  • Flirt Milk

    1. Flirt Milk

    Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    7.0

"You're my green superhero" "The Hulk?!" " No, the Shrek!!"

I completely disagree with the amount of hate this series received when it was released!!!

Okay, it doesn't have the best plot development, it has a lot of loose ends, and the acting isn't the best either. Technically, it left a lot to be desired, but it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be.

In my opinion, this series had all the elements needed for a cliché. It had comedy, romance, drama, everything a cliché deserves. Okay, it wasn't the best technically, but the vibe was definitely great!!

I won't point out the flaws (because there were many), but I was really surprised by how much I laughed, and I found this series cute.

  • The Journey to Killing You

    2. The Journey to Killing You

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 6 episodes

"There's no way I'd just run off and leave my beloved wife behind." *SCREAM INTERNALY*

I love Enemies to Lovers and this one... I got goosebumps with the ending!!!

The whole plot is really good, although I'm not a big fan of how they portray the Japanese mafia, I loved how they did it here.

I'd rather have Kinji take over the mafia instead of the insufferable fourth son there... but I understand why he didn't take over; after all, he deserved a happy ending with Ren.

The chemistry between these two... I'm blown away!!!! What a wonderful ending, full of tension, but with a happy ending... I loved this series so much, I wanted more, hehehe

  • I'm the Most Beautiful Count

    3. I'm the Most Beautiful Count

    Thai Drama - 2025, 13 episodes

    7.5

This is me... THIS IS ME!!!

I'm simply in love with this one; and tbh it deserves much more recognition!!!

I loved how they used and abused of the theatrical comedy for this plot, all in a good way tho, because it was exaggeratedly incredible!! Prince as Worradej simply changed the entire history of a nation, and I loved how they raised this social critique about gender identity versus society in such a fun way that brings up this very important issue of respect and rights for all.

I was just confused about what happened to the Prince of the future, like, did he die, is his body still there in a coma? What tha hell happened?

Other than that, I had a lot of fun watching it!!

  • 4. My Stubborn Special Episode

    Thai Drama - 2025, 2 episodes

    8.0

"Harder, Hia Sorn..." OH MY FUCKING GAAAAWD !!!!!!! *0*

    They are toooooo much!!!!!!

Sorn and Jun... They're super sexy but still have a cute touch.

The NC scenes here were exactly as I expected them to be, in my opinion they were even better than the series itself. The chemistry between Boat and Oat is undeniable, it makes me blush sometimes, it feels like I'm interrupting something hahaha

The plot is very basic, just like in the series, there wasn't anything very impressive, even because the main focus was always Jun learning about sex from Sorn, and he learned that perfectly hehe

  • My Boyfriend Is a Sculpture

    5. My Boyfriend Is a Sculpture

    Korean Drama - 2025, 3 episodes

    4.5

    ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

What was that?!?!?!?! The plot was super confusing, the first NC scene was a dream, Yeonwoo thought he was dreaming, or did the human statue actually smash him against the sink???

Episode 3.... was I watching porn without knowing it??? The nudity was almost, like, 99.9% uncensored... I panicked!!!!! And the noisy, unenthusiastic kiss?? They didn't even seem to know how to kiss lol

The acting... it looks like those amateur school/university project videos!! Oh my fucking gawwwd this was so bad!!!!

  • Love for Love's Sake

    6. Love for Love's Sake

    Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes

    7.5

This series reminded me so much of the book The Midnight Library...

I'm not a big fan of second chances, especially when it's about whether or not to stay alive. Because I think if someone wants to unlive themself, let them go, with regrets or not.

But anyway, despite not liking the trope that much, I found it very beautiful that they gave Myungha a purpose, making him love someone so much that he wants to live and make that person happy, and be happy himself.

I found it a little confusing at the beginning, the whole game thing and all, but in the end the context became clear and that's why it reminded me so much of the book.

  • Takumi-kun Series: Drama

    7. Takumi-kun Series: Drama

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 6 episodes

    8.5

"It's a little cliché, but.... how about the beach?!"

    What a delicate series!

I was very impressed by how sensitively they portrayed the consequences on the personality of someone who suffered such heavy and intense trauma, as they did with Takumi. And how he had someone who helped him overcome his fears and anxieties with great patience and perseverance, like the wonderful Gii in Takumi's life.

All the trauma that Takumi suffered was explored with such sensitivity and respect that it truly moved me...

The secondary characters were well-developed, at least I thought so, but I wanted more of them, especially Arata and his partner (whose name I forgot now haha). I really wanted to see more of their relationship...

The cinematography is beautiful, the OST too, everything is very cute and lovely. I really hope there's a second season, because this ending seemed open-ended to me.

  • Lovely Writer

    8. Lovely Writer

    Thai Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

    7.5

It was going really well, I was really enjoying this series, until all the drama of the parents "not allowing" their relationship.

I understand Nubsib being more submissive to his parents because he's only 20, still financially dependent on them and all that, but Gene???? Oh no!! The guy is financially independent, lives alone, already has a solid career, and he's still on this "if my parents don't let me date, I won't" thing, like, bitch, what???

I would understand if he get sad and all, more out of respect for his parents, but not to stop doing it. I mean, he's a grown man, he doesn't need anything from his parents besides respect, so why hesitate or allow the possibility of breaking up with Sib if his parents don't support their relationship????? ANYWAY, it really turned me off and I ended up dropping it at the 10th episode.

But before that, I was loving it. Gene is super funny, the chemistry between Nubsib and Gene is wonderful, the kiss is beautiful, the series has a really light vibe, the characters are good, except for Aoey, he's just annoying... but they ruined everything with this unnecessary drama with their parents.

  • I Hear the Sunspot

    9. I Hear the Sunspot

    Japanese Drama - 2024, 12 episodes

    7.5

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be...

Since it's a Japanese BL, I knew there would be a lot of melancholy, and there really was, it was perfect as always in that regard. But the plot itself left much to be desired in terms of developing Kohei and Taichi's romantic relationship.

