: Worked tirelessly to provide food and clothing for his motherland and the people of the world. 

Huang Xuhua: It recounts the difficult process in China's independent research and development of nuclear submarines. 

Tu Youyou: Development of the new antimalarial drug artemisinin and answers some doubts people have about the Nobel Prize received in 2015. 

Very good. My favourites are Sun Jiadong & Huang Xuhua. Like the lads were starting from serious handicapped positions. So it was very interesting to see how process and procedures evolved.  Shen Jilan was alright. Ecranisation of war stories was alright but i prefer more direct documentaries with narratives etc.

Not bingeable at all. Took quite awhile for me to get through it but overall very enjoyable.

268) Another one which was hanging around for ages. From films for 100th year anniversary of CCP. Tells the story of a guy involved in development of civil aviation from 1949 onwards. He was a test pilot then he joined some crew for development of made in China carrier plane. Similar to Medal of the Republic but it's pretty long. Dad would've loved it but there were a few bits and pieces which I found dragging a bit. So had to skip & ff. In any case pretty good.

269) mini. some nursing student saved someone from drowning and passed out. ended up in the comic book as a concubine of the dead king as all of them are being slaughtered to follow him to the underworld. FL is saved by the new king because she said sorry in english (why? dont know) eventually it turns out he is the author of the comic book and is also stuck in the book and is trying to get out. this time he was hoping to kill FL (he let her kill himself a few reincarnations already so he is trying something new). A few shock value scenes and some stuff is kinda silly. but since i've added it might as well carry on.

ML kinda torments her ina  childish ways. Anyway at e16 turns out prince rui is actually the emperor. Her sister Yundan is killed on her birthday and FL talks him into dying so as to reset timeline. But she goes forward 3 month into the future and it turns out that ML forgot her and she as original host was killing people left right and centre.  So eventually the lad remembers and kills the emperor by throwing him in the vat with elixir.he made a deal with the system, but ended up going back to his own time. LZ made a deal with the system as well for him to be sent back. But she could write comic in her world and his book gets updates in his. So he gives her gold and some modern stuff as well. Eventually she asks him for another WZ. End is how it started on the beach she saved him from drowning felt dizzy when he came around he started kissing her. So it's unclear in which world they are.

Plus one for FL's costume which show her delicate frame and neck. The rest was a tad too convoluted for me.

270) Modern. Wallace the guy from (why is he still single) plays a similar role here. a CEO came back to his hometown. Still has unresolved issues. Quite a few characters and unresolved issues floating around. Almost a fly on the wall humour is in dribs and drabs.

He sets out to help out the son of big brother. his assets get frozen, and he is temporarily out of the group but helps out Linbao's girlfriend to get a grip on the restaurant. The restaurant itself isn't the issue it's more to do with the brand name.

Anyway there are reconciliations all around, mistakes acknowledged. Thanks to tong tong he decides to ger surgery. All issues resolved. but yeah the ending is a tad unclear. Tong tong is on the roof and continues Weiguo's count and then she is happy. We dont the man but it looks like he is healthy enough to be brought back home. So, yeah it was a good trip but heavy enough. Problem I see is that most issues were resolved in the last episode and and the resolutions were pretty much a fizzle.It's understandable like the dynamic never went up to 11 so good level show overall.

271) modern mini. collection of short stories from Shenzhen. I suppose it was sponsored for some anniversary to show how it became a vibrant city. So far each story is split over 2 episodes but they release it one e at a time. There was a nice one about tracking yaks with drones, cafe episode was nice too. Then there was the opening of stock exchange. One where they send notes in a book from 2016 to 2025 doesn't look like it fits anything. But i guess it's about book industry. They were sending it until she told hi m to meet her in 2016 at some place because some lad followed her and she maced him. turned out he was that lad and after he went to hospital he got knocked down by a car. they turned it nicely into a dream. and they met at the bookshelf. pretty good.

e15 good story with the lad who came in as intern and was helped out by a cleaner.

e18 kungpen overpass bridge for animals.

e21 & e22 building the trade tower using poured concrete method.

E23 with the robot pretending to be human was alright. Last one about ip man musicale was alright but a bit lackluster. 

Overall some good stories, pity they dragged it out too much. anyway it's over.

