• This was so cute - I love a fantasy romance, but oh my goodness this was so cheesy - the cgi was so terrible but it was fun
• DaouOffroad will always make magic on screen - whatever crap they come out with I will looove it

• A boy sees his best friend fatally hit by a bus, but he stands up a minute later - but then people start to lose the ability to see him
• This was such a heartbreakingly beautiful drama -I sobbed the full second half
• The leads just had the most beautiful relationship - they're so different but they are each others person and the drama makes it clear - there will never be anyone they'll love as much as each other
• The whole time you'll hope the ending  is not what you're thinking, but I think it's best you know its exactly what you're thinking

• The acting is beyond brilliant, again some insane chemistry
• The direction is actually amazing, I was obsessed with it
• seeing our 2 leads open up and fall in love was so beautiful 
• BUT  ONLY WATCH TILL EPISODE 9 if you like happy endings, because they decided that the best HIStory couple was the one they should give a sad ending to, which ended the HIStory franchise and apparently the writer stole the idea anyway...ugh but its so well made

• Second Korean BL
• a pacemaker has been in love with a marathon runner for years.
• this was too darn cuuute
• a lot more kiss scenes and intimate scenes than WYEL, still WYEL is my fave though

• The side couples story from UWMA 
• I had very low expectations for this after my problems I had with UWMA and the fact that I'm let down by the majority of this directors projects - most fans were let down by this, but my expectations were so low that I really liked it
• After ep1 I wasn't completely sold, but over the course of the first half I fell in love with these leads and their love
• The way these 2 characters cared for and comforted each other was so beautiful - even though there was a crazy amount of miscommunication I didn't mind

• A ghost streamer goes to visit his family in Thailand, but are they ghost?
• This such a little gem - the leads chemistry was actually insane - I’ve never seen chemistry that natural and immediate before
• Also I loved the family and their rules for being ghosts - but it was really heartbreaking to see them deal with being ghosts 
• Im not a fan of a time jump and I don’t feel it was completely necessary here, even though they tried to explain it

• On the first day of Dong Baeks new job his Director tells him, if they don't date they'll die- hint: past lives - expect unexpected tragedy
• This started out extremely strong, but I feel the story got a little confused as it kept going - but the leads casual chemistry kept this going
• Park Young Woon who plays the director is one of the best looking people I've ever seen on screen - its ridiculous
• They fake you out with a typical bad KBL kiss and then do an amazing one 

• A man dissatisfied with his life discovers he is able to travel back in time to his university days after he finds out his first love is getting married
• I am such a HUGE Gawin fan and he did such an incredible job this was a very charming characte, but also so broken and in need of love - he delivered in all aspects 
• i‘m not such a big fan of Krist but he did a really good job in this role - you could tell he really put everything into the performance
• I think the story was well told and mostly engaging, but (I know I am completely alone in thinking this) Krist and Gawins chemistry was a bit “meh” - it definitely has good moments, but overall I felt it was a little lacking

• some lines and scenes in this are eyeroll worthy and laughable and the first episode has a PROBLEMATIC scene, but work through those cause
•  their chemistry is some of the all time best
• Type coming to terms with his sexuality storyline is *chefs kiss*
• Almost too many sex scenes for my prude ass, but if you’re into that there are A LOT

• This series is split in half each half telling a different stories:
• Payu meets rain and bets him that he has to make him fall in love with him in the next 30 days
• Prapai meets Sky and falls in love, but Sky has been hurt from his past relationships
• For me although Rain and Payus story made no sense it was superior too to the second story - their chemistry was electric - I was constantly blown away - but most fans prefer the second part

• Definitely the best series from Mandee
• so so so so so cute - every time Thomas smiled i died
• also the second couple were amazing they need their own show

• adorable cop and a stone faced mob boss fall in love?
• People LOVE this one, they are obsessed, most peoples favourite HIStory series, a it’s just not my favourite and I don't know why
• the leads have some seriously heart fluttering scenes and extremely emotional scenes that are 10/10
• HIStory with the biggest budget and most story outside of the romantic ones

