-
38. Ossan's Love Thailand
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
Hilarious!!!!
I thought I wouldn't like it; I saw a lot of reviews saying that it's a bad show, but thanks that I didn't listen to it and star to watch anyway 'cause I simply loved the whole thing!!!
It's cringe, annoyingly funny, and the passionate tension between Heng and Mo is just too cute to handle!
Obviously, it has some things that I didn't like, but in general, it's definably one of my favorites of this year. Love it!!!
-
39. Until We Meet Again
Thai Drama - 2019, 17 episodes
Tbh this is one of my favorites because of the drama!!!
The plot is so immersive that it makes you cry without even noticing. The characters were so well played that I was impressed. I literally cried when I watched and heard Intouch crying every time he did.
I watched the spin-off Between Us before watching UWMA, and I came here knowing that I would probably cry the whole show, but it was more than that... As a pansexual person, I totally understand the fear of not being accepted by one's own family and the pressure of being the anchor to the one you love the most and, unfortunately, failure...
I just love it; no more words are needed to add.
-
40. Takara's Treasure
Japanese Drama - 2024, 10 episodes
Despised the funny name (cause in portugueses it is), I really loved this one!!!!
It reminded me so much to My Beautiful Man (crying just to remember it...)
The plot is really good, is well developed, the photography is beautiful, and the chemistry between the actors?! PERFECT!!!! Have to talk 'bout the OST too, so good!!!
Taishin's personality annoyed me sometimes, buuuuuut that didn't make me give up on the show which was awesome haha
I think I don't have more to add, it was really good, cute, and make my heart melt in every episode.
-
41. Cosmetic Playlover
Japanese Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
*SCREAMING INTERNALY*
After My Beautiful Man, this is for sure my 2° favorite Japanese bl!!
The plot is amazing and well developed, the story time incredibly well done, the chemistry between the characters/actors???? God help me 'cause I almost died of too much sexual and cuteness tension every time that Sahashi e Natsume were together in scene.... I just loved the whole show!!!!!
And the fuckin end with Sahashi saying: "I'm desperate to become someone indispensable in your life" really got me, make my heart race istg.... It was awesome, no more, just perfect!!!!
-
42. Top Form
Thai Drama - 2025, 11 episodes
ABSOLUTLY CINEMA!!!!!!!
I knew that I would like in the moment I read the sinopse of this bl, and I was totally right!!!!
The plot is amazing, well developed, the chemistry and dynamic between the actor/characters is awesome, I was touch by the drama, I felt connected with the characters, love all of them and their history.
The fuckin honey scene... damn...
I think there will be a special episode or a 2nd season 'cause it ended with a cliffhanger, but I already love it anyway, hope that is more coming soon, I really wanna see more of this!!!!
-
43. Exclusive Love
Taiwanese Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
Tbh it' just one of my favorites because of the nc scenes...
Seriously it's so good for a Taiwanese bl, I mean, it's more explicit that I expected, it's different of the Tai ones which is more... how do I say this? Tai nc scenes have more sex different position, it's really explicit when it have these scenes (the +18/21 ones at least), and Taiwan have more slow touch, specific camera focus on that and kiss and less clothes hahaha I don't know how to explain this properly, but I liked this show because of this, because of the chemistry between them. May I be wrong, BUT it seams that they are comfortable with each other and this make total diference to the scenes.
-
44. My Golden Blood
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
I really am surprised by this one!!!
Despised all the bad thing that some people said about this one (specially about CGI, making fun of it), I absolutely adored this bl!!! I started to watch without any expectation, and now I'm totally in love with 'em. ABSOLUTLY PERFECT!!!!
This was not so well developed, BUT the plot twists was amazing, and the drama... fuck, I cried in every scene that Tong was crying, specially in the final ep... istg the way Tong said to Mark that was ok to him drink his blood cause like that he would be with him forever... seriously, I almost dehydrated with both of them crying, crying too!!! The acting of Gawin and Joss was fucking amazing!!!
I simply love the whole show, and I really wanna see a especial ep soon (but I don't think is gonna have one, unfortunately).
-
45. Theory of Love
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
LOVE IS PAIN, BUT IT IS A SWEET PAIN.....
I'm in love with their love TT TT
It was so touching to see them overcome so many obstacles to finally be together. Loving someone who is not available (physically and emotionally) for you, hiding it, suffering because of it, getting hurt because of it, and still loving, caring and making that person your own world is something I really admired about Third here. I've never fallen in love with my best friend, but I know exactly what it's like to love someone who doesn't love me back.
To be honest, at first, I was kind of annoyed with Khai for being such an idiot, a real jerk, with Third and with the girls he was involved with... when Third used the card to finally confess his lovei, Khai was so dumb that he didn't understand and still had the audacity to say that he would use the idea to conquer someone else... ARGH!! I wanted to cry with Third in that scene, because I felt the pain, his pain, too.
I loved the fact that they told the truth about love, that first love is not easy, that some kind of love isn't, and that not all love has a happy ending or is easy to get one, so I really enjoyed watching this BL. I missed more kissing, more sexual tension, I won't lie (especially because this BL is rated +18, so I kind of expected more...), but I loved it anyway.
AHHH!! They used my favorite movies as the theme for each episode... so cute!!! It's a 10/10 for me!!!
-
46. Love Is a Poison
Japanese Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
I'm really surprised by this one!!!!!
The plot is well developed, the photography is really good, the OST is exactly like the characters hahaha
But what really got me was their relationship growth!!! It all started with 2nd intentions, secrets and lies, but the second Haruto sees himself falling for Ryoma, he do everything to be good and make this relationship works it out.
It was very exciting to see their growth together as a couple, the way that they pushed themselves to grow it was really beautiful to watch... even thought they started in a wrong way, they find each other in the middle and brought out the best in each other.
Definitely one of my favorites!!!!
-
47. Business as Usual
Korean Drama - 2025, 6 episodes
I love when they tell the real facts about love!!!
The plot is not complicated to understand, is basically showing about how two different people handle with their insecurities in a relationship. I mean, how can two different people, with completely different personalities, tastes, and social status, make a relationship work?? It seems impossible at first, especially when in the past they've already tried, and because of insecurities and, mainly, misunderstandings, it went wrong. Why try again knowing the end? But here they prove that if you and your partner really want to make things work, you can have the most beautiful relationship ever!!
You just have to understand and accept that differences exist and will not change, because each human being is unique, but if you are mature enough to deal with this with dialogue and patience, above all, everything can work out!!