272) modern mini. Kind of a contract relationship with some CEO which gone pretty retarded very quickly. not at the level of Business Proposal. The usual misunderstandings with grandad trying to get them together. people finding out about the contract. His sister came back and tricked the villain (he was FL's crush in college) to cough up the evidence on data fabrication for live stream. Then eventually she fell for him but dissolved the contract. He confessed. Her gambler/drunkard dad turned up. It turned out his sister was dating his assistant for 8 years. No idea why assistant had to pretend to be president at some point. pretty silly.  Anyway both couples got together. Barely passable. pity, coz it was a good start.

273) The girl (half) from under the power and Hou Ming Hao (demon). Funny how two of his dramas on air at the same time. Character set up seems familiar like in the Feud. Very cartoonish but colourful and nice. A bit of an issue with sound dubbing by FL but visually very nice.

A lot of tiny stories and time travel to explain backgrounds. Hong Ye was a human before and because XY time-traveled she inadvertently helped him to create kunglun mirror from stolen pearls. so essentially he is the one who got the ball rolling. when he woke up 5K year later he forgot who he was.  In the end he sealed the mirror in himself and went into some limbo state. FL mastered a spell to allow herself to travel back to exact point in time ... which was when she got herself tied with "red-string". Alright.

Visually it was excellent and stories were involving. I didn't like how Dali went from NPC into enemy land. PianPian's turn was also on a weird side. Sound yeah not great.

Characters very good yeah some cheesy but no issues really. Zhuyu Herbs ftw.

Ao Hen is actually Jiang Wu from The Legends.

274) Brilliant. An Imperial Inpsector on investigation is double crossed and loses memory (a little similar to Shadow Love only without magic). Ends up in matriarchal ta mearchant family which is hosting a contest to select a matrilocal husband. Weird selection intrigues between sisters etc., he eventually recovers his memory and remembers that he was investigating a case. I guess a set up for falling out and misunderstanding to go. No misunderstandings happened, the man continued the chase. Almost married the crazy Yan lad but turned out he was the scholar from Wei family who escaped execution because he was away. He got into the family by killing original heir and impersonating him. Yunshu went all out trying to kill grandma but Bai lived.

Sisters reconciled and starting to work as a team. 

The last 6 eps the lad had to go to the capital again and turns out he was some Duke's estranged son. Duke also set up the Rong family with some fake tea under their brand name so she owed a lot of money but took them on. Turned out the founding emperor gave them jade seal so they wielded power above their station. Our lad seemed dumber in the final episodes but it's because he was being poisoned by one of the children. The Duke wanted to get the seal through the marriage of ML&FL. In the end ML joined her on the ship and went back to Linji. Bay & Yunshen seems like some hope as well.

Hou Ming Hao & Gulnezer Bextiar both are awesome.

275) an alright mini. some girl in order to become sect leader had to get married. the sect was in a neutral zone between two fiefdoms. the lad she kidnapped was a son of a city lord. anyway they finally got married . the lad was from the girl inside me. the "princess" was a support in a few dramas & in si jin. overall alright., the story itself pretty forgettable. 

276) micro modern. In a similar vein to "he kills it". Lot's of hot bodies 1 lad set up. Some weird AI eyeball embedded in the lad's brain they are looking for some firmament and someone responsible for death of his father. eh, morbid curiosity is barely enough to keep me going - plot does not matter. 

lots of skin & damsels who are supposed to be some super genius researchers. the brain thief guy was holerious. obviously it was not him the real villain, but professor li. in the end they exposed him when he tried to retaliate. anyway the only weird part is that ml didn't end in a coma and it wasn't a dream. himself and original damsel scientist drove off on a tiny moped.

yeah, it's for 12 year old boys.

277) Ah jezuz this was on air but it looks like it was done a long time ago. I'm on E9 and no idea wtf is her objective is. Some fucking prophet said she is going to marry some muppet and listed qualities. So she is looking for him. There are 3 lads after her then she goes for election as an Oiran prostitute wtf am I watching. in E11 the man kicked her out of chang'an and finally got her out of election.His guards put her into some community and protecting her there. Girl looks gorgeous, support crew are very good. Story is seriously lacking.

