"non-romantic" boss/employee relationships, detective partners, mentors & their mentees, crossgen friendships, and other such age gap pairs. "non-romantic" in quotes bc while there is almost zero canon romance on this list, subtext may be plentiful in certain cases, for those with the eyes to see. 

~15 years of age difference is the general minimum but some exceptions may be made. relationships between family members do not count for my purposes. younger character must be at least teenage.