Obviously, I'm not a professional, nor a cinephile, much less a psychiatrist or neurologist, but is so obvious that Taichi has ADHD, and Kohei has so many syndromes that it's difficult to say if it's just low self-esteem because of his condition or if they are really other more serious syndromes...

The fact that they can't develop their romantic relationship, mainly because Taichi can't focus on absolutely anything, much less his own feelings, irritated me a little.

But what really moved me was seeing how Taichi helped Kohei in other ways, especially in showing Kohei that he could and should be more, express himself more, have more friends, get involved and let himself be involved by people... for a lonely person, that was a comfort.

  • 10. Blood Fighters

    Thai Drama - 2025, 2 episodes

    7.5

    OMG OMG OMG OMG !!!!!!!!!

I have to be honest and say that out of the entire 4 Destiny project, this was the only arc of the four that I really liked (even though I only watched The Last Night and Blood Fighters from the 4 Destiny project, hehe).

The premise is very good, the whole thing about Yim owing money to the gang, Khampan having trauma and that's why he stopped fighting, them helping each other, and as a consequence of this closeness they improve a lot individually to the point where Yim finally fights well and for real and Khampan goes back to training T_T I swear, that was super cute.

I confess I was expecting a little more romance (not necessarily nc scenes, but I wouldn't complain if there were any either hehehe) between them, mainly because it's a project conceived and directed by P Ekkapop, and anyone who's seen his BLs films knows why I expected more... but it's okay, it was still very good.

And the cliffhanger ending??? HOLY SHIT!!! ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!

  • Kimi to Nara Koi wo Shite Mite mo

    11. Kimi to Nara Koi wo Shite Mite mo

    Japanese Drama - 2023, 5 episodes

    8.0

"is the privilege of being a lover... then I want to date you"

Amane has an wonderful personality. The fact that he was very direct about everything made me laugh a lot, especially when Ryuji got all embarrassed, lol, cute. Despite being a short series, it was quite well-developed, within that time limit and the creators' desire to make a relatively good series. It was better than I expected, but it's not amazing.

What I really didn't like was the romance. Although the development was good, it only happened for Amane. Ryuji literally only felt something 'cause Amane confessed; b4 that, he didn't even think about it, and he even said so explicitly. Even though the series title already says it all, and many people interpret it in different ways, in my view, Amane did have a lot to fall in love with Ryuji for, and he did, and Ryuji also had a lot to fall in love with Amane for... but it didn't happen.

What I mean is that, even without a confession, Amane had countless reasons to fall in love with Ryuji, and even though Ryuji had the same reasons, he needed a confession, some time apart for the longing to kick in, and for him to realize he felt something for Amane. So, it's difficult to say if he was really starting to fall in love with Amane for who he is and if that would fit the "If it's with you" scenario, or it was just 'cause he felt lonely without Amane around. And I came to this conclusion after the conversation Ryuji has with his mother about her missing his father...

The fact is, Ryuji isn't wrong for taking a while to realize, or falling in love after the subject comes up, 'cause everyone has their own way of loving. What left me a little confused is whether this love he says is starting to grow is because "if it's with you," meaning if it's with Amane it will be perfect 'cause he's amazing so he kinda decided to fall, or just 'cause he feels lonely and Amane is there to fill that void with the love and attention he gives Ryuji.

  • That Summer

    12. That Summer

    Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    8.5

"Now you understand why I never wanted to go back home, right? It's because Wave made me want to be an Island boy forever." - Lava Tiwakorn Rapeepong.

I'm crying my eyes out  T0T

I'm very passionate about summer beach romances, and this one was no different. The series started strong, with a great premise, all the drama of who could have tried to harm Davin, him losing his memory, Lava saving him, the two of them living the summer romance in just the cliché way it should be... everything was very well constructed and developed.

It lost a little of its strength towards the middle, but it was still very good, especially the development of the couple Peng and the doctor.

The plot of Wave remembering that he was Davin and forgetting that he was Wave bothered me a little, to be honest I didn't like that... I think the fact that he had to go back to Arantha was already suffering enough, there was no need to add that...

Now, what really made me love this series was the cinematography!!!! All the details of the island, the life on the island, the beach vibe, the clothes... I've lived near the beach my whole life, I felt at home watching this series, so that really got to me!!!

  • Papa & Daddy

    13. Papa & Daddy

    Taiwanese Drama - 2021, 6 episodes

    8.0

    OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!

This was one of the cutest series I've ever watched because of its simplicity!!!! The way the reality of an LGBTQIAP+ couple's life was portrayed here was so moving and beautiful to watch TT

As part of the community, I felt very represented at various moments. Obviously, I don't know what it's like to go through certain situations, like having children and having to explain them the society, but seeing how patient, sincere, and strong they were at that moment really moved me.

The ending... OH MY GOD, that ending really broke me, because I didn't expect that plot twist with Damian... but I think he didn't expect it either, so I'm really anxious to watch the 2nd season to find out how it all happened, because Damian knew about Jimmy's existence, he just didn't imagine he would be who he would be... Jerry's face when he heard that phrase Jimmy says at the end of the last episode TT hurt my soul...

Thank goodness there's a 2nd season!!! I couldn't bear it if it ended the way the first one did.

  • Papa & Daddy Season 2

    14. Papa & Daddy Season 2

    Taiwanese Drama - 2022, 8 episodes

    7.5

Nooooooo bring back my Mike Lin T_T

This second season started to fall apart the moment they changed the actor who plays Jerry... in my head, only Mike Lin will be good enough to play Jerry because I got attached to him in the first season T_T (not that Mu Han is bad... he was great, but I'm attached to Mike... sorry not sorry)

I found the topics that the series brought up very necessary, especially the one with Matt and his struggles with his genre identity... and the "Kao" topic... hehehe I loved that he made Damian wake up and be with his family right away!!