278) modern. the one with li yun rui. where an injured athlete becomes an assistant in some entertainment agency and ceo falls in love with her. her cat was going over to someone's house and became wechat-friends. eventually they find out who that is. his sister worked at cafe which was set up for her by her "big brother". sister got together with him afterwards. 

anyway the sub stories are forgettable pretty much the usual, except colleagues were alright. 

overall girls were alright, there was a bit of a drag and the lad didn't pull as much weight as he should've. 

279) modern japanese. A fat girl committed suicide in front of some girl and they switched bodies. Turned out she was told of some method to do so. Then the lads switched over then they switched together again. Anyway, dark not dark type of thing. Last 2 episodes were pretty good, well maybe just the last one. 25 years ago i might've liked it but here it was just alright.

280) "Modern", Korean about a hotel for ghosts. The owner is paying penance for some stuff and some new guy turns up to make her fall in love (well make her tree bloom). Lot's of short ghost stories death questions posed. Very good show. IU is gorgeous, lovely delicate frame photo on MDL doesn't do her justice. The lad was alright all supporting cast and guests were excellent. Overall done very well.

One of the guests a drowned policewoman is "ms Choi" from mr queen and the name of the grudgy maid is Ms Choi as well. made me smile.

Yeah overall enjoyed it very much. The intern closed her all seeing eye, all the staff went on the limo. FL is making it on foot over the bridge but has the flower to indicate that she is going to a good place. There's an epilogue that there will be a new hotel opening called "the blue moon" and there will be a new owner. 

Originally i thought it will be about something else because of the cards in the intro outro. Anyway good show.

281) Modern. Wang Yu Wen is a streamer with cynical attitude to love. Kicks of with "Yang Kang" CXX being slightly offended when she criticized the book saying no men in it deserve to be loved. She feels dizzy and travels to a book where she had to complete missions to win him over. When he finally proposes to her he gets hit by a truck. She reveals the truth and gets penalized by the system and traces of her being with him are erased. So she had to start and try winning him over but the details of their relationship are still around and gradually he remembers everything. But the others don't so he copes on that there's something supernatural in progress. And follows her lead when to propose, etc., so when he finally does that she disappears but the world didn't dissolve and her pager was in his hands. And through that he was able to see her in the parallel world.

She wakes up after disappearance, but came back to the wrong date. And started to look for him. Someone sent the model airplane to her and she went to the address. on the way she noticed characters from the book who didn't recognize her. When she got to the shop Gao was there. Ends with someone writing the script "how G got there is another story"

Second couple was not great. His assistant Lou was great same lad from Be With You 2023. CXX & WYW awesome.

Great loophole for the ending so all worlds are fictional so anything could happen.

Watched the first 9 or 10 episodes quite a few times, so yeah definite 10.

282) Modern Korean. A 9-tailed fox is keeping a balance between good & bad deeds to avoid becoming human. She sells wishes to rich people. She accidentally got one footballer injured and another lad took his spot. Worked hard and became international star. The lad who was supposed to be face hit a downturn. So, ML asked her to switch their fates for a short time. When the time came the lad refused to switch back. Due to some human wanting to become a spirit she saved ML's life and became human, losing her power. So the relationship progressed. They looked for another fox who, who was not strong enough to switch fates but tricked her into doing good deeds on her behalf to help her grow another tail. I'm guessing when the time comes FL will want to stay human. Unfortunately it's only 2 episodes per week, and we are only at half way mark so it will be ongoing for a while. And one week was skipped. The crazy lad shot ML and she got his friend to stab her, everything she did was reversed and the vision of ML stabbing her became true. There were a few tiffs with shaman before that. She went off but didn't cross the river of 3 crossings. mountain spirit eventually helped her to return and become a fox. Her sister grew another tail because when FL sacrificed herself her bead got a power boost. She tried to avoid him for awhile but when he was thinking of jumping off the roof she reappeared . The last episode was really just wrap up of everything. In the end they are on the island but it looks like she is again avoiding becoming human. Best part was the song which played during dramatic moments Yoari-Can't be.

283)  A girl transmigrated into a body of her mother (well actually it was her dead aunt) And tried to help her to fight back against the slander and abuse of her father's family. 

