Korean BL - ranked

Tale as old as time. Enemies to lovers. But it’s so well done and natural. The boys have amazing chemistry and there were no weak actors or characters. Probably the best Korean BL I’ve watched !

This is a weird show, but it’s still one of my favorite dramas to rewatch. It’s just so relaxing.

On of the best BLs from Korea. Calm, unsettling and real. Left me with a happy feeling.

A very charming BL. Wouldn’t mind rewatching.

Beautiful series with amazing production! The character of Cha Siwon felt relatable, vulnerable and real. The drama was visually pleasing and felt raw. The pacing and music was perfect. It really felt like an indie movie. The reason I’m not rating it higher is because of the other character Hyeong Daun. He was harder to understand and he didn’t open up until very late in the drama. As much as I cared for Siwon, I don’t feel the same for them as a couple.

Cute BL, but somewhat forgettable. Still wouldn’t mind a rewatch.

Expected it to be dull, but I actually liked it. Lots of skinship and good acting and chemistry. Not very deep, but it made me happy.

Interesting premise of time travel and the execution was better than expected considering it was a Korean BL-drama. I felt for Jae Woo and thought he was really cute. But I wished for more communication and better chemistry. And of course the ending was bitter sweet. All in all one of the better BLs from Korea.

Cute story and I liked the music.

A pretty good story, but not enough happy times

Very hard to rate. The story is complete nonsense, to fall in love with your dead pet - wtf?! But, the acting was very good, the actors very attractive (especially Milk) and the kissing really really good (hard to believe it’s a Korean BL).

For the most part I liked it, I don’t regret watching it. It was a cozy watch, but I don’t think it will stay with me very long. The ending was stupid though.

Cute, pretty actors with pretty good acting. Sometimes funny. But this story could definitely have benefited from more and/or longer episodes. The progression of the main leads relationship felt rushed. It could’ve been much better.

I love vampires. It was interesting while it lasted, but after the ending. What was the point?

Extremely unrealistic, but pretty entertaining 

Hm, I don’t know what to say. It was pretty entertaining to begin with, with great chemistry and acting between our leads. Their feelings for each other was obvious from the start and their characters weren’t clueless about that either with I appreciate. But there wasn’t really any story to be told and they focused to much on unnecessary love triangles. I felt nothing at the end.

The positives: The guys were cute, high production values, good acting especially from Jang Do Yoon. Good music too and no non-con or stuff like that. Plus we got a great make up-session.

The negatives: The story. The main conflict was the guys inability to notice the other persons feelings for them. And everyone around them was equally clueless. These are guys that are living together, feeding each other, frequently ride on the same bike, spend every day together etc. One of them has even made it his life mission to take care of the other (not to mention his behavior when he drinks). And somehow I’m suppose to believe the other guy can’t understand how in love with him he is. Please… 

I wasn’t able to connect with the characters, maybe it was because of how short the drama was, but I felt a lot of the story was missing

I can’t really find a fault in the story, but I didn’t feel much of anything when watching the drama. The problem was probably the weak acting of the leads, especially the tall guy. He was dull and I couldn’t feel any real chemistry between the guys.

Not my favorite, I was pretty underwhelmed

Liked the guy from Where Your Eyes Linger, but something just felt a bit off