The fact that Jerry spent all that time away from Taipei and Damian was also super necessary, I just didn't like what happens after he forgives Damian, I felt like he faded, kinda lost his brightness, a little because of his family... I think all of Jimmy's drama, Damian distancing himself as he focused more on his son and work, and the fact that he did feel unimportant, were crucial reasons for me to think that.

The ending was very sweet, so it wasn't a waste of time!!!

  • Lover Merman

    15. Lover Merman

    Thai Drama - 2025, 8 episodes

    7.5

From the sea you came, and to the sea you shall return...

I confess that when they announced this series I was quite anxious to watch it, but I didn't expect it to be this good.

In truth, I thought it would be bad, but I was quite surprised. Obviously it doesn't have that much strength, nor the best acting or plot... buuuut it has a very interesting plot twist, a well-constructed development, many flaws, but it was very cute and cliché.

The story they created regarding the legend of the Merman, the way they did the plot of humans hating them, the ingrained prejudice and everything else... it was very good!

I found Nawa and Phurit a boring couple, very basic actually... but I gave my all to watch Phana and Ping bciwvicbds, every scene of theirs was a different kind of meltdown.

Overall I liked it a lot, it was waaay much better than I expected.

For a short BL was kinda good... Eunho it's really cute, reminded me of Warnarat (Thai actor) hehehe

  • Punks Triangle

    17. Punks Triangle

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 8 episodes

    8.0

Indeed, AE's beauty is too much to handle....

I confess I expected more from this series, I think it's because the ending didn't please me so much, but I liked it overall.

The perfect characterization by Fujibayashi Yasunari, smoothly transitioning between Enaga and AE, not only in terms of outfits but also the acting itself, was excellent. I was so impressed that at the beginning I thought they were two different actors, lol.

Chiaki is a fool, lol, but I even understand his "innocence," after all, he's never really lived, never taken risks or anything.

Now, the scene where Chiaki discovers that Enaga is AE, the references to their personalities represented in the clothes he made, and him realizing this while Enaga was doing his cat walking... Absolute cinema!!!!

And the OST???? What a perfect soundtrack!!!! All the songs fitting perfectly into each scene and with their personalities... Wonderful!!!!

I really loved it, but I think something was missing at the end... I don't know, I just felt it.

  • Peach Trap

    18. Peach Trap

    Korean Drama - 2025, 8 episodes

    7.0

NO, NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT I WANTED TT TT

I'm not a fan of friends-to-lovers tropes, so I rooted for Doha to end up with Yeonsang until the very last second...

For me, this series would be perfect if Doha ended up with Yeonsang and Haram with Gyeon, that would fit my two favorite tropes: coworkers-to-lovers and enemies-to-lovers.

But overall it was pretty cute, but it didn't grab me as much as I thought it would, especially after Doha ends up with Gyeon TT TT

  • The Wicked Game

    19. The Wicked Game

    Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    8.0

This was the most confusing dark romance that I've ever watched/read.

I'm an avid reader of dark romances; in fact, I think it's one of my favorite genres. But in all my years reading about this type of romance, I have NEVER read about a villain/anti-hero doing what Pheem did to Than...

The fact that Pheem did what he did to my baby Than was just a bunch of unnecessary actions without a purpose. After all, in the end, everything he did was pointless, since *SPOILER ALERT* he didn't get anything involving the hospital, and he even faked his death.

Basically, Than was clung to an ideal of what Pheem could be, perhaps still clinging to the innocent and defenseless version he knew when they were children... but of all the manipulation, violence, attempted murder, Pheem's love for Than, and vice versa – in my point of view –, was just an ideal of something they thought would be with their innocent versions... I don't know if you'll understand what I mean, but that's it.

Anyway, the series itself isn't as bad as I thought it would be; it has a good premise, a plot that could have been better developed, but it wasn't a complete waste of time, especially since DoauOffroad are great, and everything they touch turns to gold, lol.

  • At 25:00, in Akasaka Season 2

    20. At 25:00, in Akasaka Season 2

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    8.5

"My dream is act with you again." "Mine too."

I love their story, the first season was one of my favorite series, and I really enjoyed this second one too.

The only thing that really annoyed me in both the first and second seasons is the fact that Yuki plays the victim all the time, as if only he suffers, only he has problems, insecurities... that really irritates me about this character because if he didn't have that side, he would be absolutely perfect!!!! Seriously, I lost it when he starts with this "I'm insecure, pity me, blah blah blah..." thing.

Asami, as always, is the love of my life, and I will protect him forever!!!!

Overall, it was great that the plot emphasized the fact that they were maturing both professionally and emotionally... seeing Yuki finally achieving and managing to interpret such an important role, which will give him the fame he always wanted, and Asami accepting the love that Yuki always gave him, accepting the fan admiration that Yuki has for him, following his heart, going to London... it was really beautiful to watch!!! The intimacy they have is also a super sensitive topic for me; besides being great actors, they manage to convey all the characters' feelings with a simple gesture of holding hands in the street... few can do that!!! TT TT

  • Your Name Engraved Herein

    21. Your Name Engraved Herein

    Taiwanese Movie - 2020

    8.5

The pain is real TT TT

Only those who have gone through the self-acceptance phase truly understand how painful this process is. Now, adding that to a world where militarism predominates, where aversion to the unknown blinds, where violence is the response to any reaction—be it fear, envy, or ignorance—is even worse.

When I started questioning my sexuality, I went through a whirlwind of emotions, and it was very difficult to deal with them all at once. The pain, and especially the fear of the unknown, is almost paralyzing, and getting out of that limbo is a struggle that requires patience and knowing how to respect your own self.

Every time I see this type of plot with an sensitive storyline, one that makes you think about the subject, that raises questions about yourself, that bothers you in many ways, it will always be my favorite type of plot.

It was painfully beautiful to watch this story; it portrays reality very well, especially the self-acceptance of a queer person.