• Talay drowns and wakes up in a parallel universe as some one else - he has to find a special person who will be his key to getting back to his universe
• I was so excited for a BL series with a ton of fantasy, but was SO disappointed when I realised all of the potential for great fantasy was glossed over
• Once I got over my disappointment and realised the real story here was about a group of boys trying to make films together I enjoyed it a lot more
• The leads chemistry was quite lacking for me but they had some very cute moments

• Love a healthy main couple
• love supportive coming out scenes and healthily coming to terms with your sexuality scenes
• love the side couple, you’ve got to wait a while but BOY are they amazing
• a lovely cast of character, fingers crossed for season 2, even with all the bts drama and stupid things the cast are saying

• Our lead is cursed with constant bad luck, so he decides to get close to a popular boy who has endless good luck
• this was very cute and quite funny
• i did feel the leads kind of lacked any sort of chemistry, but they fit their roles
• it wasn’t incredible, but it reminded me of Cherry Magic and Kieta Hatsukoi which are incredible 

• BL author and lead in his series adaptation fall in love
• The lead (Up) in this is so incredibly talented, I'd seen him play a horrible character previously but in this he's adorable and just such a sweetheart
• The other lead is very pretty but compared to the other he's not as brilliant an actor (don't kill me!)
• It's really cute and sweet whilst making some extremely important points about the toxicity of the BL industry

• A comet is flying towards the earth - everyone will die in 10 days, at the library our lead runs into the man that broke his heart in college, they make a deal which leads them on a road trip
• One of the stars did one of my most hated performances in a jdrama, but he was quite good here and this directors work is usually void of any emotion, but i actually liked this
• I read the manga before and it is petty much a scene for scene, word for word adaptation which I appreciated
• It's definitely for adult audiences, the leads both do some pretty messed up stuff and there are a couple extremely graphic s*x scenes

• 4th Korean BL released 
• a boy can't see colours, but meets another boy who gives him the ability to see them
• these 2 were complete soulmates and it was so beautiful
• due to how short it was it was a little messy and I had an issue with the editing in one episode
• other than that i thought it was perfect, they had wonderful chemistry - koreas kinda great at bls 

• A boy gets into a car accident and swaps bodies with his sister - he has to team up with his ex-best friend to road trip to several shrines to reverse the swap
• Definitely not the best series ever BUT it was filled with EarthMix’s incredible natural chemistry and I LOVED every second of that
• The love these 2 characters felt was palpable and that’s completely down to EarthMix and why theyre one of my favourite gmmtv pairings
• The road trip element meant we really got to explore areas of Thailand (and their food) that we normally don’t see in Thai BLs

• BL couple are one of the 4 couples this drama follows
• you see how of Pete and Kao came to be (hint: it’s hate to love)
• 2nd drama in the Kiss series, its a prequel and my favourite of the 3 seasons, but watch it after ’Kiss: The Series’ and before ‘Dark Blue Kiss’
• Very tame and family friendly as most GMMTV BLs are 

• A boy admitted his feelings to another boy the day before he moves to another country - they meet again a couple years later at university
• This was cute - it was a fun binge watch - i probably wouldn't have liked it so much if I watched it as it aired
• The actors had really good chemistry - nice to Joong in another good pairing - he seems to have fabulous chemistry with all his partners
• It was cheesy and cliched, but as I said - fun - I'm looking forward to seeing JoongDunk in another (hopefully better) series 

• A continuation of their story in the first series
• i was so happy to spend more time with these interesting characters and it was so fun
• i liked the glimpse we got of their life together and relationship
• nothing really happens - only a bit of growth in the last episode, but it was still very cuteand messy like the first series

• A beautiful, cheesy, sometimes cringey but always adorable socially distanced BL
• a livestream gamer and their fan meet online in lockdown
• the main couple are seriously cute (even though almost all their interactions are over video call)
• so surreal to see a drama embrace covid like this, but this one did it in a seriously smart and respectful way

• After getting together in series 1 jiwoo leaves with no explanation 
• this was still fantastic and filled with emotion
• the leads chemistry is still 10/10
• but I really couldn‘t understand the motivations of one of the characters - I’ve read so many deep dive introspective fan essays and i just don’t get it - definitely my least fave work of Hwang Da Seul- but its still great