The show kicked off FL having argument with her mother and running out of the apartment and then earthquake happening. The argument featured her arguing about cutting ties with her grandfather.

She started up some business based on future know;edge like hoarding garlic and then selling it at 10 ten times the price. Helped out to find Jade on some miner's land. And she did that a couple of times. Every time she managed to get her mom a bit further out the door. But every time she was going back she was going back closer to the calendar which was showing her death.

The day she died in the hospital because she was pushed by her aunt and hit her head on a nail sticking out of the wall, they finally they made it to the door but the door was broken and the roof collapsed her mother shielded her and then carried her on the back to the hospital. It turned out that her mother was her sister with speech impediment. So she told her grandfather to fuck off.

Good show. It was pretty harsh on the eyes in a few places. Also, it's industrial rural area so the looks weren't exactly awesome. Which is fair enough. Just the sign of times I guess.

Overall well done.

284) Similar to Chong Hui in the sense that a girl transmigrates to the past (90s) to help her other avoid her father. The father would've had an affair and steal her mothers company. There was a bit of comedy but it's the same girl from the "girl inside me" so the plot is harsh. She was also implying that her uncle was fantasizing about her because he had pictures etc, but by the look of it she will return from the past and he was looking for that zheng yan girl (but that's not certain).

At the moment she knows that the her blood type is O everyone else's is AB so they are not even related so her father isn't her father. And she managed to split up the original couple. Looks like she was adopted by her mother. The 3 girls made up and kicked the shit out of the villain. Eventually she was going to marry the past Qi Mo, but got run down by the villain. She arranged to send him flowers every year on his birthday. Also, the photographs they made stayed around, the others forgot her.

Qi Mo was looking for her for awhile and raising the child. But when she came back he didn't acknowledge her, but left her a letter saying everything else. He dies but it's unclear how. When she came back to look at photographs him from the past appeared. Whether it was real him or not.

Anyway, looks very gritty. FL a bit harsh overall. But still it's not too bad and the return was interesting too.

285) Modern comedy. from the people who brought MHH, YYY and a few others. Insanely good. It's based on a novel so there were a lot of people with complaints like "this was in the novel... this wasn't..." etc. overall i loved it.

ML gets fired and offered an opportunity by a mysterious investor called Mr Sima (Sima Ming). The condition is he will get base salary of 5K (essentially minimal wage) and any losses that company incurs will be his bonus. So he goes off and creates a dream company for employees but hires what he thinks is a bunch of leftovers who no one else would hire. But they buckle up and consistently thwart his plans to lose money. eventually the clear the air and start aiming for profit. There was a bit of a bait and switch. Story kicked off 8 years later with him still wearing shabby clothes boarding a plane. That was hard to believe that the deal could be kept secret for so long. Luckily the ending was switched to him writing a novel about his experience.

The show has so many cameos from costume drama, it will take ages to list them out. ML is the only one who i saw once in ,GPG, he was a eunuch there,cant remember him. Lin Yun was FL in FBS.

Lot's of drama cameos on tv's in shows as well, in e05 08:51 bao is watching lady jin from shen li?

Overall very good, the book doesn't dwell on his psychological difficulties and just presents one venture after another and obviously no romance, so it's kinda of fawlty towers. but yeah some set ups are very funny. There were only a few presented, otherwise it would become tedious. but the game "the lonely road" was done so brilliantly. 

Of course the twins were a total highlight of it. They used to be sales girls in apparel shop and say the same line with the correct pitch that was used in MHH. 

Anyway, loved it. watched earlier episodes countless of times already.

286) modern,1997, korean. shown only on weekends a bit to go yet. Accountant from financial crimes unit is going after some company which caused deaths etc due to various nefarious dealings.set in 1997 during economic collapse so looks gritty enough. anyway after her second attempt to go after it(whistleblower was director of the company got killed and they couldn't find the ledger), she gets a job and goes undercover in the company. a 35 year old posing as 20 year old intern. anyway she lives in a dorm and befriended some people. she was trying to get he ledger for a slush fund. but after another f'up the higher ups were no longer interested to go after them.  so she is now trying to steal it, buy shares in the company etc. the new director is her ex, who didn't stand by her during the last f'up. her current boss in the agency is a brother of her previous mentor who topped himself.

a lot of focus was on dynamics and relationship between the 4 women and a kid plus the co-workers. she keeps coming up with good initiatives so once again pushed into limelight.

last week, the evil woman in charge of the fund finds out that she emptied her account. the two episodes were about them stealing cash and Ms Song playing it safe. Eventually the chairman found out and e14 ends with her parents shop blowing up. it was delayed by a bit on kiss so i didn't see e14 yet but i was bewildered how she didn't think of warning her family or getting them to some safe place which is f'ed up situation.