  • Until We Drown

    22. Until We Drown

    Chinese Drama - 2025, 6 episodes

    7.5

    "Your technique isn't that great!"

Surprisingly acceptable for a short series. The plot twist of him reborning and seeking revenge... I really didn't expect it.

To be honest, I thought all that drama written in the diary of his brother who was in Japan (I forgot his name), after the conversation with Cheng Yu's mother, was just to distance him, but then came the time travel plot and I was like: "Damn, was he really serious???"

I found the plot a little confusing at the end just because of that, because they put in that huge plot twist, but they didn't explain exactly if the revenge was actually justified, or if it was just a misunderstanding.

    But overall it was good.

    Apo in disguise hehehe

I thought it was very good!! It has a very consistent plot, an amazing OST, a very fluid narrative, a wonderful plot twist, everything very well organized.

Tailah and Chan are my favorites, the development is perfect, but I still think they deserved so much more.

The only thing I wanted to know is about the real Apo... I wanted to know if he stayed living Thorn's life or not, but apart from that I thought the series was very good.

  • Your Divorce Is Served!

    24. Your Divorce Is Served!

    8.5

    Be honest with your feelings...

To be honest, I wasn't expecting the plot of this series to be like this or that it would be so good, lol.

It was very different from the "conventional" BLs I'm used to watching. Here, the focus wasn't on their romance, but on the struggles that every LGBTQIA+ couple faces in their realities, especially in countries where this relationship isn't recognized by law.

The fact that it explored every little feeling of Hajime and Kai, and how much they fight for the community they belong to, was really cool.

Now, what really got me was them with Anna... the affection and care they had for this child was beautiful to watch!!!! She deserved the happy ending she had!!!

  • Stay by My Side

    25. Stay by My Side

    Taiwanese Drama - 2023, 10 episodes

    8.0

    Super cute and cozy!!!

I confess I thought it was going to be pretty bad, but I was quite surprised lol

It doesn't have the best plot or development, but it's super cute. Bu Xia is the cute and funny type, a personality that I personally love, and Jiang Chi has a heart of gold!!! And even though they haven't been together long, Jiang Chi has such genuine love for Bu Xia that he literally made the super sacrifice of taking on Bu Xia's "bad luck" and destiny just because Bu Xia is afraid of hearing ghosts to the point of getting sick... was super selfless of him, truly touching!!

And their kiss in episode 7, where Bu Xia has a towel over his eyes... AMAZING!!! By the way, here in Brazil we call a "gostosinho" kiss, which is basically a kiss without any direct malice, like, it's not with the intention of sex, but it makes you all weak  hehehe

It could be better technically speaking, but I loved the vibe because it's super warm and cozy, I feel like I was among friends and their everyday dramas lol a very light and cute series.

  • Match Play

    26. Match Play

    Korean Drama - 2024, 63 episodes

    8.0

Waaaaaaay much better than the reels version!!!!!!

I started to watch the old version , but I didn't get past the first episode because I thought that reels version was really bad and I ended up not giving the story a chance. Then when the re-edited version came out, I gave it another chance and I adore it so much!!!!

I confess that I only didn't love the series because it has a very short development. If they had given it even one or two more episodes (at least 25min per episode), showing more of their relationship already in the dating phase, it would have been 10 stars for me!! The fact that they ended it right when the romance was about to begin, it was really frustrating... in my opinion, it was really a mistake that they didn't develop the romance part better and them dating lovey-dovey and all that.

Apart from that, it was very good, I mean, for the poor development, it was good. The soundtrack is lovely, their chemistry was really something, the cinematography is beautiful, but I think they went overboard with the blur and the warmer temperature in some scenes... but it was still beautiful.

To me, they deserved so much more...

    Dude WTF!?!?!?!

If it didn't have such a confusing development, it would even be reasonable, because it has a good premise, but they simply threw the ideas into 1-minute episodes (if I'm not mistaken, there are only one or two episodes with 10-minutes), all without context or explanation, turning it into a big mess.

The only really good and beautiful thing here is Dae Yeong's kiss with Jeong Ha!! They won an Oscar just for kissing, lol!

Ps.: I loved that Dae Yeong hooked up with the whole cast, lol!

I thought there were still more episodes to release, but it's over...

I still largely stand by my opinion from season 1, which was: "It's a cute one for sure. The plot is basic but well-developed, so it's good." I just found this one much funnier, haha. I mean Yuichiro dressing up as a maid thinking he was being cheated on, lol, it was too good!

I just wish the ending had been better developed; it feels like something was missing and that's why I thought there were still more episodes to release. Actually, I think the ending was left open, and if there isn't a third season, it will be pointless to have ended it like that... but overall it was okay.

  • Hiru no Yume: Another Side

    29. Hiru no Yume: Another Side

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 1 episode

    8.0

THIS WAS PAINFULLY SHORT T_T I NEED MORE!!!!!!!!

I would simply give EVERYTHING to have a complete series of these two... they deserved so much more than just a 30-minute spin-off TT TT This is NOT FAIR'!!!!

The story of Hajime and Kazuma, and also of the characters they play in the series within the series, are simply too much wonderful for them (the writers) not to have given them more attention and a script worthy of them.... I mean, my baby Shoma deserved to be a lead for more time than this!!!! I don't know much about Takuma, but he was incredible too!!!

Ugh, I'm so indignant because they had everything to succeed, to be a successful series, and they only gave them 30 minutes... which were great by the way, but still, they deserved much more, at least 6 episodes of 25/30 minutes each.

  • Tide of Love

    30. Tide of Love

    Korean Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    "Our story has just begun."

To be honest, and speaking technically, the series doesn’t have a strong script structure; the narrative feels rushed, and the filming is unstable and poorly framed. At times, it even looks amateurish.

But speaking of vibe (which is just what I judge, because it's the only thing I'm good at lol), I really liked it!! All the dark romance was well executed, and as a good dominator, Jaehun not only dominated, he cared!!!