I think this is the most beautiful type of relationship, tbh... the one that is mature, the one that is understanding, the one that accepts and is proud of it.
-
48. The End of the World with You
Japanese Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
WTF IS GOING ON???!!!!
That was my reaction in the beginning and in the end, but it was in a good way at the end at least hahaha
The thing is, I was really confused by that personality of Ritsu, seriously, what was going on inside this kid brain?? but as he developed in the plot, I was able to better understand all his attitudes.
Speaking about the plot, I though that I wouldn't like this one, I though it would be the kind of plot that try to be "cult" but in the end is just a piece of shit 'cause the writers couldn't keep the well-developed plot, although it really surprised me, it was definitely well developed!! And the cliffhanger at the end?? Leaving the viewer not knowing whether the meteor destroyed the world or not... So fucking amazing!!!!
I loved how they bring an such importante subject like "the wish of keep living" to be the center of the plot. I know exactly how's the feeling of want to press the botton as Meguru's sister and Ritsu, and I know exactly how's the feeling of thinking that I wasted time, that my life passed me by, that I wasted time that I could have spent living and seeing the beauty of the world like Masumi too...
The thing is, some people need to be in the end, in their limits, to see some things, and I related with that. I think that I'll just realise that I need to shake my ass when time is not a thing that I have left over anymore... it's sad though, but it's the true.
-
49. 2gether
Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
"Can I touch your boobs?!"
I'm just in love with their love... It's so cliche, but some how this is exactly why I fell in love with them.
Have some things that I didn't liked, ex the way Tine treated Green at first... obviously I know that this is a show, and have to be this kinda of drama to keep the plot development, AND I DON'T AGREE with the way Green chases Tine, but still, It bothered me a little....
Taking this away, I loved absolutely everything, the couples was well developed, the OST is so cute, the fact that they used Scrubb to be part of the soundtrack was so cute tho... I never heard about them, and got impressed with how good they are.
Anyway, for being so cliche, and obvious, I don't have much to say, but it's definitely one of my favourites!!!
-
50. At 25:00 in Akasaka
Japanese Drama - 2024, 10 episodes
Love it!!!
It reminded me so much "I Became The Main Role Of A BL Drama"... tbh the plot is exactly the same, but completed different.
In my opinion, "25 Ji Akasaka de" is way to much better in all things than "I Became The Main Role Of A BL Drama"... Ok, the narrative in "25 Ji Akasaka de" is a little slow, the Yuki character is a little boring, buuuuuut Niihara Taisuke acted so well the nuances of his character and the character he played within the plot that got me speechless.
The melancholy of Asami is so well acted by Komagine Kiita , seriously, this character back story was so important to the plot, brought the necessary drama to complement the plot, especially when he finds himself lost and doesn't know whether or not he wants to act anymore. The way he comforts himself and understands himself, all alone, made me reflect on so many things.... It's a cliche one, but this little things really got me, so is one of my favorite.
The photography is beautiful, the construction of the narrative despite being slow it is well made and without holes, the OST is really good too.
Ps.: I have to add here that Nagumo Shoma are on the this bl.... his character is awesome, brought that "villain" who wants to steal the loved one and make the other jealous (even though he's not a villain at all). And he's fucking hot and good actor, so I loved it hehehe
-
51. Laws of Attraction
Thai Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
Surprisingly good!!!
That's not the type of genre that I usually choose freely to watch, police or investigative drama it's definitely something that I prefer read to watch, but sometimes I like to watch just to change vibes and I really liked this one.
It's well developed, the narrative are on the perfect rhythm, not to fast, not too slow. The enemies to lovers here was INSANALLY GOOD!!
I just loved the personality of Chan, the way that he is sarcastic all the time, and hide his pain behind it... perfect acted.
The final was really cute, love all the plot twists, but I have to say that I missed more kisses scenes... they're grown up men, I expected more touch, although I understand that the romance was not the focus here, I mean, not the kiss and touch romance, they wanted to show more of the emotional romance and the evolution of the feeling.
-
52. Unknown
Taiwanese Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
I'm emotionally exhausted... In a good way tho.
I thought this bl would be completely different than it was. Even after reading the plot, I thought it would be something light, but the drama was almost too much to handle!!
I was so moved by Qian's story, how he took care of two extra people, did everything, even put his own life at risk countless times for his sister and Yuan.
The way it was shown how much love can endure everything, be patient and benevolent really got to me here. The way Qian and Yuan hid what they felt to protect each other, because they knew it would be complicated and confusing in the situation they lived in (as "siblings"), really changed something in me, in my way of thinking maybe...
Everything in this bl made me feel something. The well-made plot, the engaging narrative, the photography, the OST, everything was very well constructed, with no loose ends. I'm simply in love and emotionally destroyed because until they reached the happy moments they suffered a lot, and I along with them.
Is 10/10 for me, because of the drama.
-
53. Fourever You
Thai Drama - 2024, 17 episodes
I ABSOLUTLY LOVED THIS BL!!!!!
Tbh I loved because of the 2nd principal couple Johan and North, but I liked the first one, Ter and Hill, too, but their narrative was too slow... it was a good one, good plot, well developed, but too slow, this made it a little boring, and I couldn't feel that excitement of watching them get their happy ending and the twists and turns that they had. But it was really good despite this.
Now my Johan and North babies... it was so perfect, it kept me hooked from beginning to end, their story had a perfectly timed narrative, I freaked out with every little thing that happened in their relationship, and I always wanted to see more of them.
Now speaking in general, I didn't like what they did with the other secondary couples... they didn't develop any of them properly, they left a lot of loose ends, unanswered questions, especially about Tiger and Nao, and Tonfah and Phoon. Since they started talking about their relationship, they should have continued, even if it was rushed, because the series ended without any decent ending for them.
There is a confirmed 2nd season, to tell about these couples, but until now they haven't started filming, and there are many things that lead me to believe that they will drag it out as much as possible until the moment comes that they will cancel it for some silly reason, and we will be left without answers about these couples. I'm being realistic. That's what happens when you put too many characters in a story and don't develop them properly. Besides this, I really loved this bl, it was funny, cute, very cliché in a way that I don't like, but I can't stop watching it (because secretly I love it hahaha)
Oh and the 2 especial episodes with Johan and North... too cute to handle!!!!
Edit: Season 2 has been confirmed and already has a release date, so all the couples I wanted to know more about (Tonfah and Typhoon, Tiger and Nao, Arthit and Daotok) will each have an arc in season 2. *SCREAM INTERNALY*

54. Love Class
Korean Drama - 2022, 6 episodes
I’m emotionally devastated but I’ll cry with dignity and a cup of tea in hand.