• a man realises he's living as an extra in a BL he's gonna make sure he doesn't fall in love
• this was HILARIOUS - they gave us every single BL cliche ever 
• the lead actor was brilliant so funny and melodramatic - I also loved him in the intro song
• I really loved the leads cute romance but I wish they'd sprinkled it in throughout the drama not just the final episode

• 2 boys walk into each other when they're 17 and spend the next 15 years in love
• this one was so sweet and then so painful
• yuki is my son and i would die for him
• gave it an extra star cause it gave History3 MODC an alternate happy ending

• Yashiro confesses to and is then rejected by his best friend, he makes a wish to turn intoa girl to be his best friends type
• This is a lot darker and more depressing than the whimsical plot makes it seem
• A really interesting cast of characters and I loved the tiny glimpse we got of our leads relationship - I was sad we only got 1 ep of them in their real bodies falling in love before they were separated again
• i really thought this was going to be one of my new all time favourites, butI didn’t love it as much as I thought I would - still it’s a beautiful drama

Didn’t watch one of the main couples storyline

• 6th Korean BL
• A dancer in debt and his debtor spend time together and fall in love
• The first half I really didn't get all the love, but the second half is wow
• kinda earned its R-rating (by kdrama standards)
• It was incredibly sweet - at the end I teared up 

• lovers from a past life reborn, so get the tissues
• great actors and in my opinion improved direction since Love By Chance
• really enjoyable and compelling first half, second half the constant crying was a bit too much and was so often it didn’t affect me anymore
• another really cute side couple who I wish got more screen time,  second season anyone?

• Boy moves to Seoul and catches the eye of 2 restaurant owners
• The chemistry in this was incredible and there were some fantastic scenes with the leads
• It was a really simple story but a fun quick watch
• Wanted the second couple to be a thing even more than the mains, but sadly no…

• Q boy sees X as his biggest rival, X bets Q that he can’t get this popular girl to ask him out (hint thers a secret crush and lots of bickering)
• this is the definition of a hidden gem, it flew under everyones radar but it’s so cute
• The leads had a really fun dynamic and I loved that there was a mature queer character advising the younger characters here
• Theres no kiss, but it doesn’t really need one

• Boy gets a makeover to get his crushes attention, but his competitor keeps getting in the way
• This was very very cute and definitely way above average
• so glad I watched it but that being said all the cliches made this a little forgettable in comparison to gmmtv dramas like 1000 stars
• Mix looked so adorable the whole way through which made my heart happy

• A rich boy is cut off by his father forced to work at his fathers company - so he moves into a flat with a landlord - the landlord later realises his annoying, spoiled tenant is his new boss
• This has the same leads as Kissable Lips, which i didn't really like, but this was a MILLION times better
• These 2 leads have good chemistry and a super comfortable with each other probably as it's their second project together
• It's a really simple opposites attract story, with thrown in forced proximity - its only 8 episodes so a simple story works well

• A vampire and hunter are soulmates and fall in love
• I hated the leads story - it was insta-love with no consequences for him being hunter - so many episodes was just them saying they loved each other after zero development 
• i LOVED the side characters so much - Marks best performance, Barcode was so broody but funny, Aun was such a warm cutie and Stamp as Pokpong was so funny and sweet
• The missed opportunity of not developing Aun and Stamps potential romance was so frustrating- they’re chemistry was so good and romantic-ish scenes were so cute!

• 2 guys in the same work/friend group don‘t get along due to their different views on sex/love, but they enter a no strings attached relationship
• This was one of my most anticipated dramas for such a long time and it was just a big, messy let down - feels like wasted potential 
• the leads chemistry was fire though and they really really went for it with their love scenes and romantic scenes - also Yim was so funny and brilliant that he stole every scene he was in even as just a side character- I need his characters series NOW
• I think partially this series didn’t work for me due to the filming issues which aren’t the productions fault - I think they needed Yim’s characters story first so that they could build the relationship between our leads here, but because they couldn’t this felt so busy, messy and rushed at the beginning, then slow and boring at the end