That’s a basic rule of BDSM: the Dom must care as much as they dominate, and Jaehun did that beautifully with Haejun. It’s clear throughout the series, but even more explicit for those unfamiliar with the BDSM world in the scene where Jaehun notices Haejun has a fever and immediately stops what was just beginning hehe.

And the fuckin end, with tem being all lovey-dovey at the secret favorite spot of Jae Hun (the beach), was so damn cute and they narrating their feelings.... absolute lovely!!! So much lovely that was too much too handle!!!

    Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes

There's no better way to end a BL than with them walking hand intertwined... *sniff sniff*

When this one was released, I couldn't get past the first episode. I thought I wouldn't understand much of the story because I hadn't watched the previous seasons, and I had gotten so many spoilers over the years from this trilogy that I didn't feel like watching the whole thing. BUT by chance, an edit popped up on my X/Twitter tl and I thought, why not?!

Without a doubt, this series made me feel like I was on an emotional rollercoaster. There were so many misunderstandings that really irritated me. Especially because Pete was shouting — loud as fuck — that something was wrong with Non's behavior, and Kao couldn't see it or hear it at all.

Obviously, Kao had his reasons. Being a people pleaser isn't easy, especially when it comes to family. After all, he only had his mother, and she depended on him too.

The series itself doesn't have the best plot. The development has confusing moments, and the cinematography and filming are quite basic. However, the main couples have great chemistry, the dialogues are captivating, and at least they were well developed (because the secondary characters were just thrown in there — especially Kao's sister… where is that girl?? And seriously, couldn't she work part-time??).

Overall, it wasn't a complete waste of time. It has some very good scenes, especially when Kao's world is falling apart. However, it's a very basic and cliché series that makes you a little annoyed (for me: angry) with so many misunderstandings that could easily be resolved if they just talked and listened to each other

  • Eye Contact (Uncut Ver.)

    32. Eye Contact (Uncut Ver.)

    Thai Drama - 2025, 6 episodes

    6.0

This series had EVERYTHING to be amazing… and still disappoint me.

I need to be more technical when talking about Eye Contact, because it’s one of those shows that hurts exactly because of its potential. The ideas are strong, the themes are bold, and the relationships are complex... but everything is rushed, underdeveloped, and poorly structured.

The biggest problem is ambition without time.  Four different relationship arcs in only 6 episodes was a terrible decision. Sun/Nu and Chain/Jorn alone already deal with betrayal, obsession, revenge, guilt, and toxic dynamics. Honestly, Chain/Jorn was my favorite arc, purely bcause of the dark romance. Their dynamic had everything I personally love. With proper development, they could’ve been fuckin awesome.

Ploy/Lin deserved way much better. Their arc feels incomplete, rushed, and emotionally muted, which is frustrating.

Gundam/Man felt out of place at first due to the different tone and weak connection to the main cast, but with better integration and more time, their story could’ve worked.

The script suffers the most. Plot twists come out of nowhere, shallow explanations, and character motivations often don’t make sense. Sun *SPOILER ALERT* cheating on Nu felt completely out of character, especially considering how devoted he was. Jorn kidnapping Chain is another moment that should've been impactful, but ends up confusing because the emotional and narrative groundwork simply isn’t there.

The cast is competent, but most performances feel raw, not bad, just lacking emotional depth. Some actors clearly stand out (Tora, Jame, Folk, Kokliang), probably due to experience, but even they struggle against the weak script.

What frustrates me the most is that Eye Contact had all the right elements to be one of my favorites: dark romance, toxic relationships, obsessive love, GL representation, misunderstandings, emotional tension... They just need a script with a better structure. Just painfully wasted potential.

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 9 episodes

Shizuma is definitely the highest standard!!!!

To be quite honest, it wasn't the plot that caught my attention in this series, but rather the fact that Shizuma was emotionally mature enough to handle all of Minato's eccentricities, sensitivities, and emotional ups and downs.

The way Shizuma dealt with all the adversities in this relationship, while also grappling with doubts and discoveries about his own sexuality, made me reflect on how emotionally mature Shizuma is. Obviously, it wasn't easy; he also had his moments of uncertainty and everything else, but wow... the emotionally mature way Shizuma handled everything good and bad that was happening in his life made me fall in love with him quickly.

Minato also had his moment of emotional maturity towards the end. I believe it was influenced by Shizuma, because in the beginning he was super immature in all areas of his life, and I can even understand that, with his past, it's difficult to deal with everything. But he was very emotionally mature when he asked Shizuma for some time to accept Shizuma's feelings, because he realized and understood that if he accepted them while still thinking the way he did before meeting Shizuma, letting his traumas take over his love life and everything else, their relationship wouldn't work out.

In my opinion, this series was more about emotional growth than anything else.

  • 2 Moons

    34. 2 Moons

    Thai Drama - 2017, 12 episodes

    7.0

I wasn't expecting much about this one, so I'm not totally disappointed...

The premise is simple and had potential, but the execution is weak. The acting feels stiff, the dialogues are awkward (but I know that most actors were just starting out at that time, so I'm not taking it too seriously), and the narrative is very slow, making some important scenes lose their impact.

That said, Ming/Kit is easily the highlight of the show. Their dynamic is genuinely cute, and Ming’s clingy, emotional personality carries most of the series. Him calling Kit “KitKat” is peak cuteness and one of the few moments that really worked.

Overall, 2 Moons is more relevant as an early BL than as a well-made series. It has some sweet moments, but it feels dated and technically flawed. I started watching just because of Bas Suradej (one of my favorite Thai actors), and ended up falling in love with Ming/Kit too hehehe.

  • Love by Chance

    35. Love by Chance

    Thai Drama - 2018, 14 episodes

    7.5

Have to say, I love this whole universe that MAME created!!

Btw, I really don’t like her for a lot of reasons, but I can’t deny that this messy universe she created (with Love By Chance, TharnType, The Boy Next World…) is really interesting.