287) modern extremely easy binge. very funny "Yang Kang" is an architect who came back to clear the name of his architect father who was framed for causing collapse of a stadium. The FL is also an architect and big fan of his. Her father was injured in that stadium accident so she got a job as general manager in some real-estate firm to help the family.

show kicks off with her being dumped by a voice message at her engagement party. later ml will bring her to visit some client and she bumps into him (and adds a bit of poetic justice to the proceedings).

The 2 meet at some virtual reality game where he played an npc character/actor. she kind of fell for him then and started to come into the game often. quickly their relationship left vr game. he was looking for inspiration in her neighborhood and rented her place. There was a second couple as well, which eventually formed after the divorce. One small triangle (well she was object of affection of his stepbrother) yeah that whole drama bit was too much in places - like kidnapping fl and locking her up and trying to burn the building .his family dynamic was a bit fucked up. In the end it turned out that it was his step father, who was a driver at the time bought substandard steel-bars for the framework and that caused the collapse. also he was the one who faked message from his father after pushing him off the roof to make it look like suicide. 

best thing was pretty even dynamic between the two, like they both chased each other, showed interest and care in a dignified way. which is pretty rare from what i've seen.

bits and pieces were excellent and i did start on it pretty much straight away so it was a 10 alright. the sml, ml's brother was WU from the legends. i wonder if he was ever an ml but he looks like a great sml.

288) modern. Li Shi aka handsome shen is a chef who came back home to reclaim his family's reputation. his father was king of chefs but was set up and sent to prison. handsome went to singapore and practiced his grandfather's recipies and came back to re-open his restaurant. one of the chefs stole half of those recipies from his grandfather and became very famous. so eventually they went head to head. in the end handsome wins the championship by proving that the other one was cheating. 

there were a few familiar faces princess jiang yun from royal upstart, and disciple from haven palace from WDBTD were sisters and generally fl's. there was a realistic number of female admirers for shen although he stayed loyal and a bit obtuse. overall it was just an effortless binge and want to see a few scenes again. one downer was that the owner from across the road finally succumbed to bribery and attempted a honey-trap. which i thought was a bit unnecessary. they could've just let the good win on all fronts and it would still be great. yeah, i'll knock half a star down for that. also his mother-in-law's reaction was a bit hasty a few times. 

acting, visuals and sound pretty good. lots of cooking scenes too.

decided to give it a 10, since now that i've watched it almost 3 times.

289) korean modern/timetravel. brilliant. very easy binge and i loved it. a guy CODA, apparently it's a term for child of deaf adults. he likes to play guitar and was taught by some old guy in a guitar shop. anyway father swayed him to stop playing and go to college so his was about to smash his guitar and a shop a pawn shop appeared and some lad got his guitar sent him off to the past where he met his father and mother and a few others. then he taught his mom sign language, tutored his father english, math and improve showmanship & guitar skills. FL another fellow traveller wanted to get rid of her cello and top herself. then came up with a scheme to help her mother to marry first love. but it kind of messes up his plan. eventally everything get sorted out, he does try to come back to 2023 but everything was changed not to his liking.

a couple of things were over the top, like his maternal grandfather & the shenanigans with stepmother/housekeeper. there was no need to bring that much darkness into it, but it certainly makes an impact/emphasis on the issue. like he didn't want her to learn sign language so as not to make her disability obvious.

in the end, ML's family life was imporved, obviousy dad had to go deaf at some point bu he didn't et him stop it so with his wife's money went into music instrument production. they were leaving separately with FL so not sure why she called pawn shop owner "grandfather" also they didn't show how her life changed. cool addition of course was meeting her mother (who it appears secretly returned from US to Korea originally as well). 

very easy binge and i saw it a few times back to back.