• At this school when the eclipse comes terrible things happen to trouble making students - this is where a troublemaker and a school prefect fall in love
• I have loved the 2 leads of this series for years and I was glad to see them partnered up here and so many fans agree - they looove this series and Khaotung and First
• I've found that this director doesn't really work for me - It was meant to explore thai society and the messed up justice system on the micro scale of a school setting, which works in theory, but I found it kinda stupid when fully realised in live action- don't kill me!
• sidenote: I really hope the leads aren't typecast as this dynamic - I really want to see First play a bad boy like he has previously, but I'm afraid he'll always play the innocent straightlaced guy, because Khoatuing suits the "badboy" aesthetic

• It‘s messy: the leads kind of drug each other and then film them sleeping together to blackmail each other
• Firstly the theme song for this is INCREDIBLE - I’m obsessed
• I thinkthis leads had good chemistry, they gave these roles their 100% and it had a way better production quality than I would’ve expected
• But it was marketed as this epic hatred to love romance, but it felt like they argued for 1 episode and then fell in love, they were cute but I wanted more toxicity from that synopsis 

• Man’s first love dies, in his next life he finds her, but she dies again, third life her finds her again, but she’s a man in this life
• I liked this concept and the couple were very cute and had good chemistry 
• they seemed to fall in love really quick, but I still really liked them
• i think the drama confused itself by the end, characters were acting weird and some completely out of character for convenience 

• Hong Kong adaptation of a jdrama - and my first HKdrama
• A guy finds out his boss and coworker both have crushes on him 
• It's silly and a lot of fun, I didn't like the little I saw of the jdrama, but this was so much better - a lot more toned down
• the lead was fabulous - so funny. the lead couple were extremely underdeveloped though, I'd go as far as to say this  drama isn't their love story so don't expect good romance

• A film director meet again after unexpectedly parting in university 
• i liked this more than most people I loved the locations and the dynamic of the leads: grumpy and adorable puppy
• The last episode felt  little unnecessary and wasted - also there were some big mistakes- microphones clearly left in shots
• Warning: it ends with 3 “dead fish” kisses - if those bother you -avoid this drama

• Surprisingly good
• guy and gf going through some difficulties and hE gets closer to his junior 
• I like the have a gf trope in BLs so I enjoyed it
• it was pretty mediocre but I’m trash so I liked it.

• Big cast - everyone couples up
• took a few episodes to get good
• Thara is the best character (tharafrong and ramaking endgames please) 

• A man in the 1930's is set to take over his fathers business empire, but he will lose it all if his secret comes out: he's gay (btw the lead was way too nice and self sacrificing)
• This is the first proper lakorn where the lead character is gay - it was on a big channel and had extremely high ratings of all ages watched it in Thailand
• It's almost too much of a lakorn for me - the constant backstabbing, spying and secrets between the family - very traditional lakorns aren't my thing for that reason anyway
• The couple were actually quite sweet with good chemistry - its rich man/poor boy, but then poor boys sent to kill rich boy, but falls in love instead

• A dentist and a man who has childhood trauma about going to the dentist meet and feeling start to form
• I am usually a HUGE fan of this writers work - she's responsible for so many of my Taiwanese favourites but the writing  here didn't work for me at all and the leads lacked chemistry (but had some cute moments once in a relationship)
•  I was constantly so confused where these leads stood with each other - i didn't even know one lead considered himself to be straight until halfway through the drama 
• The second couple were so so cute though - the moody bar manager training the 19yr old who has a huge crush on him- they were my favourite part but sadly barely had any screen time 

• 2 best friends one cold and closed off, the other an unlucky in love puppy, start to see each other in a new light
• the lead relationship alone was a 9/10 they are so cute but the second couple were too problematic for me to not rate this the whole drama down 
• warning: second couples story involves rape (which is romanticized) and so so much manipulation (I skipped the majority of their storyline after that)
• Also I didn't appreciate all the MODC references cause it just made me cry knowing my fave is dead

• lots of people consider this the best bl of 2020 - definitely one of the healthiest 
• but I found a lot of the show quite slow 
•  I didn’t connect with any of the characters and found a lot of what they said cliched - it left me without an emotional connection to the series - also the ending confused me
• It also suffered from it airing at the same time as one of my all time favourite dramas (ITSAY) - although they aren’t similar I couldn‘t help but compare them - sorry! 