Love By Chance is a classic Thai BL, and I liked it mainly because of the soft romance, innocence, and emotional comfort rather than a strong or complex plot.

The story is simple and sometimes messy, but what makes it work is the charm of the characters and the chemistry between the couples. Ae/Pete carry the emotional heart of the season with a gentle, healthy dynamic that feels warm and sincere. Tin/Can, on the other hand, bring contrast: a colder, more intense dynamic that slowly softens, making them surprisingly engaging.

The pacing can be uneven, some side plots feel unnecessary, and the production is very basic. Still, the series has a cozy feeling, memorable moments, and a nostalgic vibe that makes it easy to forgive its flaws.

I really don’t like the ending of this season, especially *spoiler alert* because season 2 doesn’t pick up where the first one left off. It feels like everyone was reset in season 2 (but I’ll bring a review of season 2 when I finish rewatching it and add it to this list too, hehe).

Overall, this isn’t a masterpiece, but it’s a comforting BL. At least for me.

  • Love by Chance Season 2: A Chance to Love

    36. Love by Chance Season 2: A Chance to Love

    Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes

    6.5

Rewatching this just reaffirm my opinion from years ago... this sequel is unnecessary.

This season doesn’t feel like a continuation, it feels like a reset nobody asked for. Instead of building naturally from the emotional ending of season 1, the story rewinds, rewrites dynamics, and pretends some development never happened, which is incredibly frustrating.

My babies Ae/Pete basically disappear emotionally (and narratively), leaving a huge hole where the heart of the first season used to be. Their absence is felt the entire time, and no amount of screen time for other couples fully compensates that loss.

I loved the fact that Tin/Can become the main focus, but even here the writing struggles. Their story is retold in a way that feels repetitive and emotionally weaker than what we already saw before. I mean, in season 1 their relationship was built so well, with so many emotional layers, it was a necessary slow burn to mature their feelings. After all, with such strong personalities, it really called for that deep and detailed construction that they gave us in season 1. HOWEVER some moments work, especially if you’re already attached to them like me, but a lot of the tension feels forced instead of earned.

The pacing is messy, the structure is confusing, and the emotional payoff is inconsistent. It often feels like the show doesn’t trust its own audience, repeating beats instead of deepening them.

Overall, this season exists more as a rehash than an evolution. It has a few cute moments that might please those already invested, but as a sequel, it lacks purpose, cohesion, and emotional continuity.

If season 1 was about gentle discovery and emotional comfort, season 2 feels like being stuck in the same place. In my opinion, if they had added just two more episodes to wrap up the Tin/Can and No/Kla arcs, it would have been perfect and wouldn't have needed a sequel.

  • Love Begins in the World of If

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 6 episodes

    8.5

"Didn't you say you wanted to me to dote you?" *SCREAM INTERNALY*

This series was honestly just okay for most of the time… but that ending??? It completely wrecked me.

The plot itself is interesting, the whole what if concept works, and I really loved the darker cinematography and melancholic atmosphere. It has some very sweet moments, especially watching Kano slowly realize that even in a world where Ogami is more open and available, his heart still belongs to the Ogami from his own world. That realization was soft, emotional, and genuinely touching.

The pacing and narrative are inconsistent, though. Some parts feel underdeveloped, and the story could’ve gone much deeper emotionally. It’s one of those shows where you can clearly see the potential, but the execution doesn’t always live up to it.

BUT.... the final episode?? Absolutely unhinged in the best way possible.

Seeing them finally together, the intimacy, Ogami calling Kano so cute he wants to bite him… AND THEN ACTUALLY BITING HIM??? I almost passed out. That moment alone carried the entire series for me. It was playful, sexy, affectionate, and emotionally charged all at once.

Overall, not a perfect series, not even close. But the aesthetic, the emotional payoff, and that final scene made it worth it. Sometimes a show doesn’t need to be amazing the whole way through… it just needs to destroy you at the end hehehe

Well... Japan continues to not disappoint me!!

  • Gen Y

    38. Gen Y

    Thai Drama - 2020, 12 episodes

    7.5

Where is the gear of my heart?!?!? TT_TT

This one is messy, and surprisingly engaging at the same time. While it shares the same universe as 2 Moons, the writers clearly tries to rework the story and in many aspects, it actually worked it. BUT, they also makes some unforgivable choices, like: Pha’s storyline.

Instead of recasting or removing him, the show keeps the character and turns him into an emotionally irresponsible mess. What he does to my baby Wayu is cruel: disappearing without explanation, leaving him broken and blaming himself for something he never did. His return later feels undeserved and poorly handled. It genuinely hurts to watch.

The timeline is another issue. Events that clearly span months or years are treated as days, while short periods are stretched unnaturally. It’s confusing, but not enough to completely break the narrative.

The soulmate concept had potential and was actually interesting, but it was badly developed. The unnecessary love triangle involving Wayu, Phai and Thanu only made things more frustrating than emotional.

Sandee is a great example of wasted potential. A “nice guy” with a dark side who adds tension and drama, but whose actions are never properly explored or justified. I can't believe that I almost shipped him with Phai...

The script is better than 2 Moons, no doubt, but still flawed. Too many characters, chaotic group scenes, unresolved conflicts (especially Thanu’s grudge against Phai), and a soundtrack that often doesn’t match the tone at all.

And then there’s Mark/Kit, the heart of the season. Their dynamic remains the strongest part of Gen Y. Playful, antagonistic, full of chemistry, and emotionally satisfying. They’re a comfort couple to me. It's simple, cliché, well-developed, and genuinely enjoyable to watch. Their arc has a clear beginning, conflict, and a rewarding ending.

  • Gen Y Season 2

    39. Gen Y Season 2

    Thai Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

    7.5

Love goes on... TT_TT  I'll miss them so so so much TT_TT

This season feels more complete, emotionally grounded, and narratively satisfying. It takes almost every loose thread left behind in Season 1 and actually resolves them.