This one really got me!! The plot is simple, but the drama? Oh, it had me. I was in deep, absolutely loved it, it was just beautiful.
This BL doesn’t have the most well-developed storyline, it has its flaws, and honestly, Ro Ah leaving near the end and lying that he didn’t feel anything for Ji Woo was, in my opinion, a huge mistake in the script. But honestly? The real crime here is that we only got six episodes. Six. And they’re like twenty minutes each. Be serious? that was the saddest part for me!!
I completely fell in love with them, and I just wanted more screen time of them being happy so I could watch it over and over. But of course not... Korea was never gonna let me have that, were they?
-
55. Fight for You
Taiwanese Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
F*CKING AMAZING, PERIOD!!!
I'll admit it — when I first saw the poster and read the synopsis of this BL, I thought it was going to be something completely different. I expected something way heavier, with more drama, mafia vibes, and serious angst. But what I got? Oh, it was something else entirely — and I LOVED it.
I loved Da Hei and Xiao Bai’s personalities!! Each of them hooked me in their own way — making me laugh, cry, and yell at the screen, begging them to knock some sense into each other. And their chemistry? Absolutely insane.
The plot is really well constructed, and the storytelling pulls you in. Sure, the first few episodes are a bit slower, but around episode 7 or 8, everything starts to expand, the story clicks into place, and things start happening one after the other — but never rushed. It’s just so good.
Ohhh, and I think it was episode 9 or 10 — can’t remember exactly now — but when Xiao Bai finally tells Da Hei the truth… THAT REACTION?! Pure gold. You know that “Tell me something non-sexual but incredibly sexual”? Yeah, THAT scene!!! The way Da Hei punches Xiao Bai’s chest twice, then grabs his hair like that... I LOST IT. It was WILD!!! I screamed, I laughed, I rewound the scene like three times.
And the way they managed to work through things after that… it really moved me. Everything they went through to be together, always fighting and protecting each other — it was beautiful.
That’s it. I’m just completely and hopelessly in love with them!!!
-
56. Unforgotten Night
Thai Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
LOVED IT!!!!
To be honest, I expected more. With all the hype and reviews this BL had, I thought it would’ve been so much more than it actually was, especially the NC scenes... seriously, I would've died for more screen time there!! But I still loved it anyway.
I liked the cuteness and tension between Kim and Kamol. Yeah!! Cuteness, believe it or not haha I know this is supposed to be one of those dark romance-type BLs, but it really had some adorable moments between them.
The plot isn’t that strong, I was hoping they’d explore more of the BDSM stuff… I’m into it, and I know quite a bit about it, so when I found out that would be a theme in the show, I got really excited. But they barely touched on it, which is a shame. It would've been awesome if they went deeper with that.
The narrative is okay, and the plot twists were good. The OST? Perfect. The visuals could’ve been better, but it was fine.
If I had to judge it seriously, pointing out all the flaws and everything, I’d probably give it a solid 7,5. But honestly? I don’t care that much about technical stuff, I go by vibes. And I really vibed with this one. So it’s a 9.5 for me! Hahaha

57. Tokyo in April Is...
Japanese Drama - 2023, 8 episodes
CRYING MY EYES OUT!!!!
I knew the moment I started watching this BL that I was going to fall in love. And I was absolutely right.
The whole story between Ren and Kazuma is so deep, full of misunderstandings, pain, and fear... Watching them talk about how hard those years apart were made me cry. It was just so touching.
The plot is amazing, the narrative is captivating, and the visuals are insanely aesthetic. Tokyo in April is so beautiful. I’ve never been there, but through this BL, I felt like I was.
The drama is perfectly executed. To be honest, I was really impressed with the plot twists and everything. And Kazuma opening his heart to Ren at the end, telling him he felt like he’d been adrift all those years — and that Ren was like the sun guiding him until they could be together again... Seriously, that broke me. I cried rivers and oceans!!
-
58. My Tooth Your Love
Taiwanese Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
SWEET LIKE HONEY, MY SWEETEST LITTLE PIE!!!
This is definitely the kind of BL that makes you feel comforted the whole time. The plot is simple — basically cliché after cliché. And even though I usually don’t like clichés, I do enjoy them when they come in this kind of comforting package.
I laughed, got emotional, felt butterflies — all at once.As I said, the plot is simple, but it’s not bad at all, and it doesn’t leave any loose ends. I have to be honest: I thought it was going to be a waste of time. The synopsis didn’t seem strong enough to catch my attention… but I was really surprised. I liked it a lot.
This BL shows the maturing of their relationship and all the obstacles — especially their insecurities — that they had to overcome. And they did it beautifully. It made me feel like I was listening to a close friend telling me about their love life and everything they went through… it was just so cute!!
And the happy ending?? Geez — absolutely perfect!!I don’t have much more to say. I just loved it. It’s simple, it’s beautiful, it’s real, and it’s adorable.
-
59. The Sparkle in Your Eye
Singaporean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!!!
This BL deserves way more hype, honestly!!!
The plot? PERFECTION.
The drama? FOR FUCK’S SAKE, PURE PERFECTION.
The chemistry between the actors?? GEEZ... someone come help me. I freaking adored this one.Okay, but I gotta be honest, in the beginning, I really thought I was gonna drop it because of Pei Jia. That man drove me INSANE with his behavior. What an asshole... BUT THEN… the way he matured throughout the story really got me. That scene when he tells Su Yi he’d catch him no matter how high the fall?? Yeah. That was it. I fell. And all the things he does after that to prove his love and protect Su Yi… I was crying nonstop TT TT
And Su Yi??? He’s just the softest, cutest little thing. I wanted to squeeze him through the whole show!!
The story flows so well, even with episodes being just 20/30 minutes, it felt like we were living hours of their love. And the visuals?? SO BEAUTIFUL. I’m a huge fan of cinematography, and this show hit all the right notes.
Now the ending… I liked it, but I expected more. They never tell us if Su Yi gets the surgery or not, if he’ll stay blind forever, if he’ll even live long or not… and that uncertainty messed with me a little. I NEED TO KNOW!! But aside from that? I loved the entire thing.
Is 10/10 for me. No doubt.
