King/Queenmaker MCs

Leads that are Queenmakers or Kingmakers. For the sake of this list I will include also instances where the ruler is already decided but they were polished into being good at it by one of the leads (it'll mostly be a half of an OTP, tbh)

Queen/Kingmaker: (definition) a person who brings leaders to power through the exercise of political influence.

• * = Refers to a literal instance of the above definition. 
• ^ = Refers to an instance where the ruler was already established but was groomed/trained into being a proper/better ruler by an individual.