Really love Seol In Ah, she was concubine in mr queen and friend of fl in business proposal.anyway in 4 shows i've seen her she was brilliant.

Shin Eun Soo, ml's mother was excellent too. portrayed character brilliantlu,

i'm going to change to 10, purely due to rewatch values, like i still have exra unnecessary angst & omissions.

290) micro. it was pretty good but dwindled out towards the end. picked it out because of the cast. Like main ones are brilliant guard Geng from MHH, fu sheng, crown prince from dafeng and and linger from shadow love, obviously i've seen them in may dramas so thought it would be great. the show is kind of geared towards kids or something. anyway 3 lads wake up after a drinking session in a trashed place. their lord said they had to bring the a big vat of something to a river, but it's now cracked. on the way they met 2 girls who they suspected of being spies. eventually they come across spies. vat goes into a river. they follow it and end up in some secret village. a lot of comedy is around figuring out who of the two ladies, is a spy. the 3r lad gets together with chief's daughter and now it's revealed that the princes of the rival kingdoms is one of the girls... etc., stopped at e16  because the two are not out yet or got deleted.. no idea.

it's only 10 mins an episode and around 2 hours really so not a major waste, looks sweet enough. gives off the egg & stone vibe but doesn't really wow as much.

in the end the village became popular shrimp dish attraction. the princess gets together with fu sheng, the lad gets together with the local girl and guard geng's girl is traveling the world somewhere. very lackluster ending overall. 

291) Korean modern. Like a mashup between Return of High school gangster & 18 again. Some bullied school kid fell of the roof on top of some gangster and their souls switched. The kid ended up in a coma in gangster's body, the other lad started to go to school, stood up to bullies on his behalf and another girl turned out to be his daughter he didn't know about. transpired that the mother didn't want a relationship with a gangster so didn't tell him about the pregnancy. so he married daughter of mafia boss. his wife had an affair with some lad and when ML ended up in the coma to hide it she was trying to kill him. eventually the kid in his body said he wanted a divorce and she tried to run both of them down and they switched souls back. so he ended up working in a restaurant and the kid got together with his daughter and all of them are running a restaurant. not done very well some good scenes.

one of the bully girls was in the best friend of FL in my roommate is a gumiho, ML's assistant was the professor there too. kid's father was ha ri's father in business proposal and a cook in bon appetite. not many familiar faces overall.

292) modern ko. FL is FL is from Mr Queen-  brilliant. the lad was pretty good too.  a bit too much of 3rd wheeling and break ups due to not being able to say stuff. but pretty sweet. a prima ballet dancer was in an accident lost her sight, then she regained her sight. an angel who was actually reincarnation of her childhood friend dynamic. accidents were plotted by her family etc.  but the moments were great. bot a lot of familiar faces, the archangel was also the chef in mr queen. i thought some were familiar but i was mistaken. not a 10 because the heavy plot dragged out a bit. she is able to see him in the end and looks like they reunite.

293) modern korean. FL is the daughter from 18 again and ML was SML in my roommate is a gumiho. some i thought i've seen somewhere else but i was wrong. anyway FL & ML bro sister&bro die in a car crash. ML didn't like his bro because he sent him to an orphanage and never came back. ML had to move in because his house was delayed in renovations so over time they get close. there was a bit too much 3rd wheeling with SML, also his father turned up from jail and they tried to patch things up but dad tried to rob the place and it turned out his brother was the one who sent him to jail for a long time.  alright overall a bit of a twist in the end when theyhad to have a guardian hearing and the were deemed unfit. which was a bit of unnecessary twist so far into the story but fair enough. in the end the 2 get together and it ends with a party.

294) modern korean. thank god it was short. it's supposed to have dynamic similar to my roommate is a gumiho but it fell seriously short. like the ages of maturity looked completely off but they were the dumbest collection of individuals. also what's the story with the guardian request if the girls are the same age and now they are all in their late 20s, wtf was that about. i thought the macho pe teacher was in study group but he wasn't. the other older character's relationship was all over the place. also when she was young did the mother tried to push her away from her son with some dvds just frigging bizarre, but if not to think about it too much still a lot of scenes were annoying. 9 only because i didn't skip.