-
60. Life: Love on the Line
Japanese Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
I HATE THE SMOKE WITHOUT YOU!! (Louis sang but to me this represent the fact that Yuki didn't care about the smell of cigarette smoke in Akira TT)
This BL made me feel different feelings at the same time!! I wanted to scream and cry and laugh and punch Akira in his face and cuddle Yuki tight... all this at the fucking SAME TIME!!!
I'll started with the plot. So emotional, so deep and controversial. I mean, tell the story about a growing love since the adolescent till adulthood was brilliant because was told in so emotional way. I feel connected with the characters and their story that I couldn't stop watching... The narrative and well developed plot was simply amazing.
Akira... I wanted to punch him real bad in his face for what he did, but tbh I totally understand him. He had this idea of what was "normal" (planted by his mom btw) and have an fixation to turn this "normal" real, and live it. But we know this "normal" doesn't exist, and in his heart Akira knows too, but trying to prove otherwise (because he was told so) he hurt Yuki and himself along the way to prove this... So in the end, when he realised this, that the "normal" he thought was right is not what he thought and he wouldn't be happy that way, it was almost too late.
Yuki... He is a angel!! The guy literally made everything he can to prove his love and make Akira feel loved by him, but it wasn't enough. I believe some people have to loose to understand and realised what they have, and Akira proved me this. Yuki give everything to him, and he was patience to wait to Akira understand himself all those years apart, even though he was suffering real bad with this, watching the love of his life living a lie out of pure fear. Yuki is definitely on of my favourite J-BL characters of all the time (after my babies Hira, Sahashi and Ryoma of course).
I'm really surprised by how deep this short BL was, and definitely 4 episodes with 20/30min wasn't enough for me. I WANT MORE! TT
-
61. The Ex-Morning
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
Hoping for someone who can BE THE OIL TO MY FIRE!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely ADOOORED this one!! Since the first episode, I just knew I was going to love it, and I was totally right.
The plot is AMAZING!! Super cliché (in the best way), funny, and with just the right amount of drama. The narrative has a pacing perfectly done, keeping a smooth flow so the story never lost its rhythm or got boring.
Tamtawan and Phi were just too cute to handle. Honestly, they’re exactly the kind of couple I admire, the kind that fights, gets mad, pulls away... but always finds their way back to each other. Even if they argue, maybe even hate each other for a second, they talk things through and always make peace and keep choosing to love each other.
I loved it so much, 10 episodes were NOT enough for me
-
62. Blossom Campus
Korean Drama - 2024, 6 episodes
"We’re two unlucky souls, so let’s stop chasing luck and start making a little happiness." TT TT
I simply LOVED this one!! I probably fell in love with it because of the way Korea always portrays love… it’s such a lyrical, eloquent kind of romanticism.
The plot isn’t super strong, and the narrative gets a little confusing sometimes. Like, why did they even bring Hyuk in as someone who likes Minjae if he never stood a chance? And then after that scene at Minjae’s house, he just… disappears?? What was the point??
But what really got me was that CLIFFHANGER ENDING… Like, is that an ex rising from the ashes?? (Considering Minjae already said he’s unlucky in love…) Is Hyuk gonna come back?? I NEED A SECOND SEASON, PLEASE!!!
Other than that… YOONCHAN AND MINJAE’S KISSES???? HOLY SHIT, MY LOVES… WHAT ? A ? KISS ?!!!!
The visuals were beautiful, the protagonists were so good!! The OST were so good (a little sexy) too, and the cinematography?? STUNNING. I’m honestly in awe. I loved this one!!
-
63. Be My Favorite
Thai Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
"WE BELONG TO EACH OTHER, THIS IS THE MOST CERTAIN THING." !!!!!!
I started laughing, happy... I ended up crying my eyes out and even happier!!
I never thought I'd need to watch a GawinKrist as a cp, until I watched a GawinKrist as a cp!!! What delightful chemistry!!
Although I'm not a big fan of time travel plots because I always get lost, the narrative here had perfect timing, everything was so well developed, I had no doubts or get lost while watching. It was simply perfect!! Very well written and developed.
The message they wanted to convey was that no matter how much you try to change the past, or the future, around you, there is only one life to be lived in the best possible way. And sometimes you will suffer, but you will also be very happy if you choose to live one day at a time, leaning on your friends, loved ones, and family.
I'm simply in love with their love... I wanted so much more!!!

64. Blueming
Korean Drama - 2022, 11 episodes
CINEMA!!!!
One of my favorites, exactly because of its simplicity.
The plot is simple, but it has some drama and a deep meaning, so I loved it. They brought the whole physical-appearance-is-everything drama, showing how this mindset can control our lives, making us literally live by the thought that "I need to be beautiful, my body has to be thin and skinny, and I have to be smart", as if it’s a rule. It ends up controlling us, making us super insecure about everything. But in reality, we’re just humans with flaws and imperfections, and those are exactly what make us who we are. That’s beautiful… this message was so necessary!!!
I don’t even need to talk about the chemistry between the leads… it was perfect!! The kiss??? Geez, made me blush hahaha. And the photography + OST??? So beautiful and cute!!
The only crime here was giving us only 12 minutes per episode… honestly, that should be illegal!!!

65. Unintentional Love Story
Korean Drama - 2023, 10 episodes
I'm prepared to be used by you... I just wanna love you.
I wasn't expecting anything at all, and they delivered perfectly!!!! I'm so surprised by this blog!!! It even made me want to start making things with clay lol
I have to start with the plot. At first, I thought the narrative would be boring, that it would be a slow series, but it developed perfectly, everything was very well-crafted without leaving any holes. I LOVED IT!!!
The development of Tejoon and Wonyuong's relationship also really surprised me. It had just the right amount of drama, that basic miscommunication, but without being boring and dull that makes you lose interest in them... it was all just the right amount to be impactful and make you root for them at every moment, get emotional, and be happy too. And their chemistry... PERFECT!!!
The visuals are simply beautiful, they nailed the photography, the OST too, the soundtrack is so beautiful and sweet!!
The supporting couple could have been better developed. After all, they had a great plot to build. I think they needed to be developed better here (but they have a spin-off, so maybe it's better developed there. I don't know. I'll watch theirs later to see).
I'm surprised Korea gave me a BL with 10 episodes, each over 30 minutes long!!! I loved it so much!!! -
66. Revenged Love
Chinese Drama - 2025, 24 episodes
"I'VE GOT A HOME AGAIN." I've got emotional with this end... To be honest, I'm in love.
The plot is deep, have so many things happing at the same time, and tbh I felt like there were a lot of things lost along the way, but nothing that would hinder the plot itself.