The storylines that once felt confusing or poorly justified finally gain depth. Thanu and Padbok’s conflict is properly explored, Sandee gets a redemption arc that makes sense, and even Phai’s storyline is given a powerful and emotional closure. Tbh, the plot that they give to him was fucking heartbreaking, but it was handled with care and purpose, making his arc one of the most impactful of the season.

But the true highlight of this series remains Mark and Kit!!!!

They are, without exaggeration, the most well-developed couple in the series. Their relationship feels healthy, balanced, and mature. There’s growth, communication, affection, and chemistry — without unnecessary drama. They keep their playful, bickering dynamic, but now it’s supported by trust and emotional stability. Watching them evolve together is genuinely satisfying, and they carry the emotional heart of the season.

Of course the series isn’t flawless. Some moments are still melodramatic, and certain plot choices lean heavily into classic BL tropes. However, unlike Season 1, this time those choices feel intentional rather than careless.

Overall, this season succeeds where the first failed. It delivers closure, emotional payoff, and meaningful character development. If Season 1 left frustrated me, Season 2 is the reward for sticking through it — and for me, it almost earns a place among my favorites.

  • My Love Mix-Up!

    40. My Love Mix-Up!

    Japanese Drama - 2021, 10 episodes

    8.0

Definitely one of my comfort series!!!

This drama is ridiculously cute in the best way possible. It’s light, funny, and so warm that it feels like a hug after a long day. The misunderstandings are silly instead of stressful, and everything flows with this soft, cozy energy that just makes you smile without even noticing.

What really made me love it were the characters. Their personalities are so charming and well balanced. They're awkward, sweet, so damn dramatic in the cutest way possible, and incredibly endearing. I laughed a lot, genuinely laughed, because their reactions and interactions feel natural and lovable.

The romance is innocent, soft, and heartwarming. No unnecessary angst, just feelings growing little by little, with honesty and a lot of tenderness. It’s the kind of story that doesn’t try to be complicated, it just wants to make you feel good, and it succeeds.

  • Night Dream

    41. Night Dream

    Thai Drama - 2023, 6 episodes

    7.5

    "How would you define love?"

That’s a very difficult question for such a complex feeling. How can you define something that makes you feel so many emotions at the same time? In my opinion, love never comes alone. Along with passion and happiness, it also brings insecurity, fear, and countless other feelings — so many that they often confuse you about what to do and what to feel.

Although the plot may seem simple at first, it’s actually deeply layered, just like love itself. It makes you think, it makes you doubt, and it makes you reflect. Watching Night go through that confusion was incredibly beautiful. You could feel how lost, scared, and insecure he was, yet still madly in love, and genuinely happy with every small thing Dream did for him, or even with the simple fact that Dream existed in his life. So much so that not even time apart was able to change that feeling.

This series truly surprised me with the way it handled such a complex subject in such a simple and delicate manner, exactly like love often is.

Of course, there are things I didn’t like as much: some plot holes and a few underdeveloped points. And tbh this series deserved so much more... But what really won me over was this single question that carried the entire series: “How would you define love?”

Ps.: I need to talk about their kiss... OH MY GAWD!!! I was blushing so hard I had to look away for a second hehehe

  • My Secret of Seer

    42. My Secret of Seer

    Thai Drama - 2025, 8 episodes

    6.0

I really wanted to like this one, I truly did… but it ended up being a big disappointment for me.

The pacing is painfully slow, and not in a “slow burn” way, just dragged and repetitive. The story keeps going in circles, revisiting the same conflicts over and over again, which made the watching experience exhausting instead of engaging.

The “seer” concept had potential, but it’s poorly explained and barely used. It feels more like a decorative idea than something that truly drives the narrative or the characters’ choices. , which is frustrating because it could have been interesting.

Acting didn’t help much either. Several scenes lacked emotional weight, making it hard to connect or feel invested in what was happening. The character development is waaaaaay to weak. Most characters remain emotionally stagnant, so when the story tries to deliver impactful or dramatic moments, they simply don’t land.

The romance, in particular, never convinced me!! The emotional bond felt shallow and basically, they stayed together only because of some higher power, past lives, destiny, and who knows what else, but not because they truly love each other.

Overall, My Secret of Seer had ideas but no clear direction. It felt like a series that wanted to be deep and mysterious but ended up being messy, underdeveloped, and forgettable.

  • Nitiman

    43. Nitiman

    Thai Drama - 2021, 10 episodes

    7.5

This one is exactly the kind of BL you start with zero expectations… and end up surprisingly fond of.

It’s not a masterpiece. The plot is simple, the development has flaws, and there are definitely some holes along the way. But honestly? None of that stopped me from enjoying it. This series has such a comfort vibe, so warmhearted, light and cozy.

What really makes Nitiman work is the atmosphere and the characters. The university setting, the friendships, the soft humor, and the gentle romance create a very warm feeling. It’s the kind of show you watch to relax, not to analyze. The main couple has good chemistry, and even without intense drama or bold plot twists, their dynamic is cute enough to keep you invested.

I won’t lie... I did miss more romantic tension and physical affection. But considering it’s a 2021 BL with a 13+ rating, I already knew what I was signing up for. Still, even with that limitation, the emotional connection works.

In the end, Nitiman isn’t memorable because it’s outstanding, but because it’s pleasant. A sweet, slightly flawed BL that doesn’t try to be more than it is, and that’s exactly why it works. Sometimes, a simple and comforting story is all you need.

  • Light

Check out the TW before watching this one!!!

Light is a quite delicate story that relies more on atmosphere and emotion than on plot. It’s dark, introspective, and intentionally slow, focusing on loneliness, healing, and the fragile way two people slowly find comfort in each other.

The series doesn’t rush feelings or explanations. Instead, it lets silences speak, using subtle acting and a gentle tone to build intimacy. It may feel uneventful for some, but for those who enjoy calm, reflective BLs, Light shines in its simplicity.