• a man travels back in time 15 years to meet the man who saved his life when he was 10
• this was surprisingly good, but felt too short - like all KBLs - they fell for eachother too quickly for me
• i thought the leads had a. good connection and I enjoyed the time travel aspect
• Lots of people hated the ending, but I thought it was pretty obvious - so I was prepared and able to enjoy it 

• A talented chef who doesn't allow alcohol at his restaurant and a boy who loves to drink start to work together and feelings come to fruition
• The middle 4 episodes of this drama are so so good - the chemistry is great and its so fun to watch these 2 leads bond and to learn about the drinking culture in South Korea
• The first 2 and last 2 episodes of this drama really let it down - the first 2 are way too slow and the last 2 focus on unnecessary drama and the leads building chemistry kinda fizzles out to nothing
• I did have fun with this drama and would recommend it still - I think its got a far worse reputation that it deserves - its just a standard kbl, with a standard atrocious kbl kiss

• An author is sent to the sea to write, whilst there he meets a charming island boy
• i loved how this started everything on the island was so fun
• we really didn’t need all the bangkok drama which was so tiring and overdone
•  FortPeats chemistry was HOT

• A Korean BL - I’m honestly shocked
• hitman and gangster start dating 
• this was dramatic but still had sweet moments
• i didnt love it - I don’t know why I didn’t, bit it’s still good

• started really strong for a season 2, but hated one of the mains in the end

• a bit of a mess, there are 2 main couples, 3 side BL couples and 2 straight couples and SO badly edited (multiple times there’s been a black screen for a couple seconds in the middle of a scene)
• Apparently 2 main couples, but the cutest couple get side lined for the other one (I swear I’m not bitter)
• The other main couple have good chemistry, lots of sexual scenes which aren’t my thing but might be yours 
• because of the corona virus my favourite couples storyline will be incomplete until they can shoot a special episode

• One boy hides his true personality from his fiance
• I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ANYTHING IN THIS DRAMA HAPPENED!!! The first and second couples stories didn't make sense!
• the leads had great chemistry, it definitely had money and it was pretty to look at, if youcan ignore that it makes zero sense and just enjoy fluff it’s great
• the third couple were EVERYTHING and need their own series - adorable innocent Buddhist and flirty bad boy go from enemies to lovers - yaaas - shame they had 1 scene per episode

• Forced cohabitation, workplace romance, hate to love, this has all the tropes
• This started out incredible but ended up being so slow I lost almost all interest
• Also I never really got any of the work storyline so I kinda didn't pay proper attention to those scenes
• BUT i am madly in love with one of the leads, his dimples brought me so much joy every week

• I didn't want to watch TharnType2 but want to watch Leo and Fiats new series so this was perfect
• tells the story of 2 boys who are best friends both in love with each other but wont admit it
• its too short for me to rate it higher but if it was longer I'd have loved it they have this obsession with each other I love in my couples
• Not seen a character as promiscuous as Fiat before in a BL but the reasons he gave were interesting and the angle was new and different

• Guy takes over his mums boarding house, he hast 4 tenants and it’s all their stories
• it was fun and simple
•  I wish we spent more time with the leads they had great chemistry and in scenes with just them their dynamic was adorable 
• too much attention on the second couple I ended up skipping their scenes, as well as the jealous second male lead who was more annoying and unnecessary than sympathetic

• murders start occurring a doctor and teacher team up to solve the case, can they trust each other?
• Max and Tul didn't work for me in this drama, I felt zero chemistry & I found Tuls acting to be really poor
• The mystery was pretty good - I was surprised
• the side couple were adorable, loved the hot policeman and I loved seeing MD since he was my fave in My Engineer

• a wedding planner and a groom meet and start to fall in love
• this plot sounded so fun and messy and I was so excited for it but this drama ended up being so *yawn*
• the leads fell in love so quickly - basically at first sight which is not my thing and it meant that the misunderstandings took twice as long as they needed fill the plot
• there were episodes in this where I thought it was actually getting good, but then I’d be disappointed the next episode- Mames dramas are never incredible, but I feel like they always have stars with insane chemistry to fall back on, but I felt this leads chemistry in this was just fine, nothing special.