Wei Wei and Chi Cheng are a typical chaotic couple who only starts talking when everything has gone wrong due to lack of communication, and fix everything with sex. Until it works out, they have to go through hell, but when they get it right, it's just love, peace and happiness. I confess that they irritate me a little because of this, mainly because of the lack of communication and the "I'm straight" that Wei Wei insisted on wanting to affirm, even though we all know that he would never resist Chi Cheng LOL. A lot could have been avoided if they just talked to each other, but I also understand that it was part of the plot, after all, no drama, no story.
Did I have to say something about my babies Cheng Yu and Xiao Shuai??? No, but I'll do anyway LOL They are completed different from each other, but it is this exactly thing that make them work. I love the fact that Cheng Yu is a son of a bitch, doesn't care about anything or anyone, and with Xiao Shuai he is the most wonderful, caring and dedicated person possible. And Xiao Shua it's so precious... even going through hell, almost taking his own life, he found a way to move forward and still found happiness TT TT I love their love TT TT
All shit with Wang Shuo was good to the development of the plot, have good plot twists with him being an "villain", but I missed something more... I don't know, I just have the feeling. Mainly because of the adopted thing. They could have explained and developed their story better, because in my opinion Wang Zhen feels something for Wang Shuo and it is not in a brotherhood way...
The photography is good, not one of my favorite, but it's good. The OST is really cute... I loved this one so much!!!!

67. Happy of the End
Japanese Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
ABSOLUTELY CINEMA!!!
I honestly don’t know why it took me so long to watch this one… it’s a pure masterpiece!!
To be honest, the synopsis didn’t really catch my attention at first. I only added it to my list because it seemed a little dark, and I wanted to watch it for that reason… but bro, WTF? I’m totally in awe!
It starts off a little confusing, I have to say. Then a lot of heavy stuff happens, but the more I watched, the more I needed to keep going. The extremely sensitive and triggering topics addressed here, such as mental and sexual abuse, exploitation of minors and women, drugs, homophobia, and trauma in general, left me astonished at how they were portrayed, in such a realistic way, showing the harsh and heartbreaking reality of people who live in this environment. It was painfully sad to watch…
Hoaren and Chihiro are just… I don’t have enough words. They were both so full of trauma, yet they still managed to love each other in the most chaotic and beautiful way possible. Love is sometimes letting go, but it’s also knowing how to come back, to return better, more mature, and truly ready to live that love. And they did exactly that.
It’s definitely a 10/10 for me, the plot, the photography, the OST, the characters… everything!! Japan never disappoint me!! -
68. HIStory4: Close to You
Taiwanese Drama - 2021, 20 episodes
Crying in the corner….
This drama was everything. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get this emotional, but wow, it hit me right in the heart.
The story is soft but powerful, it’s about love, regret, fear, insecurities, and second chances. It manages to be heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. The chemistry between the leads is so natural and raw that you can feel every unspoken word between them. And when the emotions finally burst out? Tears. Non-stop. But there are laughs too, a lot of them.
What really got me is how beautifully the drama shows that love, even when faced with impossible situations, always leaves a mark. The characters felt real, their pain, their insecurities, and their love… their love was unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on those scenes: Yung Chieh carrying Hsing Ssu when he was drunk (my heart couldn’t handle it, giggles and little freak-outs included), and Teng Teng completely out of it in the bathtub… pure chaos, but so beautifully shot and emotionally charged. I was stunned.
And the cinematography?? Insane. The way Teng Teng looked up at Li Cheng with those big begging eyes… man, that was breathtaking. Even though the scene was showing one of the worst moments a person can go through — not being able to control your own body because someone tried to abuse you (huge trigger btw!!) — it was also so powerful. And let’s make it clear: Li Cheng wasn’t the threat, he was Teng Teng’s savior.
It’s short, it’s simple, but it stays with you. A bittersweet gem that proves you don’t need endless episodes to deliver a story that hits deep.
My heart is shattered but also full, so it’s a 10/10 for me!

69. Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
I'm drained.... in a good way tho!
I definitely wasn't expecting such an emotionally charged plot. The way the physical and mental abuse was addressed here... sucked me in so deeply that I was immersed in the story, and I could feel their pain too.
I believe they wanted to make the plot much more than just a love story. It's also a story of overcoming. After all, the personal and internal struggles that Dohee and Juyeong go through throughout their lives together, and especially apart, served as a learning experience for them.
I confess that at one point in the story, I wanted to punch Dohee for becoming so self-centered and cold, especially when he meets Juyeong again after so long. I understand that he felt the need to change, to be what he idealized he needed to be to be happy, but it hurt me to see him hurting Juyeong because he was hurt too.
I loved every second of this series, but I wish the ending had been better... It was very good, I liked it, but I expected more, especially because it wasn't clear how much time had passed since Dohee was prosecuted, it doesn't show him serving the 6 months, nor if he managed to get into college or not. And Juyeong, did he open his own taekwondo academy?? In the final episode he's using the dobok, so what about it, is he an instructor again or did he open his own academy?? I wanted those answers.... -
70. Venus in the Sky
Thai Drama - 2023, 10 episodes
I CAN'T BREATH!!!!!!
I have to be honest, it's not one of my favorites because it has a wonderful plot, or because it's super meaningful, because this one isn't like that. BUT even with the simple plot, many plot holes, and a somewhat slow narrative (1:20h per episode is too much for me), it really won me over!!!
This series portrays the day-to-day lives of couples. It's more about the insecurities within a relationship, the fear of giving yourself too deeply and regretting it. It's about second chances, about understanding that you can trust and support the other person in your struggles, that you're not fighting alone... Each couple here brought a different reality, but each one won me over in their own way.
Now, what really won me over were the NC scenes... HOLY SHIT!!! I seriously doubt whether that was actually staged or not, lol. The chemistry between the couples is insane. Like, all three couples had incredible chemistry, but Sky and Venus??? During their NC scenes, I felt embarrassed; it felt like I was disturbing them, lol.
I laughed so much. It was super cute. Sky is such a sweetheart that you just want to put him in a jar and protect him from the world. All the other characters were also great and well-acted. And the OST?? I loved it! I love it all!!!! -
71. Cherry Magic
Thai Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
THE TRUE MAGIC POWER WAS KARAN AND HIS LOVE FOR ACHI TT TT
What a delightful series!! The plot? So well-crafted and written that it makes me want to cry, it's so perfect.
