1. Squid Game Season 3
Korean Drama - 2025, 6 episodes
I know its weird that I haven't watched any dramas since squid game s2 but honestly dramas have been so boring recently and I just don't have the time for it. but I had to watch this so I didn't get spoilers. if I'm being honest, it wasnt bad but wasn't good either. after ep 2 killed off hyunju and daeho I was just numb to the rest of the entire thing. First off, they ruined so many characters such as daeho and myunggi. daeho was honestly such a sweetheart in the second season and then all of a sudden they make him crazy. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEMMM??!! they ruined him bruhhhj. making gihun be so against him too was weird too. like he is acting the exact way they want him to react and he knows that. I don't know why he was so fixated on it being daeho's fault broo. like literally look at the bigger picture its the games and the frontmans fault. and don't get me started on myunggi. making it seem like he was getting a character redemption only to kill that off like broo wtff. and don't get me started on gihun bro, why make him return and make it seem like he was going to stop the games only for everyone and himself get killed. the only good thing was thatt player 246 survived and I'm happy Abt that. the ending sucks too. I thought there would be a hunger games type revolution but no. it ends with the games continung in America or whatever. I hate that they just built this show up for the stupid spinoff bro stupid show but still good.

2. Head over Heels
Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
BONGSUU I LOVE U!! this was my first "real" kdrama in a while so there were some expectations. I started it bc it was really popular and I'm a fan of jo yi hyun. I knew from the start that I would not be interested in the shaman scenes so that was on me but I still thought it could slow at times. I binged watched the first 8-10 episodes in like one day. but once ep 11 hit, the skip button was coming in handy. I was so interested in how seongah was going to save gyeonu but then bongsu comes in. but I love bongsu, honestly my fav character if I'm being honest. hes not even that evil like he was just a little kid. if we wanna talk evil lets talk abt yeomhwa bc I hated her. I hate that she lived in the end. if anything she should've sacrificed herself but I know that would take away the message of the drama. also what was the point of huina. I thought it would be a much bigger thing since they were building it up from the beginning but then when shes finally introduced its nothing. and lets not talk about the end. if u know me, my most hated trope in shows are when one of the leads leave and doesn't return for a few years. I just don't like it. overall it loses its spark towards the end but it's still solid.

3. The Trunk
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
this show is so ass bro. ts is boring af. I didn't understand what was going on half the time. I was interested in the first half but by the second I was so confused. I couldn't understand the timeline of the show and the show made it really unclear that the detective scenes were a flashforward and the thriller part is so ass. what was the trunk. for a show called the trunk they really put little importance to the trunk part. I still don't understand the trunk part. so what was inside the trunk? also do all the interview questions take place after the ending? who died at the beginning of ep 7? this show is trying too hard to be melodrama and deep like not everything has to be confusing to be artsy. none of the characters are that interesting too. the only good part is the music. like I think the songs fit the vibes really well. also as someone who is interested in becoming an architect, I liked seeing the layout of his house. tbh I think the problem lies with me and not the drama. to be fair I wasn't really paying attention to the show bc it was so boring and I think its more for adults. definitely not something 16 year olds watch. I'll just stick with the summer I turned pretty I guess
