2026 BL Watchlist

From Strongberry, compilation of 8 short stories, 2 ep each.

Not a BL is confusing though, didn't like it

inspired by F4 but instead of bullying, there’s just caring from the start

from the same maker of Meet You at the Blossom. Chinese with Thai (supposedly “shot” in Thai). Blackest flag I have watched

GMM-Thee-V

Vertical

From FlyingPenguin. Short series, around 30mins total. Has potential but story too fast-paced due to short airing time.

MDL tag is missing Fantasy and Mystery. Good watch, the official ending is cut but the continuation/"alternate ending" which made it complete and a happy ending is in YT

Vertical

Lead can be easily seen as a bad person but it reveals a beautiful and touching story. Just too bad the second lead didn't have enough screen time for their story

Good horror vibes. Though in some parts, the characters made idiotic decisions but it's ok

Very short series, has potential if turned into a normal-length series. Just very glad it's not a vertical

Starred by boys from Sweetheart Service. Has potential but badly written. Lots of hot kisses

Enjoyed this more than S1. Though a bit more scripted. Just sad that some couples are no longer a couple :(

Not bad for a first pairing. Hot GL side couple.

Cute. Good show for a mini-series

Missed Lee Long Shi. Would love to see more of Mon Taechin Phaisanwan. Lots of NC scenes

Heart-warming, homey vibe

I enjoyed it, just that it has a sad ending

Good acting, good screenplay. Though unnecessary character killing and just dumb decisions charged to being young/immature

Cutesy version of Joong. Gory deaths. Nice mystery.

Second-lead toxic romance. Mysterious ending. Will I watch if it has a season 2? Maybe

Short but sweet. Scared me for a bit there as it looks like a tragic/sad ending, but thankfully it's not

Love the art, specially as I can only draw human sticks. Love the artist's psychology

First ep was a bit boring for me, but glad I sticked. I enjoyed it, it was funny, cute, young love with peer pressure

I always look forward to series with twins in it, to see how they are done, and I enjoyed it in this series. Though it has loopholes in the story

A good watch for a miniseries

KBL mini-series, same universe as Laundry Romance

Had potential, but went downhill from ep 6. Finished it anyway as there's only 2 eps left

This is not a BL and only has hints of it. Not a bromance either. But if you want a good laugh with exaggerated facial expressions, you'll enjoy this

Surf-Java did amazing here. A fun watch overall

Fluffy, but will make you reflect about family. Pleasantly surprised, didn't expect this to make it as one of faves

Had more story than s1 but still badly executed. Not the actors' fault, but bad screenplay writing

As black as To My Shore. Love the role reversal: clingy Kelvin (played by Peat) vs clingy Fort irl. Love Peat's black psychotic character. Would've made it as one my faves if not for the loopholes in the story

Mini-series, shorter than Tide of Love s2 but written better.

Didn't expect I'll enjoy this. Duang might be cringey to some (most) but he's still cute, and that quirkiness of his makes him Duang

Thai production with Korean cast.

Rating it 9 just because there's so much more we need and want to see. But it's a 10 in terms of production and acting.

Opposites attract. A silent and serious type with some "secret life trauma" and the extroverted happy-go-lucky who loved him truly

Plotholes. Ending seems forced and rushed

A very touching, heartwarming story. I was initially thinking of giving it a 9 but the revelation in the ending made it a 10 for me.

With "cameo" characters from S1. JackDean storyline seems a waste

If you're easily triggered by pushovers (like me), be warned when watching this. Rating due to let's-break-up-before-getting-back-together-again trope. Other than that, it's a fun watch

I didn't expect this to be a tear-jerker, but it discussed a lot abt life's reality, the complex relationship in a family, and how love and support can heal

Better character growth than S2

Funny pick-up lines. From the interview, there will be 2 more series on the same universe

dropped at ep 7, story is similar to jinx for the main couple but delivery is bad, second couple is good

Dropped after ep 3. Was just curious how bad it is, hence I watched it. Bad acting + bad story telling

Good execution

Dropped it after ep3. Thai-Korean convos thinking they are the same language. A bit similar to Love LIke a Cat but I enjoy the other one more. Too bad as I want to see more of Jeff-Barcode

Vertical. Haven't read the manhwa yet

F-buddies to lovers. Let's-break-up-before-we-get-back-together. NC scenes in every episode

Ending ruined it for me, but it's a "happy" ending

Might not be your typical BL but still worth a watch. Enjoyed the characters' growth

Starred by My Stand-In guys. A word of advise: Don't take the police story too seriously so you won't be disappointed.

Love the "father story"

Nice plot twists.

Dropped after ep 2, can go back if there are no more good bls to watch

Starred by the bully in Teach You A Lesson. Night and day character transition. Hope to see more of him as a lead

I forgot how much I miss these 2 until I watched them again. I love the father-side story. Hoping for s3.

Enjoyed this more than the main series. Showed more insights and growth to their journey. Loved the backstory of Thee, Rome, and Mok's friendship

Feel good all the way. Love the characters' growth, the different family dynamics, and the toxic-free vibes

had high hopes but the ending feels rushed

Loved the manhwa. Loved that the series stood up to the expectations. Surely Toptap-Minlee has just become one of my fave BL couples

Math equation in terms of how black this flag is: To My Shore < Yesterday < Double Helix

Enjoyed this more than the Thai original

Vertical, short and sweet. Love how the bad girl acted, she'll really annoy and anger you

Bad story-telling, not sure what that ending is supposed to mean

Light and fluff, just the break i needed from watching Double Helix. Rating is because of the shower scene which doesn't make sense to me (irl) and the second couple's story

It's like watching 2 series in one, and even a bonus 3rd =D

An engaging story. A good twist to the toxicity

Lots of breakups but the twist was worth it. Though the wedding is not factual since same-sex marriage wasn't legal on the year they were supposed to be wedded, which is part of my rating

Slow start for me, it started picking up at ep 5. But the actors and execution is really nice

Harder than soft porn. Worth the time? It's only a few minutes, so if you're bored, you can watch so that we'll be together asking what the reason was for this mini-series lol

Funny and can be cringey

flaws when compared to reality, specially in the nc scene in ep 8. but love the actors

started from 8, then went to 9. good development

Love MaxBas. And the mascot head which might be from Payback =D

The father's story is sort of half-baked, but it's ok, his just a minor part of the story

love that they showed a good police story