The entire series was cliche after cliche, but it was so well-crafted, just the right amount of sappy, that it made me fall in love with this story from the very first episode (and I don't like cliches).
The all 3 couples here were so beautiful, all the relationships super healthy, a bunch of green flags, lol.
There's a wonderful OST, a good and well-crafted plot, beautiful photography, and couples with amazing chemistry... I honestly don't know what I was thinking that it took me so long to watch this masterpiece. -
72. The Director Who Buys Me Dinner
Korean Drama - 2022, 10 episodes
There's a trace of you everywhere now...
Holy shit, what a delightful story!!!! I thought it was going to be something completely different because of the title of this series (I hadn't read the synopsis before watching hehehe), but then they add a little of fantasy and BOOM, perfection!!!
Obviously, there are a lot of loose ends in this script, like: who was the spirit that possessed Dongbeak? What was the purpose of Denis's character? Was he possessed, sick, or just there to kill Dongbeak? If Yudam remembered the past, why didn't Dongbeak? Since it's a short series, it left a lot to be desired. I thought it was rushed; they had a hell of a plot and did it haphazardly.
Aside from these negative points, I absolutely loved their story. It has a very solid foundation; the moment when Yudam remembers everything was truly moving; all of Dongbeak's parts were cute, funny, and moving too. The series has a denser plot, but still managed to bring a bit of lightness with the main characters' personalities. BUT they should've written this script better.
I found it super romantic too, with cozy photography, which makes it even more romantic. Especially the forest scene! I have a slight (not so slight) obsession with forests, and the one where Yudam goes and remembers everything... I cried watching such a beautiful scene, because the forest not only represented their entire past but also brought an impressive melancholy. -
73. HIStory3: Make Our Days Count
Taiwanese Special - 2019, 20 episodes
Because no one can replace him...
I am absolutely and irrevocably in love with this story!! I was so absorbed in the entire series that I feel completely emotionally drained. What a wonderful plot, what a well-crafted and written story, what a story!!!!
Before starting the series, I already knew the ending would be sad, but I didn't imagine it would be THIS sad. However, it was so beautiful that despite crying a lot watching episodes 9 and 10 (yeah, because on the site where I watched the series they put 2 episodes together, so 20 became 10). I cried with emotion at how beautifully the grief was portrayed!! The melancholy, the pain of loss, the acceptance, the "trying again" and starting over, everything was wonderfully well-represented, and the actors put on a show of talent here.
To be honest, from the first episode, I felt like Xigu was constantly saying goodbye with his eyes, and when it got to the 9th episode ... it was an expected pain, but the feeling of loss was still intense.
In my opinion, everything happened so that Xigu could be loved, fulfilling his dream of belonging to a place, to someone, to himself. What I understood from this series was this: that Xigu's destiny was already set, as was Haoting's, to find each other, to fulfill what was missing in each other. While Haoting gave Xigu a home (making him feel loved and surrounded by this feeling, just as his friends did), Xigu gave Haoting a sense of responsibility, of knowing how to preserve and value what he has, because they are extremely valuable...
I loved every second watching this series. I laughed a lot, I cried even more, but I'm completely in love!!! -
74. Knock Out
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
Your love hit me and it was a knockout...
This is one of my favourites because of the plot twist. Damn!!!! Each discovery was a different kind of thrill, each plot twist more impressive than the last, simply wonderful!!!
Here we had chemistry, tension, drama, romance, jaw-dropping discoveries, hot boxers shirtless... everything that makes a well-made series that captures your attention from the first episode, there it was.
Obviously, there were a few things I didn't like, but there were so few that they didn't affect me or make me want to stop watching this series until the end. I loved it!! -
75. Secret Lover
Taiwanese Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
"I'll never let you go."
This series surprised me in many ways, especially because of the lack of censorship in Taiwan lol.
The plot is good, but to be honest, it’s not the strongest one out there. Still, nothing too bad that can’t be overlooked. At least in my opinion, because I don’t think it was meant to be super deep or deliver a life-changing message. It was simply about two boys discovering themselves and realizing they had loved each other long before they even noticed it.
I really liked the cinematography here. It felt delicate, warm, and cozy. I also love that college-in-autumn vibe (I have no idea when the series is actually set, but that’s the feeling I got about the season), and since I’m obsessed with that, it gave me a sense of comfort.
Han Tuo, my love, I adore you. You are perfect, period!! I love his selfish vibe, like: “You’re mine, and I don’t care how, you’re going to be mine and only mine”… GOOSEBUMPS!! He carries the tension in the scenes so well, especially the nc ones, and Junxi being guided by him… PERFECTION!! The nc scenes here were pure CINEMA!!
Of course, there are plenty of things in this series that didn’t please me or that I felt could have been better, but overall, I really enjoyed everything.
-
76. The On1y One
Taiwanese Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
"Could you try to come back?" "Yes. "
IM GONNA DIEEEEEEEEE T_T
I HATE watching teen BDs because I know I'll suffer... but I still don't stop watching because I'm a fool and I love suffering.
I find this phase of self-discovery so enjoyable to watch, especially when there aren't any NC scenes and to get a kiss you basically have to dig mines lol.
I found Wang and Tian's story very interesting. Each has their own traumas, and they both feel alone... it was beautiful to watch them build such a beautiful friendship and fall in love with each other, but it was a shame to watch them destroy it out of fear of experiencing what they felt for each other.
I understand there's a whole family, society, and other issues involved, but as Tian himself said: "I'm only 17, and at that age, the whole world is mine." So you can see they decide to try after all that drama and stuff, but I still wanted them together in the end.
The photography is simply impeccable; it captures their emotions so well, brings a unique perspective, and amplifies their feelings. I'm so in love with the photography in this series!!!
There are so many loose ends, topics brought up but not developed properly, like the "kidnapping" of the English teacher... what the hell was that? But anyway, aside from one thing or another, it's definitely one of my favorites!! -
77. Our Youth
Japanese Drama - 2024, 10 episodes
This… this is a masterpiece!! A pure, genuine masterpiece!!
I’m so impressed by the delicacy and depth of this story!!
The whole drama involving each protagonist’s family and their many traumas left me speechless with how naturally it was portrayed... especially considering how common these situations are in real life (unfortunately). The director knew exactly where to place the coldness, pain, loneliness, and acceptance of their painful reality… I’m in awe!!
The script has so many strong points; only a few things here and there irritated me or made me dislike it. The cinematography is stunning, the plot is well-crafted, the pacing is just right, and the acting… it’s not the best, but definitely not bad. Just like Jin’s opinion about that actor he mentions, I also want to go back and watch more of his work, lol.
