Ma Sze Tsang was an actor who appeared in Hong Kong films from 1935-1962. A story he wrote was used for the film Diao Man Gong Zhu Gang Fu Ma (2009) forty-five years after his death in China in 1964. He served as the director of Guangdong Cantonese Theatre. He was a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the vice chairman of the Guangdong Branch of the Chinese Dramatists Association. He was married to Cantonese opera star Hung Sin Nui from 1944-1955.
