Good execution of a healing plot. Decent camerawork The only thing that was especially noticeable here was the format specific repetitions this could have easily worked as a film. 05.01.25

Visually  stunning. The contrast between the cold blue shadow loneliness and the hot spotlight full of friction loneliness the fear to burn someone and the feeling of being frozen. But the screen narrative was too weak in comparison. Since alot of time was expended on Minase's letter series missed to give equivalent time and weight to the companionship and abandonment that the letter prologues evokes. While not wholly perfect true contender for best use of visual language. 11. 07.01.24

Generational love and a love story ? The familiar relationships seem very loving and mark this as comforting. 1. 09.11.24
All the build  up dread of the appearance of Kanae's father is getting channeled into Touki's wish for a father. Htey really know what they are doing. 5. 12.12.24
The emotion came to a head but I felt it was too theatrical for a series that was alway so considerate to each other especially from the ace character. 7. 06.01.25
A very kind and considerate series and if I did not have such a strong reaction to the telephone scene I would have rated it higher. 8. 07.01.25

A positive and affirming story with a strong romance but a weak adversity resolution for Zixiang that let the final episode fall flat. 13.  08.01.25

This cut did not fit with way the story was told previously. it felt thrown together 9. 03.12.24
With penultimate episode disaster and move towards wish fulfillment the ending felt more fantastical than the premise of the series. The ending scene with them supposedly sitting in the arctic in autumn clothes while it vis freezing outside here did contribute to my dissatisfaction with the finale. 10. 10.01.25

Choppy. Excited to Kim Hanyeong act but the setup is rushed and jumps without establishing the situation 12 minutes in we are too into the weeds of the story without knowing why anyone needs to be here. 11. 16.01.25
I want to see the actors again but the story is a mess getting drugged three times while drinking jumping over important plot points. This could have been a decent production. 70. 16.01.25

Well made well acted story the best Ive seen in vertical format so far but you can see how the format limited to the visual storytelling. Lee Taehyeong was very good. 63. 24.01.25

The depiction of being in love part is very well done. The BL prison turning out to be rose tinted glasses that coloured the experience was a twist I didnt expect. The setting stood out as unreal. The ending was a bit too fast and I would have loved more of an illustration. Also the announcement of a special episode that then did not air took away from the finality of that ending. 20. 24.01.25

It feels very rushed. There is a lot of backstory that has to be accepted without being shown for this to work. Also the camerawork rem inds me of breete of love and thats detracting from my enjoyment as well. 3. 09.01.25 The actor change and the resulting change in the dynamic made it feel even more disconnected. I do not get what it wants to tell me  6. 25.01.25

Children knowing their parents general stance towards their sexuality  is a much needed plot point in youth BLs. THe variation on the main theme for Muenfahs crying scene was beautiful and I want more of that. 11. 26.01.25
Best fluff adjacent series I have seen in a while.  The understanding and kindness were heartwarming and soulresting. The clear partition into two parts helped to see the relationships while emphasising the overall message of compassion and understanding. 12. 02.02.25

They put  a lot into this first episode and it didnt quite work for me as a consequence. To have them meet squablling getting closer to the point of love while also setting up the step-brother relationship their own aspirations and life goals as well as the time travel plot made it feel a bit superficial. Also I felt spoilered by the preview as is the case so often. 1. 11.01.25
The episode seemed to be much more the intended speed. But it was a bit surprising that he didnt try to find out how his father was faring in this alternate reality. 2. 18.01.25
A single scene without any impact on the story was the only difference to a standard slightly fluffy coffee shop BL 3. 25.01.25
I can see where the self-punishment comes from but where I am currently at I cannot get anything out of it. 5. 08.02.25
Its just depressing . It's the capitulation to the societal pressure to conform visualised. My rating is as high as is it is because it feels like someones personal journey 6. 15.02.25

The BL idols wrestling plus the appreciation for the journey and the effort put into something one wants to be good at overtaking a specific goal as motivator, makes this a story about building connections and gaining mutual appreciation  that I really like. It just falters at the last step by making this about a persons background rather than their motivation. 8. 16.02.25

It promises to be a high-quality romp something I ve been waiting for. 3. 12.01.25 Such a transitional episode nothing just happened. 6. 02.02.25 It came through on the horny and ridiculousness front but the last three episodes didnt know what to focus on.  The room given to the main plot in ep 6 and 7  made it feel boring and stretched out. If they had moved some of the stuff of the finale into previous episode they could have had a serious resolution that doesnt feel rushed. 8. 16.02.25

It remains the prettiest series with the colour merging and subsequent exchange/adoption by Megumi but what does it wnat to say? 5. 06.02.25 It remains a visually pleasing series and the Kotoha character gets a full characterisation by the end. But Megumi only gets snippets of attention and I cannot piece together what the series wants to say with her beyond using her to advance the plot. 8. 27.02.25

A very normal beginning very much full of romance tropes but lacking the sparks one would expect. With each couple having a serious imediment (a child and a grieving spouse) I hope there is long getting to know phase for them . 2. 15.01.25
A lot of unrealised potential it hampered itself with two difficult romance plots that slowed down the beginning. Then the teacher-student relationship didn't have any impact on the story and could have played as a simple summer romance. 9. 05.03.25

 The colourwork and interpersonal relationships were well done but sidestepping parts of the central conflict (the mother and his stalking dont end) when that could have been solved that much better makes it unsatisfying.  10. 09.03.25

You could see Kim Hanmin improving while doing this series. But the story felt incomplete and had too  many holes to make it a satisfying watch. 6. 20.03.25

There is clearly something going on with dark light coloured clothes and the layering but I cant figure it out it could just be to show the differences between the characters and to illustrate Seonghyeon and Daon matching the best. 5. 12.03.25
A makjang with high production value and excellent colouwork. The matching of dark light clothing as well as the clear colour coding with Daon as the central light make this an intoxicating watch. 8. 20.03.25

A visually stunning and realism inspired view on youth culture in Bangkok. A messy set of relationships that looks realistic. Learned something about people for whom the social sphere extends to and is integrated with social media  7. 22.03.25

A youth romance taking a look at gender expression. And predictably falling behind the messaging about conformity that could be achieved. Her hair stays short and he becomes a make-up artist together with the height differences the resulting happy end was  still a deviation from your normal childhood friends to lovers romance. 8. 23.03.25

Nice variation on the series with good Jin/Wim relationship and some well filmed intimate scenes between Cirrus and Phukan. The colours were sacrificed a bit for product placements. 30.03.25
