Lots of shouting, not much action, no subtitles... but Mek Winai in drag.

I have nothing but criticism for the action lakorn in this - it's just a string of ungrounded tropes thrown together in pursuit of plot, motivations and filling time. The BL is trope-heavy too, but on par for recent GMMTV fare and Ohm can elevate anything through the strength of his acting. Nothing but praise for him.
This had one excellent idea which it developed then forgot - the sleepwalking, with its mix of care and trauma - and what should have been a solid idea around sacrifice which they chopped into pieces and scattered about, dissipating its emotion.
Leng's acting was fine and suited the character. Do NOT understand what the complaints are re chemisty either. The only thing missing was fans building up years of fantasies about them beforehand.
But story-wise, this is another What might have been, with these actors and that care & trauma premise, if only the creators hadn't let it all down.

Brilliantly acted, written and directed but often difficult and there were times when I wondered why I was putting myself through it.

Until the end. I stand by every time I've disagreed with the MDL mainstream and saw examiniation of social issues and calls for change in director Koo Ekkasit's work. He is one of the very best for this.

Low budget, b-grade writing and it takes a while to settle into the heart of its story. A few jump scares but no horror. A good joke with a long set-up, some other laughs. A different sort of love story more than a romance.

And like pretty much every Thai ghost not-really-horror story, when it eventually gets where it's going it's quite touching.

Has its moments, the bawdy slapstick in particular and some of the black magic sections were good, but they did stretch the jealous love rivals obstacles out far longer than their (lack of) substance warranted. Would have been much better as 10 or 12 episodes.