  • The Love Never Sets

    45. The Love Never Sets

    Thai Drama - 2025, 13 episodes

    7.0

    MY RED SUNFLOWEEEEER TT_TT

Tbh this isn’t a bad series, but it constantly feels like something is missing.

The story has a good premise and some genuinely sweet moments, but the execution falls short. The biggest issue is the lack of proper development. Many emotional beats feel rushed or underexplored, which makes the story less impactful than it should be.

Mud/Book had potential, but their conflict was poorly handled. Book giving Mud the cold shoulder for such a long time only for everything to be resolved once Mud finally confesses felt unnecessary and forced. The emotional tension didn’t feel organic, just stretched for the sake of drama. Btw they have an insanely chemistry!!!!

Ironically, I found myself more invested in the movie they were filming inside the series than in the series itself. The “story within the story” had more emotion, tension, and purpose than the main plot, which says a lot.

Overall, The Love Never Sets is watchable and not unpleasant, but it never fully delivers. With better writing and deeper character development, it could have been really good. As it is, it’s an okay drama that you enjoy while watching, but don’t feel deeply attached to once it ends.

  • Chosen Home

    46. Chosen Home

    Japanese Drama - 2025, 10 episodes

    9.0

    LOVE AND REVOLUTION!!!!

This is an intimate BL that finds its strength in subtlety. Instead of relying on heavy drama or shocking twists, the story unfolds gently, through silences, lingering looks, and small emotional gestures that slowly build a deep connection between the characters.

The relationship develops naturally and softly. It’s not about intense passion, but about belonging, about finding safety, comfort, and understanding in another person. The title says it all: “home” here is not a place, but a person.

One of the most touching aspects of the story is how it approaches same-sex relationships and marriage with sincerity and respect. The series treats homoaffective love not as something to be justified or hidden, but as something deeply human and worthy of commitment, recognition, and permanence. The idea of choosing someone as your life partner — and choosing to call that love a family — adds a powerful emotional layer to the narrative.

The cinematography is warm and understated, perfectly matching the series’ melancholic yet comforting atmosphere. The acting is restrained but incredibly sincere, making every interaction feel genuine and emotionally grounded.

Chosen Home is a story about loneliness, acceptance, and quiet love. It doesn’t scream for attention, but it lingers long after it ends. It leaves you with that soft, bittersweet feeling, like walking away from somewhere you finally felt you belonged.

"Teerak.... I want to die." TT_TT I'M NOT OKAY

This one caught me completely off guard.

I went in with very low expectations (basically none), mostly watching it “for the record,” since I really love Fort and Pie work.

But then comes the robot plot and... damn... it hurts.

An android who would rather shut down than be reset than lose his memories with the one that he loved, and a human who chooses to restart him anyway, preferring to fall in love with him all over again rather than lose him forever. That single choice elevates the whole story. And if they had invested more... it could've been a wonderful series.

It’s deeply flawed, clearly limited by budget and format, but the emotional punch still lands. This deserved soooo much more.

Tbh romances with robots and AIs will always be my favorite weird trope hahaha

Ps.: btw I only watched Moments Of Love: My Heartless Boy (clearly b/c of Fort and Pie)

    Simple and funny!!

This is one of those BLs you start without expectations and end up enjoying way more than you thought you would. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. The plot is simple, sometimes messy, and a bit rushed in places, but somehow, it works.

The chemistry carries the whole show, the characters are likable, it's funny and easy to watch. It doesn’t try to be deep or revolutionary, it just wants to entertain, and it succeeds.

It's definitely enjoyable, especially if you’re in the mood for something cute, straightforward, and low-effort on the brain.

Ps.: That messy-drunk-sleepy-kiss between Match and Mix (JameJet)… WOW. Just WOW.

This one left me confused… but in a good way.

I won’t even pretend I fully understood the plot back then, because I didn’t. The narrative plays a lot with time, perception, and fragmented storytelling, which can be disorienting and sometimes hard to follow. Still, somehow, that confusion didn’t push me away, it actually became part of the experience to me.

What really stood out to me was the photography, is absolutely stunning, very stylized, and sensual, creating a mood that pulls you in even when the story feels unclear. And yes, the NC scenes were definitely memorable!! So intense, beautifully shot, and emotionally charged, adding a lot to the overall impact of the series.

Even with a plot that isn’t always easy to grasp, it was bold, visually striking, and emotionally engaging. It’s not a series you watch for clear answers, but rather for the feeling it leaves behind.

    Messy? Yes. Confusing? Absolutely.
But also unique, daring, and strangely addictive... and that’s exactly why I ended up loving it.

Ps.: I rewatched it, and I still have the same opinion I had when it was first released!

    50. Restart after Come back Home

    Japanese Movie - 2020

    7.5

This is one of those stories that gently wraps around you and makes you feel at peace.

The plot is simple and quiet, focused on healing, reconnection, and finding comfort in small, everyday moments. There’s no unnecessary drama or over-the-top conflicts, just two people slowly learning how to open up, communicate, and understand each other.

What I loved the most is the soft pacing and the warm cinematography. The story takes its time, allowing the characters’ relationship to grow naturally. Their bond feels sincere and warm, built through shared routines, silence, and simple gestures rather than grand declarations.

The countryside setting adds so much to the atmosphere, reinforcing that feeling of starting over and letting yourself breathe again. It’s cozy, tender, and emotionally grounding in the best way.

This story is gentle, wholesome, and comforting, the kind that leaves your heart lighter when it ends.

I honestly don’t know why it took me so long to watch this... I adore it!!!!

The show is super funny and easy to watch. The plot isn’t anything special, and some personalities — especially Maze and Phap — irritated me at times. The secondary couple didn’t really work for me either and felt a bit boring. Still, I loved it hehe

This is the kind of series that isn’t necessarily good in a technical sense, but the vibe is everything. It’s light, colorful, and entertaining, perfect when you have nothing else to watch and just want something fun without overthinking.

Not a masterpiece, but definitely a good time.