I love Japanese BL dramas because they embrace melancholy so beautifully... that sad and poetic vibe mixed with a touch of sexiness that only the Japanese can pull off in a BL. PERFECTION!!!
-
78. Monster Next Door
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
"Thank you, Diew, for choosing me." "Thank you, God, for choosing me as well."
I was very surprised by how the two personalities (introvert and extrovert) were so well portrayed here.
When we talk about introverts and extroverts, a clear image immediately comes to mind of how that person will be or behave, and Diew and God are no different from that picture. The difference here is that each knew how to best deal with each other's differences and limitations within a relationship. Obviously, after stumbling through some obstacles, but always trying to understand and respect each other... I thought it was very mature of them.
It's a very cute series, the plot is well-developed. Some things I found unnecessary, like Jane's plot, but I understood what they wanted to convey with her personality and the need she felt for everyone's approval all the time. The OST is a bit annoying, and the photography is very basic, but it's clean. Overall, I liked it more because it showed the reality of an introvert (which I am, my MBTI is INFP btw), so I identified a lot with Diew when I was in my early 20s (tbh even today hehe) -
79. Minato's Laundromat
Japanese Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
"It's OK to cross the line..."
OH MY DAYS, what a cute and comforting series to watch!!!
The plot is a bit slow, but it was so enjoyable that even the parts I didn't like became insignificant, lol.
The fact that this series brings such a strong feeling of comfort, familiarity, and warmth is so impressive... I confess I didn't expect to fall so deeply in love with Minato and Shin as I did. Honestly, they're so cute it hurts, lol.
I even found all the drama and emotional conflicts Akira went through before accepting his love for Shin very realistic, and Shin's persistence is so motivating that it made me want to confess my love too (and I don't even have one right now, lol.
The cinematography here is impeccable, the OST is super cute and lively, just like the characters, who are very well-developed, and their narratives are beautifully rounded.
And the end, with that passionate kiss and all the silliness in the middle... is so them T_T
I'm so in love with their love.
-
80. Minato Shouji Coin Laundry Season 2
Japanese Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
Their silliness and love is so love lovely T_T
I still maintain my opinion of this series even in the second season!!! It's so cute, has such a cozy and warm vibe, that I wanted a third, fourth,... many more seasons to watch their love.
Seeing Akira mature emotionally was so beautiful to watch. The whole process of accepting their love for Shin, dating, and living that love was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.Let me also record here how persistent and a fighter Asuka was too, lol. The guy waited for years, pretended to be Shu boyfriend, and traveled the world with the love of his life, just to be by his side. And only after years did he finally get what he wanted: happiness with Shu.
One thing I love about this series (seasons 1 and 2) is how even the slightest physical touch is a big deal to them. In a world where everything boils down to sex (or at least in my opinion, sex is no longer seen as precious or important) a simple touch of the hand or a kiss on the cheek is absolutely nothing. But for them, it was as if the world were burning to the ground in love and their are blind by each other, lol. The suggestiveness, the desire, the lust, everything was portrayed in a simple exchange of glances, or in how their breathing got heavier... I simply find it incredible, much more sensual than the act itself, and both Shin and Akira, and Shu and Asuka, did it brilliantly.I confess I didn't like the memory loss plot twist. I think Akira's fear of experiencing an age gap romance was already drama enough. If they had just focused on that plot, with the maturation of both of them, especially Akira's, and the development of their relationship, it would have been more than enough to keep the plot interesting.
But despite that, I really love their story, so even though I didn't like it and found it unnecessary, it was still well-developed and interesting, so I didn't hate it.
I'll suffer without them T_T -
81. Revamp the Undead Story
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
"am I the first to get the forever with you?" "You're the only one who gets the forever with me."
This series was far beyond what I expected, overall.
Everything was very well organized and developed, the characters were extremely captivating and had unforgettable personalities, especially Ramil, who managed to be both a cute Labrador and a Rottweiler to defend those he loves.
But what really enchanted me about this series were the visuals. The photography is simply beautiful and enchanting, truly portraying the supernatural, making it seem like we were in an enchanted world... I'm simply in love!! -
82. Khemjira
Thai Drama - 2025, 12 episodes
ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!!!
Everything here was done with great dedication, and it's clear in every episode!!
The entire plot was very well developed, with Thai culture portrayed with great care and respect; it's very clear. For me, at least, since I'm not Thai and know very little about Thai culture, I was deeply touched by how rich their culture is, especially their belief in something greater than humanity.
I'm in awe with the so well developed plot, the entire story of Khem and his karma, and how the people around him volunteered to help him. It was also beautiful to watch the selfless and genuine act of people helping him without asking or expecting anything in return. I mean, some almost died (or literally died) to help him... that's a lot, and just for the simple pleasure of helping. I really admire those who can be like that, because they love someone so much, or just want to help.
The visuals here are breathtaking; I fell in love!!! The OST with Keng singing... PERFECT!!!
Actually there so much more to say about this serie, but for now I can only admire and think about how perfect this was T_T
And the ending was the most beautiful of all T_T I'll miss them... -
83. Together with Me
Thai Drama - 2017, 13 episodes
BITCH YOU BETTER BE JOKING!!!!
Where was I that I hadn't watched this perfect series before????
That manipulative-psychopathic-bitch Plern Pleng deserved an Oscar... I hated her so much throughout the entire series!!!!! But let's be honest, the actress did a great job with this character. I was really impressed by how naive she was for more than half series until the mask started falling... ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!!
Now, Knock was a fool... but not the kind of innocent you understand and even feel sorry for, no, he was just plain stupid, the whole series, so much that I felt angry at him and almost preferred Korn to stay with Mew *scream internally* but everything turned out alright, it was just a moment of madness, Knock regained his senses and realized the mistake he was making. For fucks sake...
Korn wasn't far behind either; the poor guy didn't stand up for himself at any point, letting PP do whatever she wanted and blaming him, Knock blaming him, and he didn't react... I almost lost my patience with him too...
Another actress I need to praise in this series is the one who brought Yiwha to life... bitch's got a PhD in well-meaning chaos and was a diva in every single detail. Truly an example of a friend and kindness. Loved her!!The other arcs didn't engage me as much, although they were also very good, especially Farm's... that doctor-dumb-fuckin-player broke my boy in a way that drastically changed him... I WILL NEVER FORGIVE HIM!!!
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from such an old series... 2017 seems so far away... but I was very surprised!! Obviously, it doesn't have the best script or development, but the characters are wonderful, and it's because of them that the series becomes so good and engaging. I really loved it!! -
84. The Paradise of Thorns
Thai Movie - 2024
"If you want this orchard... then take it."
This it's the most painful sentence that I heard in a BL in all of my BL watcher years...
I am... I don't even have words to express how surreal and wonderful this film is. Not just because of the plot, development, acting, or beautiful cinematography, because that... that is undeniably very well done. I'm just in awe!!
But... I can't imagine or put into words the pain of building a life with the love of your life, planting every tree in that orchard, caring for it with so much love, sweat, and dedication... and losing everything overnight, watching everything that is most precious to you being taken away and being unable to do absolutely anything because you have no legal rights over anything.
Then trying to rebuild, reconstructing, picking up the pieces that your life has become, humiliating yourself for what was always obviously yours, and only receiving more suffering in return. The social critique of rights within a same-sex marriage here was brilliantly portrayed, showing exactly the pain of conquering the world and still having nothing.
Jeff Saturn... if I was already a fan of him before, now I'm even more so!!! What a perfect performance!!! -
85. Takara-kun & Amagi-kun
Japanese Drama - 2022, 8 episodes
"I already decided. I'm going to treasure Amagi-kun"
I think I'll always be a big fan of first times... I love that feeling of first discoveries, and I love watching them too!!!
I'm completely in love with this series!!! I think it portrayed first love in adolescence very well. The shyness, the awkwardness, the misunderstandings, the jealousy, the silence of not knowing how to deal with new emotions and feelings. I would give anything to feel that again... and I think that's why I love watching this kind of trope in series, it gives a feeling of nostalgia!!
It was so sweet how Takara and Amagi matured so genuinely. They are very funny, each with their own quirks, being completely different, but somehow they fit together perfectly and it was beautiful to watch them grow together!!Obviously, it doesn't have the best plot in the world; it lacked a lot of development, the whole narrative is a bit confusing at the beginning, but I fell in love with them anyway, so those more technical things don't really matter to me, haha.
I just need to dedicate a special paragraph to our beloved kindred spirit Katori!!! He did everything and more!! It's hard to find teenagers with so much maturity and ease when it comes to human relationships, whether romantic or not, and he shone in the advice he gave not only to Amagi, but especially to Takara. My protégé forever!!! -
86. Never Ending Story
Korean Drama - 2025, 6 episodes
"I'm only looking at you, Dohyun. So Dohyun... you only look at me too."
THE CUTENESS IS TOO MUCH TT
Hyunwoo, with that cute face, big smile, smooth talk, and deep voice... he can get the world, the universe, or whatever he wants, from me, hahaha.
As a writer, I identify a lot with Dohyun. Sometimes we get stuck to a point where nothing can get us out of that limbo. Especially for me, with my super noisy mind... when it goes silent, it's the saddest thing for me.
Even though it's a short BL, clearly without much investment and all that, I found it very cute. It won me over with its super sweet dialogues, hahaha. Although I don't really like clichés, when the dialogues are at least well-written and well-acted, I fall in love easily, and it's impossible not to fall in love with these two!!! They are so cute, hahaha. -
87. School Trip: Joined a Group I’m Not Close To
Japanese Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
"And for me, It's more than her, twice as much, 10 times, a billion times I LIKE YOU MORE" *SCREAM INTERNALLY*
This one is one of my favorites because of the coziness AND THE CUTNESS IS TOO MUCH!!!!

88. Thundercloud Rainstorm
Korean Drama - 2025, 8 episodes
"Maybe the other name for love... is fear."
This one is dark, messy, and emotionally suffocating, and that’s exactly why it worked so well for me. They don’t fall in love in a healthy way, they collide (at least in the beginning).
This isn’t a soft love story. Their relationship is built through tension, power imbalance, bad decisions, misunderstandings, and emotional wounds that keep reopening. The romance is uncomfortable at times, really toxic at first in the way they orbit each other, hurt each other, and still can’t let go. And I loved that the series exactly because of that.
The dark romance aspect shines because love here isn’t comforting, it’s confronting. It exposes their flaws, their selfishness, their fears of abandonment. And slowly, through all that damage, they start learning what it actually means to choose someone instead of just clinging to them.
The plot twists play a huge role in this. Just when you think you understand their dynamic, the story flips the table. Secrets, revelations, emotional betrayals... everything forces them to confront not only each other, but themselves. And that’s where the growth comes from. Painful growth, but real. They don’t mature despite the chaos; they mature because of it.
Visually, the series amplifies this darkness beautifully. The gloomy atmosphere, the shadows, the rain, the tight framing... everything reinforces that sense of emotional imprisonment. It feels heavy, intimate, almost claustrophobic at times, which matches the story perfectly.
This BL doesn’t offer an easy romance. It offers a complicated one, flawed, painful, intense, and deeply human. And when they finally reach a place of emotional clarity, it feels earned, not idealized.
To me, this one was an dark romance with a happy ending. It's uncomfortable, emotional, and unforgettable.
Ps.: This is one of my biggest reviews because I was so immersed in their story TT TT

89. 10Dance
Japanese Movie - 2025
"I'll see you at the 10 dance." *SCREAM INTERNALLY*
This was so sensual, confrontational, and devastatingly beautiful. This isn’t just a movie you watch, it’s a mood you sink into and never want to leave.
The cinematography and aesthetic are insanely beautiful. The Christmas-lit subway, warm and melancholic at the same time. The city glowing softly in the background while everything between them feels sharp and electric. Suzuki always smoking, like he’s trying to keep his emotions burning instead of exploding. Sugiki always drinking, numbing himself just enough to stay in control. They’re completely different, and for fuck’s sake, it’s gorgeous!!
The way they look at each other after the Blackpool competition, in Suzuki’s room???!!! OH MY FUCKING FUCKS!! The way dance becomes the only place where they’re honest. Their chemistry is so fucking loud and so heavy… it presses on your chest. It’s sexy without trying, it’s provocative, and even their breathing shows the desire simmering under restraint.
I loved how the film talks about individuality. The fear of becoming “one,” of losing yourself inside someone else. The way Sugiki says that in the end they won’t become one… and then, in the fucking end, they DO. Them dancing the same ten dances, side by side, was ABSOLUTE CINEMA to me!!
Sorry for all the swearing, but I lost it watching this… they are waaaaay too perfect to handle!!!! Japan never disappointed me!!!
